This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. Hurricane Helene update: our cottage is now open for guests. However, the back of the property near the river is still recovering. Please respect our neighbors as they received a lot of damage. A cozy english cottage that is steps away from the Pacolet River. This cute little house is in the mountain town of Tryon, North Carolina. Tryon has a quaint little downtown with shops and restaurants to wander through. The Pacolet River is connected to the property. Tryon Equestrian 13 miles away
