Tannery House is a hidden gem set within private grounds, with Bakewell on your doorstep. A family home, and two very friendly dogs, Ziggy and Bounty. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

I am located just 1 mile from the M1, and a 10 min drive to the M62. Its a 5 min drive from the Town centre, and just a 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. I have 3 cats, they are not allowed upstairs. Sorry breakfast is not provided. Please expect the cleanliness of a home not a hotel.

Our newly refurbished self-catering holiday cottage has all the creature comforts to make your stay home from home. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a small utility room with a washing machine. The Cottage has full gas central heating and is available for short breaks or weekly bookings.
