Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

Kit Provided more than the basic necessities: plenty of towels, spare pillows & blankets, basic seasonings, cooking & cleaning supplies. We were so comfortable & also just a walk away from the train station & a high street. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to book with Kit again!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

The unit is as what was described! It is cosy and well furnished. Location wise it’s in the central city hence it’s convenient. Aj is very responsive and address all issues promptly. I would recommend Aj’s place!

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We absolutely loved our visit to Chipping Campden and staying at Pearl’s! The view from our deck was so beautiful and access to the Cotswold Way trails was so convenient. We hiked two full days while we were there - Pearl was so helpful sharing her trail maps with us! The restaurants and pubs were lovely, as was sitting on our deck sipping our morning coffee or enjoying an evening glass of wine. Do not hesitate to book this place! It’s lovely!

Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Broadway with our baby and dog. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfy, immaculately clean and very practical. Claire had really thought of everything. There were mirrors and plug sockets in all the right places, and labels on things like light switches and kitchen items so everything is easy to understand and use, and there were some lovely little touches, such as welcome drinks and treats. I especially appreciated how clean the kitchen appliances were, as I was using them to prepare food for our baby, and having a washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy! We would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family.

A great base from which to explore the local area or visit friends and family.
