This apartment is located on the second floor and is one of three Airbnbs offered. The main room is spacious with a luxurious queen bed, dining table/chairs and a 55” smart tv. The kitchen is nicely equipped for meal prep or a cup of coffee, tea or cocoa. The pantry is nicely furnished. Our garden is open for enjoyment with lodge pole rocking chairs, fire pit and table for outdoor dining. Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Access to our game room with pool table, patio and gardens, We are dog friendly. Great area for biking and hiking, close to Goldendale Observatory, Maryhill Museum and the wineries of the Gorge. Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions! This is a very low snow year thus far, so no bad driving to report yet!
