Villa Elza is on the very shore of Lake Ohrid, in the fishermen’s neighborhood of Kaneo. In its three bedrooms on the upper floor, the house has seven beds and two bathrooms. The main bedroom and the small terrace overlook the lake. The roomy, old-fashioned kitchen boasts all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large living room overlooking the lake is connected with the two terraces, the lower of the two being used as a private beach. The house has Internet and cable TV.

The house is only 5 mins walking from the Ohrid old town central plaza and offers beautiful views of the lake and St. Sofia Cathedral from the cozy living room and the balcony. The first level offers two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and W/D. The spacious second level room has 3 beds. Each floor has full bathroom.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans.
