Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

great place for a group of friends to get away from the city ! hot tub was spacious, pool table was a great addition to the house, and the large property was awesome for exploring the woods. overall, 10/10 would definitely come back !! only downside, there were only 11 forks for 12 guests !

Went with two other families to ski at Mount Abram. This is a great spot. Perfectly situated to start at the west side lift. Fun space. Great open space for families to hang out and fun basement area for kids.

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We were a family multigenerational group. We all found the home extremely comfortable with lots of sunlight, beautifully designed use of space and tasteful decor. All ages 6 months to 72 years enjoyed the home! The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Chalet for our anniversary. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our weekend special. When we first checked in, there was soft music playing and mood lighting, making the cabin feel warm and cozy. They kindly provided us with a flower bouquet, an anniversary cake, treats, and wine. Feras wrote us an anniversary card that was personally addressed to me and my boyfriend; he had clearly read our reservation request closely and had thoughtfully curated our experience accordingly. Ultimately, we had a great stay and we would love to go back in the future.

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a place to stay in Maine to just reset, write, spend time with family look no further. The experience here was wonderful to the point I will absolutely be booking again. I loved the way this home was decorated to match the vibe of the area. everything was clean and accommodating. The owners definitely cater the experience based on what's best for the renter. It was the subtle things that really made the experience. All in all highly recommend! Thank you again to the owners!

We loved our stay! We went in the off season from skiing and it was beautiful and peaceful. We were able to relax, there is good food nearby and awesome hikes. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and Carly was super communicative.

My husband and I had a truly relaxing weekend spending time at the cabin. Lots of space to stretch out and relax by the pellet stove. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Definitely the sort of place worth a repeat visit.
