Cooper Cabins

Log building with 2 queen beds. In the winter this is my garage but summer it's a great 'cabin'. No water in cabin. Micro, fridge, covered area with gas grill,space heater, private shower/toilet house. Fire pit, no wood supplied. Kenai Lake access is 1 mile, great beach walking. Fish on the Kenai, 1.5 miles away or drive 6 miles to the Russian River. Dogs allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. If days are not available please ask, I might be open.

Premier location in Historic Downtown! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This apartment is a glimpse into history. These are original boarding rooms from the original railroad boarding house is 1906. It’s been newly renovated with modern amenities, but we kept the old charm. This space is great for 1-2 guests. Lots of local knowledge to help you in any way with ideas, restaurants, activities and directions and sometimes, adorable husky puppies to play with! Bike rentals available on property!

Moosewood Cabin

Built in the late 1930's, Moosewood Cabin offers clean, comfortable, and cozy authentic Alaskan lodging for two. A great place to base your Seward, Alaska adventures. Summer 2025 will be our 27th season of offering Seward visitors a great place to rest after a full day of exploring the Seward Area. Moosewood is perfect for the minimalist traveler who wants to live large in the great outdoors! No Wi-Fi No pets, smoking/drug use of any kind is permitted on or near the property.

The Bear Cub Cabin

Built by Alaskan gold miners in the early 1900’s, the Bear Cub Cabin was reconstructed in 2016. Nestled in the beautiful Chugach National Forest with towering Alaskan mountains right at your doorstep. Perfectly located close to the beautiful seaside city of Seward, world-class king salmon fishing in Cooper Landing, and the charming town of Moose Pass.

Kenai River Fishing Soldotna Moose Lane Cottage 4

Minutes from world renowned salmon, trout, saltwater fishing and exploring. This cozy ranch cottage sits on a nice forrest property. Kitchen opens into the living area with windows looking out into a forrest setting and southern exposure. Perfect for 2 travelers, a cozy couple getaway or small family. There are 4 cottages and they can be booked simultaneously to accommodate large parties. Each cottage has independent parking, chest freezers and grills under covered porches.

Cabin 2 - Cooper Landing Fish Camp

Come relax in your own private cabin after a long day of adventuring at Cooper Landing Fish Camp, located on the world famous Upper Kenai River. Cabin 2 sleeps up to 4 and is equipped with a kitchenette complete with cooktop, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Prop your feet up on your front deck while your fresh catch grills on the BBQ, or after a hike/bike in the Chugach National Forest. There is a separate shower house with laundry and a private full bath.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Eagle Landing - Riverview Cabin

This incredible log home features a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath in the loft. The downstairs area includes three queen beds and a convenient half bath with a washer and dryer. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a cozy living room. The six bar stools around the kitchen bar and the six-person dining table provide ample space for entertaining up to twelve guests.

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
