A warm welcome from us (and our dog Woody) await you in our cosy old terraced house, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wadebridge. Slate floors, beamed ceilings, quaint rooms and a pretty garden, along with a comfy bed and great wifi! During April through to September there is a minimum of 2 nights booking at weekends and during school holidays.
Kim & Guy invite you to come and stay in their lovely old terraced house in Wadebridge, in beautiful Cornwall. The house is Grade 2 listed and has lots of interesting history. The oldest rooms date from when it was a small detached farmhouse - 1770 we're told. It was then 'added on to' on either side to become part of a terrace (1800's). The kitchen ( and your bedroom above it) are the 'modern extension', built in 1901! We have a lovely beamed double bedroom available, with two windows overlooking the garden. It's slightly separate from the other bedrooms in the house. We try to make it really comfortable, & have included the things that we appreciate ourselves when we go away. This includes things like a bedside table and lamp each side of the bed (most important!). Various teas, coffee, biscuits etc are provided in the room - feel free to help yourself. We make the bed extra comfortable - four soft pillows, 100% good quality cotton bedding, and a king size duvet on the double bed. Since the photo was taken we have changed the bed for one which has a wrought iron head and footboard. We've also added a table and chairs so you have somewhere to sit. There's a good internet signal in the bedroom. The shower room is almost en suite, next to the bedroom and again a bit separate from the rest of upstairs. It's 'sole use', and we provide towels on request. We also have a nice downstairs sitting room which you are welcome to use. We'll make sure the dog makes room for you! It has a TV/DVD, and an open fire on chilly winter nights. You are welcome to use our kitchen. We know how expensive it can get when you're on holiday & have to eat out all the time. We only ask that you eat in the kitchen rather than the bedroom. We're happy to lend wine glasses etc to take upstairs. You are welcome to use the garden. It's nice to sit out in the evening when the weather's warm. We also have a secure lockable stone shed in the garden if you bring bikes etc with you. We have a studio room where I make glass beads - these are for sale, or can be handmade to order while you're here. Or even better - learn to make your own 'flameworked' beads (£40 for a taster session of approx 2 -3 hours) - and have something special to take with you when you leave! PARKING: Parking is on the road at the end of the terrace, or just up the road or round the corner. Just to note that particularly in high season, the road outside gets busier with visitor parking as we are so close to town. The road gets MUCH quieter after 6.00pm, so that is an ideal time to arrive. Having said that, we (and guests) have always been able to park within one or two minutes walk of the house - usually much closer. You can always pull in to the lane right in front of the house to drop off luggage, you just can't park there. If parking is a worry for you we're always happy to move our own cars for you to park.
Wadebridge is fabulously located, just 6 miles from the stunning North Cornwall coast. It's a small, pretty market town, with a pedestrianised shopping street full of independent shops - lots of little gift shops, pubs, deli's and restaurants. From our house it's just 3 minutes walk down the hill into town, so no worries about drinking and driving if you head out in the evening. In the town itself, there's plenty of places to eat and drink. This includes several traditional Cornish pubs, Indian restaurants, Chinese take aways, tapas bars, pizzerias, and plenty of small independent cafes and restaurants. We're happy to give you recommendations! Wadebridge has a lovely park, and the River Camel runs right through the middle of town. Alongside the river, the Camel Trail runs all the way to Padstow, 6 miles away to the west, and Bodmin to the East. This is a traffic free trail specifically for walkers, cyclists and horse riders. It's a beautiful place to stroll as it overlooks the river and then Estuary, so it's popular with bird watchers and photographers too. There's plenty of bike hire places in town. Wadebridge also has a sports centre, and a twin screen independent cinema too, so there's lots to do in the evenings. If you walk up the road rather than down, you're in open countryside within 5 minutes, with plenty of public footpaths & quiet county lanes to explore. Within a short drive (8 miles) is the pretty fishing port of Port Isaac (of Doc Martin fame). The historic villages of Tintagel & Boscastle are just a few miles further up the road. The surfing beach of Polzeath, & the gorgeous beaches of Rock & Daymer Bay are 7 miles away. Padstow (7 miles) is a really pretty harbour town. It's home to Rick Stein and is well known for its fabulous range of restaurants. Again, you can safely cycle there from the house, and from there walk to a number of beautiful beaches. Many of the beaches face west so you can get amazing sunsets over the sea. Newquay, with good surfing beaches & nightlife, is 15 miles away. The Eden project approx 20 miles. We can tell you about lots of little hidden gems as well! Being fairly centrally situated in Cornwall, nowhere is very far away. A tour of Poldark Country down the A30 is easily do-able in a day. Obviously Cornwall is really popular in the summer, but personally we love it in the spring and autumn, when it's still mild, a lot quieter, and still as beautiful. And don't forget the wild winter waves....
  • This was our first experience of using Airbnb and it was great - Kim made us feel very welcome and at home throughout our stay. The accommodation was very clean and included a number of extras with a great breakfast on offer too - thank you! :)

  • Kim, Guy and Lilly and their two dogs Shaker and Woody welcomed us with open arms and paws. The room was beautifully presented extremely clean. We had our own en suite was more than sufficient and very clean. Kim's attention to detail by leaving us printed maps of local hot spots was very helpful. She took the time to explain getting around and pointed us in the right direction to Padstow via the stunning Camel Train as we had our bikes with us. She advised us that it was the perfect way to get to Padstow. For novice cyclists it was the perfect route. We are so grateful for them for opening their home to us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the night cap after our long day and evening. Breakfast was well set out and enjoyed being in the comfort of their lovely country style kitchen which was exactly what we imagined our Cornish tour to be.

  • My daughter and I had a lovely stay with Kim. The room was clean and sufficiently separate from the rest of the house to feel private. ... and well laid out with tea and coffee facilities, just outside the room and a note inviting us to 'help ourselves to milk from the kitchen' (so much better than little pots of pre-packed 'milk')! I particularly liked the way the breakfast was laid out in the kitchen for us to help ourselves - so that we really did feel 'at home'. The house itself is lovely, and it's location would have made a great base for visiting Cornwall. Kim was a great host - just the right balance of friendly but not obtrusive! We would definitely stay again.

  • Lovely family, very helpful and welcoming. Comfortable, clean and airy room within easy distance of other villages.

  • Our stay could not have been nicer. The upper room with ensuite bathroom is roomy, airy and comfortable. Location is great. Kim and Guy are incredible hosts. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We have been travelling in the UK for 3 weeks and this was our favourite accommodation.

This lovely country cottage is tucked away in a quiet spot just outside the village of St. Minver. It's near Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac on the beautiful North Cornwall coast and is close to Beaches and great walks. Ideal for families or couples looking for a quiet getaway.
A 19th century stone cottage, formerly part of a mill, located in a peaceful and secluded position. Millstream is a lovely holiday cottage for 4 people (plus a baby) and offers comfortable accommodation with many traditional features combined with the latest modern conveniences including WIFI. The cottage has single level accommodation and is furnished and equipped to a high standard with a modern kitchen & bathroom. There is an enclosed child friendly south facing lawned garden and patio as well as lots of parking.
Coast/Beach: Rock, Porthilly, Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Port Isaac are a 3 to 4 mile drive away so offer a good choice. Rock is famous for sailing and water sports and the ferry goes from here to Padstow. Daymer Bay is a large beach with safe swimming and sand dunes. Polzeath has many rock pools (some large enough to swim in at low tide) is fun for surfers and has a lively feel with shops and cafés. Travel: The use of a car is recommended in order to access the area fully. The nearest railway station is Bodmin Parkway about 15 miles away. Newquay airport is about 20 miles away. Further Details: St Minver is well placed for easy access to local shops in Rock and Polzeath and the larger town of Wadebridge is 10 minutes away by car. Here there are is a wider variety of shops, supermarkets and banks. The area is very well served for restaurants - Rick Stein has several in Padstow - we particularly enjoy The Waterfront and Café India in Polzeath, St Kew Inn and No 1 in Rock. Of course there are many others too numerous to mention. The ferry runs from Rock to Padstow all year and in the evening a water taxi is available to Padstow restaurants. Fishing and pleasure trips are run from the harbour. The Camel Trail (the old railway line) is fun for cyclists. It runs alongside the estuary from Padstow to Wadebridge and on to Bodmin and bikes can be hired locally. The quaint coastal village of Port Isaac (location for Doc Martin) is about 15 mins away by car. There are lots of things to do in the area - for example the Eden Project, Falmouth Maritime Museum and the legends of King Arthur at Tintagel.
  • Wen you go to Cornwall, you go to Millstream cottage! Very comfortable and well equiped!

  • A gem of a place! Really well equipped, clean, modern and very warm. This hidden retreat is ideally located. The babbling brook, wildflowers and birdsong was the perfect backdrop to our outdoor bbqs. I'd thoroughly recommend this place. I'm not a fan of 'Padstein' aka Padstow, but this place is perfect for exploring Cornwall. It's shower is great, and so too is the kitchen, (including dishwasher - don't forget to bring tablets with you!). Top tip... Check the heating is switched on to charge up over night if you need it! As it will be charged for your first but not second. Will Defo be back! Thanks.

Rachael, her husband and brother in law were fantastic making sure we had everything we needed and communication was brilliant for start to finish. Would love to go back!

  • Amazing house and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended and would return. Thanks

    Hayden2017-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • This property is absolutely stunning! We stayed in a large group and truly felt at home. Iain was very helpful showing us around and gave us many tips on activities to do in the local area. Already planning on coming back!

    Angeliki2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • We booked the whole house and was a prefect size to accommodate our large group. The location might seem remote but is close to many great beaches and towns/villages in short driving distances. Rachael and Andy were great at helping to our needs and also allowing extra people to stay as well as Iain who was very friendly and at the home itself, always ready to help. The only issue was the internet was quite tempromental but we did have many devices connected and it could be seen as a good thing as it meant more of us were bonding rather than on our devices. Overall the experience was amazing and would highly recommend the house and the hosts!

    Sajal2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • We all had such an amazing weekend, one to cherish forever. Everything was so easy and Cornish villages/towns like polzeath&padstow not far so days out were really fun and accessible. Iain was nearby to answer any questions, he even got a wetsuit rack out for us on our second day and started hanging things up for us! We had an amazing takeaway pizza on the Friday evening - from "Jaws pizza" in Rock. We called the day before to check delivery was ok and they were happy with delivery. Would definitely recommend this house to a big group - very comfy beds, amazing kitchens and living areas there was 18 of us and not a dull moment! :)

The village has managed to retain a sense of community all year round and still has a fantastic pub 'The Maltsters' which continues to receive consistently good reviews as well as a great traditional post office and village shop which serves all the basics.. Whilst escaping the summer crowds the village is perfectly placed to explore the stunning Camel Estuary including Rock, Wadebridge and Padstow all less than 5 miles away , as well as the rugged north Cornwall coast: Port Isaac (5miles), Tintagel (14miles). The area is also blessed with sites of historic interest such as Tintagel Castle (English Heritage) and Lanhydrock House (National trust) being just two such examples. The Eden Project is also about 1/2 an hours drive and is always a good day out.
  • We found the accommodation very clean, tidy and comfortable. although we never met Kathy, you can tell they have pride in what they do. We shall certainly return as soon as we can.

  • A fantastic little quiet place to stay. The place was clean, tidy and the bed was one of the best I've slept in for years. Having some breakfast treats ready for us was a great bonus. With the pub a few steps away it couldn't get much better. Would definitely stay again.

  • The cabin is perfect for a couple and is situated in a lovely place very close to a pub and gives you access by car to an array of great locations. Kathy also included a folder with information of the local area which was beneficial as we visited one her suggested pub in St Kew and the food truly was fantastic. It was a lovely break from London and would 100% look to stay here again if we haven't already moved down to Cornwall by then.

    Luke2017-04-19T00:00:00Z
  • Very modern and clean accommodation in a lovely village with a great local pub 100 metres away. Very generous breakfast provisions a lovely touch. Easy to park on the street or the car park (no charge). Can leave car near accommodation whilst unloading/loading.

  • A quiet retreat in a peaceful location. Close to Port Issac, Tintagel and Padstow this secret hideaway offers a convenient abode to come back to after a day walking and exploring the local area. There is a great pub in the local village that we used during our stay, as the kitchen in the cabin is quite basic, but we didn't mind as the food was delicious!

  • This home is perfect for a group of people looking for a relaxing time in Cornwall. From start to finish Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed with excellent recommendations. The home itself is lovely and spacious yet still manages to feel cosy and homely. A beautiful retreat, close to Rock and a short ferry ride from Padstow. It truly is a hidden gem.

  • Lovely two nights in Cornwall! Iain our host was friendly and helpful suggesting interesting things to do, as well as being around to answer our queries. Clean and spacious house filled with washer/dryer, dish washer, floor heating, clean bed sheets and towels and coolest hi-tech sound system! Kitchen utensils galore for cooking maniacs and gigantic fridge. Easy access but very quiet with cute local wildlife in the form of partridges. Overall great experience, will definitely go there again for longer stay.

  • The house was great and perfect for a big group like ours (we were 6 adults 7 children). The best thing for us was the large dining table where we spent most of our evenings and mornings - being able to open up the concertina doors was a great touch and gave the house a really nice feel. Location is spot on for touring most places in Cornwall.

The house is situated in a beautiful remote rural location in North Cornwall, it is only 8 minutes drive to some of the most spectacular coastline in the UK. Or guests can choose to relax and enjoy large private garden. There are some stunning beaches only a short drive from the house where you can enjoy long walks, surfing, kayaking coasteering and golf. The house is the perfect venue for family holidays and big groups. We welcome people from all backgrounds and nationalities.
The property is a mile from the village of Chapel Amble ,where there is a small village shop, Post Office and pub the Malsters, which serves good food, all within easy walking St Kew Church town is about 15minutes walk away it has a beautiful Church and an excellent pub serving very good food. The nearest beach to the house is Portquin where you can organise coasteering and kyaking trips, swim in the sheltered bay and enjoy beautiful walks along the coast to other spots including Port Issac or Polzeath.
Beautiful countryside coastal walks and fabulous beaches make this property special. Some of the best pubs are within a few miles.
  • We had a group of 9 from an extended family. Enough rooms and beds for us all. The area was quiet and the garden a gun place for the children to play in. Overall the house was a great place to start and end out days in Cornwall with plenty of room for us all from kitchen to lounge. Would book again and recommend.

  • Lovely, quiet, clean property, away from the noise, but only 10 minutes from supermarkets and stunning coastal views and walks. Well kitted out house with everything you could require for a family break. Even the dog enjoyed himself.

  • The house served as the perfect base for our October half term holiday. There was plenty of space for our two families, including 6 rowdy teenagers. The kitchen was a great place to congregate for a meal at the end of the day, and the large garden the setting for lots of football matches. Plenty of coastal walks and swimming opportunities within 20 minutes’ drive.

  • Catherine's house is full of character and charm. The garden is perfect for children to play in and the large dining area in the kitchen suited our group perfectly. Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms were all a good size. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend a stay here.

For an active holiday there are many activities all within a half hour drive, these include: water skiing; co-steering; surfing; and sea kayaking. The Beech Hut is perfectly placed (6 miles cycling from the Hut) for the camel trail which is 18 miles of almost flat off road cycling where all manor of bikes can also be hired and Rick Steins fish and chips or posher grub will lure you to Padstow. There are also the mountain bike trails at Lanhydrock and Cardinham woods, all of these have excellent cafes and make for a great day out. In fact if it's cafes you're looking for, just ask us for our favourite indie places to go to, or our favourite cycling routes taking in stunning sea views. Slightly further afield, but reached within less than an hours drive are the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the delightful south coast including Fowey and Looe. The north coast of Cornwall is well known for its fine food and sea food. There are 2 Michelin star restaurants in Port Isaac as well as fine dining in Padstow. Having your own transport is essential due to the rural nature of the location. There is no public transport in the village. Sadly the Beech Hut is not suitable for those with limitted mobility due to the spiral staircase up to the bedroom.

  • This place is so lovely and cosy, the perfect size for my partner and I. We stayed for a week but felt we could've have stayed forever. With the pub being so close and a lovely log burner made it such a relaxing retreat in our busy lives. Look forward to returning soon

  • We spent a fantastic, relaxing week at the beech hut. The property is tucked away in the beautiful garden and is not overlooked offering lots of privacy. The hut itself was very well presented and everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comforable and we both slept extremely well whilst we were there. Leonie is a great host, very friendly and helpful and had provided a nice welcome hamper which was a lovely touch. The St. Kew Inn is literally 10 yards away and well worth a visit (or 2). We would definitely recommend the beech hut for a relaxing romantic week away in a lovely part of the UK

    craig2016-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Leonie's place was wonderful — it was a perfect getaway for me to get away from work and explore the countryside. By far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Word of warning for bikers though: I'd park your bike in the inn down the road because the gravel is a bit slippery. Besides that, everything was simply perfect.

    Robin2016-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • The Beech Hut is absolutely beautiful! It is cozy, very well equipped, and Leonie and Rob were incredibly sweet and put in a Christmas tree for the festive season. The surrounding area (including the St Kew Inn) is gorgeous and full of great walks. We hope to return and would recommend it to anyone.

    Samantha2015-12-18T00:00:00Z
  • The beech hut was a complete gem and a welcome retreat in a stunning location. Leonie was a lovely host, so many little touches on arrival from the fire being lit to delicious local shortbread and a great local handbook - everything we needed had been so carefully thought out. The village is St Kew was wonderful and the local pub - just brilliant. We'd love to come back again soon and will certainly recommend to our friends. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Jo x

  • The Beech Hut is perfect. Everything is just as described. Great base for a get away to North Cornwall. Very romantic and peaceful you have complete privacy. Highly recommended

  • The cottage is exactly as beautiful and romantic as shown, it is an amazing place to cozy up and spend a few quiet days just relaxing. Leonie and her husband are great hosts, very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend, and would love to return myself.

    Ana Isabel2016-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Leonie's cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It is very cosy and despite being relatively close to the main house it felt totally private. The location is perfect, while it feels remote, it's also a stones throw from a fantastic pub. There is a lot to do in the local area and the beach and stunning coastline are only 15minutes drive away. We loved cosying up in front of the log burner and spending romantic evenings in the cottage after a long walk. It is the perfect romantic getaway!

In the heart of the picturesque village of St Kew near Port Issac, a spacious and comfortable mill set within wonderful peaceful gardens with woodland and a stream. Nestled below the village church of St James and a short walk from the renowned St Kew Inn. Ideally located close to Port Isaac (Doc Martin), Polzeath (surfing, swimming and rock-pooling), Rock (sailing), Tintagel and Padstow. A private and quiet place to retreat to after a day at the beach, sightseeing or walking the coastal path.
Willow Mill is approached via a driveway and is bordered by the River Amble and the village church of St James. The house sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms (two super kings, one triple, one single). A travel cot and high chair are at your disposal. The Layout Downstairs there is an entrance hall with a cosy wood burner. Leading off the hall is a super king bedroom with dressing room and en-suite (bath, WC and sink). A further triple room also leads off the hall . This can be made up as a super king and a single or as three single beds. The triple has access to a shower room (WC, sink and shower). All the downstairs rooms have views of the garden. There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and space to store boots, coats and wetsuits. Up a small flight of stairs is a large kitchen with wooden beams and full length doors leading to the patio. The kitchen has views across the garden and a dining table seating 8 . The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, fan oven, halogen hob, microwave and dishwasher. A further flight of stairs leads you to a large living room with views of the garden and church, there are comfortable sofas and a log burner (Freesat TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi provided). An upstairs super king bedroom has wooden beams and a Juliet balcony looking across to the back garden, pond and church. The second bedroom upstairs is a single with en-suite WC and shower and looks out onto the woodland area and stream. Outside Space The house sits within lovely gardens full of magnolias and mature trees. In spring and summer there is an abundance of ferns, clematis, roses and wisteria. The patio at the front of the wisteria clad house is a perfect place for drinks and a barbecue. The woodland area and stream are magical and great fun for exploring and den building. The stream will lead you to a ford and footbridge. (Please see house rules regarding supervision of children and dogs within the grounds. ) The garden has lovely views of the XVth century village church and if you are lucky you may hear the bells! The St Kew Inn, a great pub for a drink and a delicious meal, is a few of minutes walk away. There is a is ample parking space for 4-5 cars. Willow Mill can be rented in conjunction with its sister property Little Barn (sleeps 6 ) at the end of the drive. Together they accommodate 14 people.
Willow Mill is surrounded by peaceful gardens with woodland and a stream. It is nestled below the village church of St James the Great, (used in the filming of a Rosamund Pilcher episode.) We are a short walk from the renowned St Kew Inn where you can sample Cornish ales and delicious food. Port Isaac, 5 minutes drive away is a quaint fishing village where you can buy fresh locally caught fish, crab and lobster. There are lots of gift shops and two Michelin starred restaurants. More recently Port Isaac has become associated with the TV series 'Doc Martin' in which Port Isaac was tranformed into the fictional Port Wenn. The north coast of Cornwall is a wild and beautiful landscape to explore. The coastal footpath between Polzeath and Port Isaac provides stunning dramatic scenery. Close by there are great sandy beaches to explore at Lundy Bay, Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Trebarwith Strand - all good for rock pooling. There are plenty of water-based activities within 15 mins drive such as surfing, windsurfing, water skiing, coasteering, paddle boarding and sailing. Away from the beaches the Camel Trail, an 18 mile cycle trail on a disused railway line between Bodmin and Padstow, is a perfect activity for grown-ups and children. At the end of the trail you can enjoy fish and chips or a pasty on the quayside in Padstow or something more gourmet in the restaurants. Bodmin Moor, 10 miles from St Kew , is a remote, bleak and beautiful landscape, great to explore on foot but also on horseback following trails, some visiting the BBC Poldark filming locations. For less active days there are grand stately homes and gardens to visit such as The National Trust's Lanhydrock and Trerice, Prideaux Place and Pencarrow as well as Tintagel Castle. A little further away, under an hour's drive, are the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as the attractive towns of the south coast such as Fowey, Looe and the Fal Estuary.
  • Willow Mill is absolutely beautiful. The house, garden and setting couldn't be better. It's only a mile and a half from a main road and gives easy access to everywhere in Cornwall. We could happily have stayed longer. The village has a beautiful old church and excellent pub for meals. The house has the most comfortable, big beds and huge living room with lovely views over the garden and church. The kitchen is brilliant, and dining area has room for all, inside or out. Loads of books if you have time to read, and playing cards etc. Excellent communication re booking and the house and area. Take spare loo rolls as only one per bathroom, and stronger bin bags to avoid bag splitting every time. The garden is stunning and relaxing out there with the sound of the little beck is just what you need after busy days out. We avoided the ford on arrival, but were ok going through it for the rest of the week; if the car was full, a couple of people walked over the footbridge to be on the safe side, St Kew highway has petrol and a small shop and is very close. Wadebridge has a big Tesco and lots of local shops. We'd recommend the park and ride when visiting Padstow, then going on the boat over to Rock, after gorgeous Rick Stein takeaway fish and chips. The park and rail at St Ives is good too. Don't miss Tintagel Castle , Lizard Point and Godrevy for beautiful coastline and views. I highly recommend Willow Mill.

  • Can't speak highly enough of our stay here. The village of St.Kew was charming. The house was spacious, clean and cosy with beautiful gardens. Claire was really helpful and communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning!

    Tom2017-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful week at Willow Mill... Fantastic weather allowed us to make the most of exploring beautiful North Cornwall and Willow Mill's amazing garden (I would have equally happy with rain to curl up on the massive squishy sofa with one of the 100's of vintage books from the extensive collection). The photographs do not capture just how magical the surroundings are. Our two children loved the wildlife that this beautiful, wild garden attracts and it is such a sun trap it is perfect for evening bbq's and relaxing with a lovely Cornish Gin and tonic. Perfect location for popping to catch crabs at the stunning Port Isaac and Padstow for it's fantastic seafood and fudge (Rolys). Polzeath a short drive away was awesome for the little ones wanting to try their hands at boarding, and miles of sand to play on. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Come and stay at 'the little shed' at the bottom of the garden! Quiet, comfy, cute and great for a good night sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities. Plus small fridge. There's an additional tiny room in the little shed that has a bunk bed (the bottom one is suitable for an adult). We've popped a little tv in that is connected to a Netflix subscription and BBC iPlayer. We've very much enjoyed our first month of hosting Airbnb guests and look forward to greeting more of you.
Situated at Egloshayle side of Wadebridge. We're about a 10 minute walk or 20 minute stroll into the centre of town. Perfect to hire bikes and cycle the camel trail to Padstow. Or a short drive to visit one of the many beautiful north cornwall beaches. 5 minutes walk from the house is 'the ship inn' we recommended booking there for dinner while you're with us!
  • The Little Shed was exactly as described and Sophie was a lovely hostess.

    Carole2017-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • What's not to like about The Little Shed? The owners are friendly and Sophie was very helpful. The accommodation itself is set in an outbuilding at the back of the family garden. It is well away from the roads and utter silence is all that can be heard. Bed was comfortable with a lovely thick duvet. The place was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was immaculate. There is no tv in the room, but a lovely note from Sophie did offer one if it was required. This also had recommendations for The only potential downside is for people visiting during the colder months. As the floor is painted concrete it is definitely chilly underfoot. One side of the bed had a rug which helps, the other side could definitely use one. Tea making facilities in the room with a fresh carton of milk rather than the usual UHT. That was a lovely touch. Can definitely recommend The Little Shed.

  • Absolutely lovely stay in this wonderful little shed. Clean, comfortable and very well-equipped, the room is perfect for a little getaway in a wonderful part of Cornwall. A little hard to find at first, but once you're there, Sophie is a charming host who will do as much as she can to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended.

  • My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the 'Little Shed'. Sophie was really quick to respond to my room request and was really friendly, giving us clear and helpful directions. On arrival Sophie and family were really welcoming and provided us everything we needed plus fresh coffee, milk and biscuits which was a nice touch. The room was cosy and nicely decorated but with autumn fast approaching it was a little chilly but the heater provided and thick duvet kept us warm. Thanks for a lovely stay!

  • We had a great stay and enjoyed Ann's hospitality and kindness! Her full English breakfast gave us the authentic British vacation feeling. And the view of her lovely garden from the breakfast table gave us a pleasant start into the day. Wadebridge is a nice little city with all kinds of restaurants and shopping facilities and a very central location for the coastal walks we did. So we can only recommend stying with Ann!

  • Thank you Ann for a very pleasant experience in your house. Thank you for being flexible with our arrival time and let us come back to yours late in the night. The room was lovely and I had a very comfortable bed to sleep in. Bathroom was very clean and tidy. The room is very much value for money. We have been fed very well over breakfast. Thank you for everything Ann, you were great! I hope we can re-visit your B and B again in the near future!

  • My friend and I stayed at Kerensen for a surf trip, mainly spending our time at the beach in nearby Polzeath. When we weren't at the beach we were enjoying the comforts of Ann's lovely B&B. We felt very welcome and Ann was hugely accomodating for our needs. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to Wadebridge. The place itself is a charming house, cosy and inviting. It makes all the difference after a long day out to come back to what is essentially a home. A huge thank you again to Ann for our fantastic stay.

I call it the Cornwall of your dreams: a traditional stone cottage immersed in the beautiful landscape below Port Isaac. There's absolute privacy here - the nearest neighbours are a field away. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO "THINGS TO NOTE" FOR BOOKING DETAILS - INCLUDING SHORT BREAKS! THANKS
Four comfy bedrooms, 21st-century mod-cons and a large garden - just you and the sheep. Little Trentinney is a traditional Cornish cottage, but it's been completely modernised, so along with the traditional slate floors and roses over the door, we've got fine linens, ultra-modern bathrooms, and a mini library downstairs. Although its location is blissfully secluded, you don't have to lose touch with the outside world - there's WiFi throughout the cottage, two flatscreen TVs and DVD players, and an iPod dock in the library. Downstairs are the kitchen, dining room, living room and library. Upstairs are three cosy bedrooms (one double bed, one king, one single) and the modern shared bathroom (with separate bath and shower). Out in the garden is the fourth bedroom - the self-contained "Booley", or as guests sometimes call it, the hobbit house - a little building modelled on an ancient Cornish granary, with a pyramid roof. In there you'll find a king bed and ensuite shower room - it works equally well as a love nest or a den for teenagers. In fact, the whole property is what you make of it - it's cosy enough for couples, but there's room for up to 7. In fact, most of our guests are either couples or big family groups. All the rooms at Little Trentinney look out over one or more of the surrounding fields, and all have inbuilt window seats and nooks, where you can hole up and take in the 360-degree views. The cottage sits in an AGLV (Area of Great Landscape Value), and borders the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that runs along the North Cornwall coast.
As I said, the location is very rural - the nearest neighbours are across the field, and I live a couple of miles away - so it's all about peace and privacy. Access is via a concrete farm track that turns into a private paved lane to the cottage - it's about half a mile along here from the nearest road. The farm track was repaved in 2014 so although it's not smooth tarmac, it's better than some of the country lanes outside.
  • Julia already knows it, the whole family fell in love with her cottage. This is a real gem in the middle of a wonderful landscape, there is something magic about it. The cottage is lovely and really well equipped, the decoration is high standard too. You live surrounded by cows and sheeps, and you are at a short drive of many places of interest around. If you do not fear being a bit far from everything for a week (we loved it), run to Little Trentinney. We hope to be back one day!

    Sandrine2014-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • It was a picture perfect. A beautiful place surrounded by cows and sheep invading our privacy :)

    Sarah2016-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the cottage! Is perfect - in an amazing location, surrounded by fields with lambs. We also had a little resident pheasant family :). The cottage is decorated perfectly, clean, cosy, well equipped. Was very painful to leave!

We love having people to stay in our beautiful Cornish home. We have a large garden which you are welcome to enjoy! There is plenty to do in the local area, we are around 10-15 minutes drive from the nearest beach (Port Quinn, a great spot for wild swimming, kayaking, coasteering and long walks along the dramatic coastline towards Port Issac or Polzeath. We would be delighted to answer any questions you have.
  • Cathy and Rick made us feel so welcome in their beautiful home. The room was just as described; beams, high ceiling's and extremely spacious. There was tea and and coffee in the room. The location was perfect; ideal if you have a car as it is in the centre of many villages and very close to Rock and Polzeath for surfing. I would definitely love to stay again. Thank you to you both for having us. Olivia and Alex

  • Our stay with Cathy and Rick (and Whitey) was brilliant from start to finish. Such warm and friendly hosts; we felt at home from the very beginning. Location is beautiful and rural and is excellently positioned for all activities. Great pubs just round the corner too! Thank you for making our stay so special.

  • We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautifully decorated and maintained and the room was perfect for our needs. It is in the heart of a really scenic part of the country. Catherine is a generous and thoughtful host. We could not have been better looked after.

  • Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

  • We had few difficulties to find the place but what a beautiful surprise when we finally arrived! The bedroom is quiet and stylish. Catherine is a lovely host, her home is delightful and tastefully decorated.

    Elise2017-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Immediately we arrived, a cup of tea was ready in the spacious kitchen, and some easy chat, and this was going to go well from that moment on! Cathy was so flexible to our every need, and made a real difference to what was possible for our enjoyment of a few short days. We really were sorry to leave, feels like saying goodbye to old friends.

  • This is a lovely accommodation in a very quiet countryside location. Catherine looked after us very well indeed.

    Mike2017-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Catherine's place is ideally situated for exploring the north coast of Cornwall. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle down some of Cornwall's country lanes and is wonderfully relaxing. We enjoyed our breakfasts and chatting with Catherine was fun and engaging.

Modern, spacious mobile home in a secluded location on an organic dairy farm. Fantastic views of rolling countryside. Wonderful location, 2 miles from Rock and 3 miles from Wadebridge. linen can be provided, gas heating, shower, 2 wcs & 2 bedrooms.
If you wish to visit our small farm and have a peak at Farmer Ian doing the milking this can also be arranged when you are here.
This area has some of the most beautiful coastline in the southwest and is only a short drive from Padstow, Rock and Port Isaac.
  • Quick replies. Host was very welcoming on our late check in. Clean tidy caravan. Very comfortable. Everything we needed for a quiet peaceful rest. Will happily return next year.

  • We had a great stay!

  • Ian was a very helpful and friendly host. Cheap and cheerful place to stay for anyone on a budget

    Richard2017-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • The caravan was as described. Comfortable and secluded. Close to beaches and some beautiful areas of Cornwall.

    Chris2016-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic caravan with breathtaking views! Originally booked it due to the location (short distance from Rock, Wadebridge, Port Isaac and Padstow) but underestimated its Cornish charm that comes with being on a dairy farm - loved watching the cows wander out in the distance while we had breakfast, and thanks to Ian for the fresh milk! Very quiet, private area and the caravan itself was spacious and well equipped. Ian was a great host - gave useful directions and recommendations for exploring the area. Highly recommended. Hope to return in the near future!

    Nicky2016-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Ian is a really friendly and kind host. We had a really warm welcome at his farm. Our jongest was invited to see the calves (its a dairyfarm) and Ian brought us some fresh milk to taste (good!). There are also two adorable Colliedogs :-) The views are wonderful and the location to discover the north/east of Cornwall great! And it is really quit and peacefull. The layout of the caravan is very good. The bedrooms are at both sides of the caravan and both have their own toilet. The bathroom has a tiny shower. The caravan itself does need some TLC. Great to hear from Ian that thats the plan for the near future. Thank you Ian for your kindness and letting us stay at your farm.

    Amber2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed with Ian for a few days in late May/June. The caravan is exactly as described on the ad, it has two bedrooms both with a loo and one shower room. It has a large open living space with a long sofa, a kitchen with a microwave, under counter fridge(URL HIDDEN)freezer and a dining table with four chairs. Ian is very friendly and helpful and the farm is really well located. Minutes from Rock and Polzeath and the caravan has great views across the fields. Our 2 year old loved running around the large grassy area in front of the caravan. The only things to point out are that the caravan is a little careworn, a couple of the windows don't quite fit in the frames and it's a little dated on the inside. However it was very clean and tidy and a perfect base for exploring. Overall we really enjoyed it.

    Iain2017-06-04T00:00:00Z

Wadebridge was originally a market town. It has an amazing 15th century bridge with 17 arches over the River Camel, which is definitely worth a visit. It is said the bridge was built on wool as this was how the wealthy landowners in the area made their money. From the day the bridge was built the town became known as Wadebridge. Both Wadebridge and nearby Camelford are both centrally located in order to explore the nearby hills and moors. Wadebridge is an excellent place from which to discover the Camel Trail, a walk and cycle track following the old railway route from Bodmin to Padstow. There is wonderful scenery and plenty of wildlife, including fantastic sightings of wading birds to see on this serene trail and bikes can be hired from the start. From Padstow you could take a boat trip across the Camel Estuary to Rock, and lounge on the beautiful beach that stretches all the way around to Daymer Bay. The National Lobster Hatchery neighbours Rick Steins empire in Padstow. The Royal Cornwall Show ground at Wadebridge hosts the county show every June, come rain or shine, opened each year by a member of the Royal Family. Cornish Farmers have had to diversify in recent years and so has the show, but they have kept their traditional roots with steam engines being shown next to the shiny new high-tech tractors. It's not every day you get to see formation JCB digger dancing in the main ring. The National Trust have three properties nearby, Lanhydrock House, Trerice and Carnewas and Bedruthan Steps. Pencarrow House & gardens is also nearby.
  • There are much nicer rentals available for no more money, in nicer areas. It needs a refurb. And the photos do not show the whole picture. Awful bathroom. Poor linens and towels. Lacking in several areas including cleanliness. I'm sorry as I liked the hosts but I could not recommend it and would not return. I rent in the area several times a year and have done as a family for 40 years. A great shame.

  • Jenny was very welcoming and friendly. The cottage was ideal for a family of four (two teenagers). Great to have a parking spot, very close to a fabulous pub, restaurants and shops within walking distance over the bridge. An unexpected addition was the option of having a fantastic cooked breakfast at the attached B&B!

    Frances2017-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • Cute cottage in a good location in central Wadebridge. (Very close to the excellent Ship Inn.) Felt cosy but plenty spacious enough for six people. Having dedicated parking was very useful and it was nice to have our own little garden. Overall, good value for money.

  • I stayed at Spring Gardens Cottage for one week with my partner and my parents. It was a welcome haven for us - cosy, quiet, spacious, and in a perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Although we were out and about everyday, the cottage provided for us a space to enjoy a leisurely breakfast and to sit in the warmth of the cottage after a day's travelling - unfortunately as it wasn't quite warm enough, we couldn't use the outdoor space, however, the cute half-door gave the feeling of dining at least half "al-fresco"! The cottage is really well-equipped with everything you need. Located off the main road, and with the door facing onto a private outdoor space, you really are cocooned in a lovely quiet space. Jenny, who looked after us on arrival was lovely and welcoming. You are a stone's throw from The Ship Inn - we booked this for our first night and it didn't disappoint. A great start to our holiday. Over the bridge is a large Co-op so you can stock up for the week. There's also Tom's Bakery on the corner, which sells fresh-baked bread. On our first day we walked the 6-mile camel trail to Padstow, and treated ourselves to RIck Stein's fish n' chips on arrival. We followed this with a walk up the hill from Padstow to the WW1 memorial and took in the view below. Sunday, we had booked on the Trevibban wine tasting tour - well worth a try. Then on to Port Isaac where we walked from there to Port Gavern. During our week, we took in the usual sites - Eden Project (crazy busy) and Lost Gardens of Heligan (if you're torn between which to visit, I would say Lost Gardens, but then it depends if you have kids or not - we didn't - however I think they would enjoy both) We also visited Charlestown, Mevagissey, Fowey - all of which were stunningly beautiful places and each has some kind of coastal walk to enjoy. We also rented bikes in Wadebridge and experienced the camel trail on wheels! That day we also took the passenger ferry from Padstow to Rock and walked a 6-mile circular walk down in to Polzeath and back along the coast. Spring Gardens was really a home from home - very relaxing, an oasis of calm! I would definitely return and recommend it anyone.

  • Couldn’t have asked for more! Tresweden is a beautiful property in an excellent location to explore North Cornwall. A group of 15 of us (in our early 20s) had a fantastic three-day holiday in the inter-connecting house and annex. The property had everything we could have imagined – a welcome pack, built-in Bluetooth sound system, large living areas and garden. With Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac and Wadebridge only a short drive away, we had great fun exploring Cornwall’s beautiful coast as well as surfing / bodyboarding. Rachael, Andy and Iain were brilliant hosts, answering any questions and making recommendations of places to go. Rachael lent us their bodyboards which saved us from hiring them in Polzeath. Iain was also flexible with check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Explore the local beaches, picturesque places, and coastal paths. Situated on Dinham Farm Campsite near Polzeath. The toilet and shower blocks are very close to the Airstream and are well kept. At 31 feet long it is a great space in which to live with a fully fitted kitchen including hot and cold running water. There is a double bedroom, ample storage and a comfortable lounge area. Polzeath or Rock are just 10 minutes away as is Wadebridge. Padstow is close too.
I have refitted this amazing space myself which I live in during the summer whilst I run my Coasteering and Kayaking business from the farm. Check out Cornish Coasteering for more info about our trips. When my Airstream is for rent I am working overseas as a SwimTrek guide running open water Swimming holidays.

  • Really great place to stay and would really recommend. It's really comfy inside and everything you need (the loo is about 50m away). Only thing to point out is it takes over an hour to walk to rock so you really do have to drive everywhere. A taxi to Padstow is £50 return. A beautiful spot and a different place to stay; perfect Airbnb.

  • Brilliant location, lovely property and welcoming hosts. Spent a weekend here whilst visiting Cornwall and found the annexe homely, whilst very modern and clean, and in a perfect location for seeing the sights of North Cornwall. Ian was there to meet us and show us around, and provided some great tips on where to visit and eat. Only minor point was the bed- it was very squeaky which did keep us awake a little, but this didn't dent our impression and would definitely come back should we be down again any time soon!

    Cameron2017-09-25T00:00:00Z

  • Our stay at Ian and Alison's attached cottage was wonderful in all respects. The home is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Ian welcomed us upon our arrival and was very enthusiastic to give us recommendations for restaurants, outings, local options and more. Their cottage is ideal for a family. Our family of four was very cozy and not all crowded. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy as well as get some work done (it was a mixed work and pleasure holiday) The location is fantastic - we were never more an 45 minutes from many amazing places. The town is a short walk away to many conveniences, Co-op for groceries, restaurants for meals, playground for kids, just to name a few. Ian also had many books available for his guests regarding the surrounding area, options for great walks and hikes, and much, much more! We highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed.

  • The Old Dairy is a comfortable and very well equipped cottage , quiet although situated on a minor road , with a small Spar supermarket a mile in one direction and a very good pub a mile in the other - perfect !

  • I couldn't fault our stay at the Old Dairy. The cottage was lovely both inside and out and very comfortable to stay in. Despite being attached to a family home, there was a feeling on complete privacy. Philippa and Eddy were there to meet us on arrival and were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, allowing us to lock our bikes up in their garage etc. The cottage was in a peaceful location, and within walking distance of the local village which has a lovely pub. Thank you very much Philippa and Eddy for a lovely weekend away. We had such a great time.

  • We had a great stay in Philippa's place, it was even more lovely and picturesque than the photographs! The Old Dairy has everything you could possibly need for a self catering break and its all really beautifully done. We can highly recommend the location, it was great for getting to the coast for surfing or walking, and there is a great farm shop and pub near by. We'll definitely be back for a second visit!

  • Cherry was so lovely to us, it was a pleasure to meet her and we had a really nice talk in the morning. The apartment is very nice and clean. The room was big and full of light (so if you can't sleep with morning light I suggest you to bring a sleep mask, I always bring mine with me because my boyfriend has this ""problem"" ahah). Everything about the accomodation was simply delightful. And what about the great breakfast? we could't find a better place to stay!

Parking and wifi is available too. Fresh fruit, crossiants, toast coffee tea cereals and yoghurt available for breakfast. Folder of information of what to do in the local area was provided. We highly recommend staying here.

This a spacious character cottage in unique surroundings. Large kitchen diner. Not far from the hustle and bustle of Rock and Polzeath, but offers more privacy.
  • We had a great stay at Yasmina's place! She was a great communicator in the run-up to our stay, making sure that we could find the place OK etc. The house itself is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious and we would recommend it to any group or family looking for a place to stay in the Rock area.

    Matthew2016-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • Such a special find! Yasmina & her wonderful family gave us such a warm welcome & made us feel instantly at-home & comfortable, even after booking at very short notice. The Coach House is ideal for families & pet owners - very well equipped, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean & incredibly easy to feel relaxed in. The location is a peaceful retreat, with inspiring views & walks on your doorstep. A really special corner of the world. We feel so grateful to have experienced it for a weekend & will be back!

West Brae House, Wadebridge offers lovely comfortable rooms, beautiful views of the local countryside and fabulous breakfasts! A tip from our many previous guests - stay more than one night because there's so much to see here!
We have 2 very comfortable double rooms, one with a supremely comfortable superking bed and the other with a standard size but equally comfortable double. Both rooms have tea and coffee facilities, and TV. The rooms aren't en-suite but the bathroom is very close to both rooms and I clean it frequently to make sure it is fresh and sparkly for everyone! We are happy to accommodate small children (under 5) in the parents room for a small additional cost, either in a travel cot or we can supply a small extra bed. Please enquire for more details. Breakfast is superb (if we say so ourselves!) with everything from freshly cooked full Cornish to porridge made with Cornish cream, or scrambled free range eggs with smoked salmon - you choose! Here's the menu; Muesli (Bircher muesli can be made if ordered the night before) Posh Porridge - made with milk and served with Cornish Clotted cream, (you can add sultanas & raisins, cinammon, banana & honey or another favourite if we have it) Granola, Yogurt & Fruit Various cereals (usually Cornflakes, Weetabix, Shreddies) Granary or White toast with butter, marmalade and/or jam, nutella Cooked breakfasts, made with local produce wherever possible. Choose from the following; Fabulous Full Cornish Breakfast - Bacon, Sausage (Vegetarian also available), Hogs Pudding (a local speciality), Mushrooms, Baked Beans, Grilled tomato, Eggs cooked to your preference. Smoked salmon & Scrambled Eggs Free range eggs cooked to your requirements (fried, poached, scrambled)served as you wish with other breakfast ingredients or simply on toast Breakfast Omelette - served spanish style with your choice of breakfast ingredients Standard Omelette with one or two fillings of your choice Granary or White Toast Healthy Options Fresh fruit, low fat yogurt, skimmed milk all available if you require them Dried fruit, Nuts & Seeds to sprinkle on your cereal or porridge Drinks Tea, Coffee and Fruit juice Espresso, Cappuccino and Latte are available for an extra cost of £2 A range of teas available The house is in a great location, you can walk into town easily and we are a short drive to the coast and many lovely local beauty spots. The rest of the county is very accessible for a great holiday in beautiful Cornwall. See our website for more details about us, West Brae House, Wadebridge. We are easy to get to by train, bus or car. We have off road parking.
Wadebridge is a fabulous town! It has lots of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, good lively pubs and a 2 screen cinema. There are lots of beautiful walks to explore straight from the house and The Camel Cycle Trail is almost literally on the doorstep! We are only a few miles from the coast with beautiful beaches and quaint fishing villages. Padstow and Port Isaac (Port Wenn of Doc Martin fame) are the more well known, but there are many others well worth a visit. A few miles away is Bodmin Moor, a wild and rugged place to visit for great walks, and traditional old pubs to stop in for a break. Further afield, Cornwall has an enormous range of extraordinary places to visit and we are centrally located to reach many of them easily if you have a car.
  • Tamsin warmly welcomed us into her home and pointed out everything that we might need to make our stay more comfortable. As we only had 3 days in the South West, Tamsin gave us some great tips to ensure that we made the most of our time. This advise was invaluable. Not only did we know the best places to visit but we also knew where to park and where to find the best cream teas!!!!!! In Summary, thanks to Tamsin's hospitality, we had a great stay in Cornwall and would love to get back sometime soon. PS the brekky was great too!!!!

  • Host was friendly and helpful. Area is residential. Parking was on a nearby road, only a minute's walk away.

  • Tamsin and her husband are wonderful hosts. We came to Cornwall to visit Port Isaac as we are huge "Doc Martin" fans, and Tamsin was the ultimate Doc Martin guide, and we enjoyed our time with her very much. She went above and beyond to be sure we got as much out of our short time in Port Isaac and the surrounding area as we could, with great suggestions and exceptional assistance. Her neighborhood and Wadebridge itself are lovely, with her beautifully appointed home high on the hillside overlooking the town and the distant landscape. We had the larger of two rooms, which had an amazing view and the most exquisitely comfortable king-sized bed with excellent linens. Breakfast was delicious, as was the Cornish fudge in our room. The bus stop was only a few steps up the street - which connected us efficiently with the train station - very accessible if travelling without a car. And we loved the kitty !

  • I can't recommend staying in Tamsin's home any higher! From being picked up at the near airport, to the lovely welcome in the house, my first impressions were very high! The house itself is beautiful. It's old and full of character, but tastefully decorated. My bedroom was perfect. Comfy bed and a lovely view. The absolute height of my stay with Tamsin was breakfast... oh my goodness! I was shown to my seat at the table and presented with a menu! I went for the poached eggs - two mornings in a row! So tasty. Having little time for leisurely travelling, I managed to get an afternoon of exploration and sought Tamsin's advice. It proved to be sound and I'm glad I took it. Tamsin clearly knows this part of the world very well! I hope to return!

  • This stay was a highlight of our visit to Cornwall. We only a had a short stay but Tasmin made us feel very welcome. The room is large, light and airy with a view into the garden. The bed is large and comfy. Breakfast was abundant and great. Wadebridge is situated ideally for a base to explore Cornwall from. Tasmin gave us great advice on places to visit along the Cornish coast that we less "touristy" and we weren't disappointed with her suggestions. He advice lead us to discovering some amazing coves that made our short stay in Cornwall.

    Daniel2016-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • They made us feel very welcome and have a lovely home! Would definitely go again if in the area!

    Becca2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Location, rooms, breakfast and the hosts we're just perfekt! They made our stay become a extraordinary experience. Located perfectly and with many wonderful tips from the hosts this place is perfect for traveling around. Very kind and helpful. Can be recommended to everyone!

    Maria2014-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Simply Perfect!

  • Blackberry Hut was such a cosy retreat exceeding expectations with how cleverly and beautifully it had been decked out. Lucy is a lovely gracious and thoughtful host who's got a knack for welcoming touches. We have fond memories of the smell of clean linen, the little wood burner and of watching the shepherd tend the sheep in the morning.
