    The Old Rectory Barn is situated in Dronfield Village’s conservation area. Originally built in Tudor times, the Barn has been renovated over the past few years. It is attached the Old Rectory which is a historic Georgian residence and set in grounds of around an acre. Situated on the edge of the Peak District, Bakewell, Matlock and Chatsworth are a short car ride away. The central village location means that many restaurants, pubs, shops and the train station are a few mins walk away.
    A superb open plan Barn comprising 2 bedrooms (1 super king, 1 king), 2 bathrooms, lounge area (with log burner) and kitchen. There are two outside areas and the rear enclosed space contains a hot tub. The wifi is fast enough for video streaming and conferencing. Satellite, Freeview & Amazon TV / music is available. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided. There is parking for 2 cars.
    Dronfield is an historic market town with medieval barn, Parish Church, and heritage walks. It has a sports centre with swimming pool and gym and a range of local shops. The Old Rectory Barn is situated in the middle of the town conservation area and there are numerous pubs, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. For amazing food, art, music and culture, check out Sheffield City Centre; home to the Lyceum Theatre, the Crucible Theatre, the City Hall, numerous art galleries, museums and a couple of independent cinemas. The Peak District National Park is 5 miles away and Chatsworth House is a 15 min drive.

It has a flying bed (like a bunk bed but with no bed below it), a desk and chair for work or study, a hanging rail for clothes and shelves for your things. You will be sharing the house with other friendly and kind people who work at the University of Sheffield. We occasionally go out to the cinema together and have meals together.
    At the moment there are 5 people living in the house, including my girlfriend and I. The house is very quiet and clean. The people who come to stay or live in the house are often related to the university, they come for short-term courses or research projects. The house is built on three floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a small toilet, the kitchen (with a 6/8 seat table, a big fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and plenty of pots, cooking utensils, cutlery and plates - so no need to buy or bring anything). We have a small garden with a table and chairs to sit outside if there is nice weather. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. This room is on the third floor along with a bathroom that is shared between 4 rooms. My room is also on the third floor and I have my own bathroom.
    The house is in a beautiful, safe residential area in the south east of Sheffield, the postcode is S12 2UL. There is a park nearby with a tennis court and a football field, there is also a gym (with a swimming pool) within walking distance. There are some shops around to buy food.

Gus y Louisa eran unos anfitriones encantadores y siempre estaban dispuestos a hacer todo lo posible por ayudarme con todo lo que necesitaba y eran personas muy agradables con quienes hablar. La habitación era estupenda para quedarse; Acogedor, cálido y utile. El escritorio fue un buen toque para que yo condujera mis estudios nocturnos. 10/10 recomendaría una estancia aquí.     This property is my second home and is a very modern and stylish townhouse, located within a quiet modern development on the South East side of Sheffield, very close to Rother Valley Country Park and Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre. The Supertram Park and Ride terminus is ideally situated within a short walk of the property, and provides easy access to and from the Sheffield City Centre, and is ideal for anybody planning to visit the many popular attractions the city has to offer.
    There is an allocated parking space outside the property, which is free to use and will be available for you throughout the entirety of your stay. My home is fully equipped and in the kitchen you will find an oven and microwave, a kettle, toaster, fridge, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery and utensils. Also located in the kitchen is a washing machine, along with washing detergents. The living room includes a comfortable reclining leather sofa, Smart TV with On-demand TV and Netflix and wireless broadband. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-sized bed and lots of storage space while the bathroom includes a bath and shower. The rear garden is enclosed and is very private and is perfect for anybody who enjoys relaxing in the sun.

Chatswoth and all Derbyshire.. Sheffield.. Nottingham We have lots of shops.. Restaurants and bars within 2mins.. If iam not here I have a key box for you to let yourself in.. I have a lodger who should be here and I also have a cat and dog plus in nice sun trap for you to sit in or eat in after use of kitchen..
    Central location for lovers of walking- shopping- theater-music... Free to come and go as you please...

    We are lucky to live surrounded by friendly, helpful neighbors and despite being on a main road, the house backs on to allotments and veg patches, seen through the bedroom window!

    brimington common is a suburb of chesterfield, short distance to historic market town, we are close to sheffield, mansfield, historic house such as Hardwick hall and chatsworth, we have numerous supermarkets close and 2 pubs and 2 shops in walking distance, easy acsess to chesterfield canal walls and great pennine way, through ancient woodland, also within Chesterfield is the famous crooked spire, the chesterfield museum and two theatres, plenty of shops and quaint places to eat and drink with meadow hall only a 20 minute drive away, after all this hustle and bustle the peak district is with 15 minutes, alton towers is about an hours drive, matlock bath is around 25 minutes

    We have the choice two large double bedrooms, there are two bathrooms for guest use, which are separated from the rest of the house. There is ample private parking in our courtyard and guest are very welcome to make use of the garden. Pets are welcome but please arrange as we have 2 cats and 1 dog ourselves.

La parada de autobús está a unos 4 minutos a pie y una tienda para las necesidades está a 10 minutos a pie. El alojamiento en sí es muy bonito.     This recently refurbished apartment sits above Heist Brew Co bar and Brewery. With floor to ceiling feature windows, this 2 bedroom, 1 ensuite spacious and open planned studio apartment boasts quirky evening mood lighting, and unique decor that adds to its industrial styling. Offering the unique experience of staying above a brewery we also offer brewing experiences which can be found via our website by searching Heist Craft. Or check out our events and come and stay with us for the weekend.
    Heist is situated in an old school from the 1800's and is attached to the brewery which is situated in the oldest building in Clowne so the building is steeped in history. It is also a building with original characteristics such as single pane wooden framed windows and wooden structural beams which have been stripped to their original glory. The apartment has 2 bedrooms which are divided, however it is recommended that if both bedrooms are being used for the stay that the parties know each other as they are required to share the bathroom attached to Bedroom 2. The bar is operational hours are as follows: Mon - Closed Tue - 12 - 9 Wed - 12 - 9 Thurs - 12 - 10 Fri - 12 - 11 Sat - 12 - 11 Sun - 12 - 9 The walls are very thick between the bar and the apartment however it is worth noting that customers and music may be heard on busy evenings until closure.
    Clowne is an old mining village situated in the middle of rolling fields surrounded by a number of other villages, local parks, heritage sites, Manors, stately homes as well as being home to walking and cycle routes with links to national routes. Clumber Park, Creswell Craggs, Bolsover Castle, Hardwick Hall, Welbeck Abbey and Rother Valley to name but a few local attractions. (Gullivars world coming soon to Rother Valley) There are also other towns, cities and other attractions within driving distance (or a short bus or train journey) such as Chesterfield, Sheffield, Worksop, Newark as well as the famous Chatsworth Manor for a bit of culture and Meadowhall shopping centre all within a 20 - 45 minute drive. Heist is located 2 miles from the M1 with quick links to all the above. Sporting activities are also in abundance such as walking and riding, climbing and bouldering, water sports (Rother Valley) as well as multiple golf courses: Rother Valley - 7 mile Renishaw - 6 mile Bondhay - 2 mile Lindrick - 10mile Worksop - 9 mile Barlborough - 1 mile Clowne is small enough to walk around with local tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and bars with the best obviously being Heist. But all offer something different for a multiple night stay.

    We have two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms for guest use, which are separated from the rest of the house. There is ample private parking in our courtyard and guest are very welcome to make use of the garden. Pets are welcome but please arrange as we have 2 cats and 1 dog ourselves.

    Carpenters Lodge is situated in the village of Marsh Lane on the edge of the Peak District and offers high quality self-catering accommodation for up to four people. The Lodge is attached to our recently renovated Barn Conversion, however is independent from the main Barn having its own entrance, garden and seating area. The Lodge is well equipped for self-catering holidays and there is a good range of information leaflets and maps in the property. Gill and Steve will offer you a warm welcome.
    The whole of the cottage is yours - kitchen, lounge with dining area, downstairs large bathroom with walk in shower and bath, double and twin bedrooms upstairs with a toilet and hand basin on the landing. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.
    The village of Marsh Lane is close to shops with a Co-op 5 minutes drive away and a Morrison’s supermarket 10 minutes drive away. There is a petrol station a mile away from the cottage. The Peak District is 30 minutes away with fabulous countryside and of course the ever impressive Chatsworth House Estate.

Peak District & Sheffield 20 mins drive. Free parking directly outside the apartment. First floor apartment, but the entrance is groundfloor where there is a hallway that has enough space for a pram & bikes. Own private entrance, private staircase, private front door & front garden - it isn't communal.
    1 bedroom flat with a double bed AND a fold down "click-clack" type sofa bed in the bedroom. A large travel cot is also available. The living room has a leather corner sofa AND a folding "Jaybe" small double bed (suitable for 1 adult). Separate, well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc. Separate bathroom with electric shower. A STAIRGATE is available for the top of the stairs, but please let me know if you need this putting up before you arrive as I do not leave it on. A potty is in the bathroom and there is a small toy box in the bedroom cupboard for anyone with toddlers. All bedding and towels are provided. I boil wash all towels and bedding after each stay and pride myself on giving the flat a good clean before you arrive which takes time so that is where the £20 cleaning fee goes. I operate a very strict NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE the apartment. PRICING NOTE: The "service charge" will vary but it has nothing to do with me, it is an Airbnb charge, I do not receive this money.

The Chesterfield canal and the Trans Pennine Trail can be accessed from one end of the road, with the historic Revolution House at the other. Chesterfield itself famous for it’s crooked spire also hosts a large outdoor market that has been trading for over 800 years.
    Included is a open plan living/sleeping space with TV, WiFi, electric flame-effect fire, a sofa/day bed that converts to either two singles or a double bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room (due to the sloping roof, those over 5"8 may find the shower a bit awkward, ceiling height within the shower varies from 1.5m to 2m.     We are on the edge of the beautiful Peak District and located in the historic village of Old Whittington, home to Revolution House. Chesterfield town centre is a five minute drive and Sheffield, a small compact city with an industrial heritage and a large number of green spaces, only twenty five minutes away.     2 minute walk to Dronfield train station with regular trains into Sheffield and chesterfield 15 minutes drive to Sheffield town Centre 10 minute drive to chesterfield and the beautiful Peak District The town of Dronfield lies midway between Sheffield and Chesterfield, and only 3 miles from the Peak District. The first settlers in this area were probably attracted by the rivers, streams and woodlands. Traditionally, the Anglian settlement started on the site of the long, low, five-bayed building, now divided into several small shops, opposite the Parish Church. The Domesday Book of 1086 says very little about Dronfield, except to confirm its existence with a suggestion that it wasn't very valuable! The Church of St John the Baptist was one of the richest livings in the Hundred of Scarsdale. Other historical buildings include the Green Dragon Inn (1349), once the hall of the chantry priests and the headquarters of the Guild of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the barn on High Street with its carved king post roof that may date to the 15th Century. Dronfield benefited from its position on one of the routes from the lead mining and grindstone making areas of the Peak towards the transport network on the rivers to the east. Coal mining was important to the area with pits mentioned as early as the 16th Century. More mines were opened in the 18th Century and 19th Century but no trace of the coal industry remains today. By 1811 steel refiner Samuel Lucas had set up a foundry exploiting his patent for malleable iron and, according to tradition, cannon balls for the Napoleonic Wars were made here. Today, one of the old foundries has been converted into the Forge Shopping Centre. Dronfield has an unusual landmark - the Peel Monument on High Street. Built in 1854 as a tribute to Robert Peel, the monument commemorates his repeal of the Corn Laws in 1846. It is probably the most photographed and sketched feature of the town.

    Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. It has private parking and is located a few minutes walk from the Halfway tram station. The house has 2 double bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds), a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a living room with a large screen TV and an electric fireplace, a conservatory and a garden. We also have fibre broadband.

    Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Halfway tram stop (Supertram - Blue Line). A 10-minute walk to the closest supermarket (Morrisons, 1 Oxclose Park Rd N, Halfway, Sheffield S20 8GN).

    The bedroom is in a very clean/tidy 4 bed detached house. Parking on the road. I am very near to Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Matlock, and all the Peak District. Also near to the canal for walks. Near to cities such as Sheffield, Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield hospital and college, and Sheffield University. Good access to all public transport. I am near to may eating houses.. KFC.. COSTA.. INDIAN.. ECT I have supermarkets on the doorsteps also pubs. Football ground at bottom of the road
    You will love your stay, as my house is very quiet but friendly with that homely feeling.... Close to everything you need.. Food.. Entertainment.. Shopping.. Football... Eating.. Nice countryside walks.. Canal walks
    It is a safe area to live in. Safe to walk. Friendly pubs and bars.. Close to town.

  • Todo estuvo genial. El lugar estaba ordenado y tranquilo. ¡Era el lugar perfecto para descansar después de un día entero de viaje! La casa está ubicada cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, lo cual fue muy cómodo para los viajeros. Sin duda recomiendo alojarse en este lugar!

  • Desde el momento en que llegué a Sonia me sentí bienvenido y como en casa. Ella es una súper anfitriona, y hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviera cómoda y feliz. Ella fue muy amable, pero respetuosa de mi espacio. La habitación estaba bien equipada y limpia. Hay un escritorio si necesita trabajar, y menaje para preparar té y café. La cama era muy cómoda y estaba hecha con sábanas blancas y limpias y dos almohadas grandes por lado. No había ruido por la noche, y no tuve problemas para conseguir un buen descanso nocturno. La zona es bastante buena, con algunos bares y restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina. No encontrará una mejor relación calidad-precio en el área. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse aquí, y sin duda volveré.
