Cozy Hilltown Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy, creative space. Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Freeland Brook Farm - stunning Berkshires view

Escape from it all at this modern 1840s farmhouse on a working farm in the Berkshire hills of Western Massachusetts. Featuring chef's kitchen, soaker tub, and panoramic views, it is the perfect New England getaway for any season. Enjoy birdwatching (we have around twenty birdhouses), stargazing, and leaf peeping. Nice hikes less than 10 minutes away. 20-45 minutes from Berkshires attractions like Jacobs Pillow, Tanglewood, and the Norman Rockwell Museum. Check out our guide for activities!

Private Farm Studio Apartment

Our farm is a quiet, 5+ acre haven one mile from the center of Easthampton and 8-12 minutes from Smith College/Northampton. It's a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. The private studio apartment is on the first level of our rustic farmhouse and offers a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. A sofabed is available for an extra $20 fee, please request this upon booking.

Approx. 600 sq ft. ttl. The space is perfect for 2 people, ok for 4 and a squeeze for 6 people. Only a few miles to The Big E, 6 Flags, MGM Casino, BB Hall of Fame & Dr. Suess. 20 ish min to Hartford Int. Airport, 30 ish to Htfd & 40 ish north to 5 college area.

Explore boutiques, galleries, and cafes that define Northampton's creative and entertaining spirit.

South Quarter House

Built in the early 1800s, our renovated farm house can accommodate families and friends comfortably. This 1600 square foot home can keep everyone together: three large bedrooms upstairs and an optional fourth downstairs. Large backyard and deck made for outside fun. Two full bathrooms, laundry, large farm table with seating for 10, and a full kitchen. Plenty of options for hiking at or near the house. (Sorry, we are not able to host weddings.)
