Bring your kayak for the Goliad Paddling Trail, take a walk in solitiude down the road to the dry creek. Visit the haunted Yorktown hospital.

Cozy Cabin At Creekside

The Cabin is located on a 45 acre ranch with miles of nature trails and 50 ft from the Cibolo Creek for swimming, fishing, kayaking. We also have 3 motocross tracks on the property W/bike rentals Located between SA and Seguin, the Evergreen Compound is close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors. Close to major attractions, great food and shopping also, SA riverwalk, SeaWorld, Six flags, Gruene, New Braunfels, tubing the river all with in 30min.

The Historic Proctor-Green House

The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

Welcome to this 1905 home in downtown Victoria. Enjoy a king master bedroom and two queen bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses. Relax in the spacious living room with family and friends. Your stay supports the preservation of this historic 1905 Victorian home and contributes to the local community. The house has new siding, windows and insulation done in 2025.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck. A small kitchen with most amenities, a large claw foot bath tub, outside a relaxing covered deck and fire pit await you. You can also look at our other cabin, “Cabin by the Pond,” on AirBnb.

Green Jay Cottage at BQ5 Ranch

This 2-bdrm 1 bath cottage has a full kitchen, living room, front porch with rocking chairs, outdoor grill, firepit, and hammock under the trees. Guests have access to all 706 acres of the ranch, 12 miles hike and bike trails, fabulous birding & wildlife viewing & photography opportunities, fishing pond, cattle, miniature donkeys, & stargazing. Enjoying the peace and beauty of South Texas nature.

Big Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a queen size in back bedroom, and front bedroom has two twin beds. Full Kitchen, with full size refrigerator and stove. Two bathrooms. This cabin is about 100 feet from the Guadalupe River with good fishing and deep water at dock. Canoe and kayaks available.
