Tastefully decorated in hues of white, grey and blue with natural materials such as wood, stone and slate incorporated into the design scheme, the cottage is light and deceptively spacious. High quality furnishings and fittings ( unusual in a holiday home in our experience) have been chosen to maximise comfort.Extra features such as a tapestry welsh blanket, locally designed cushions, pottery and prints add character and warmth. Bedroom 1: Features a king size bed with a quality mattress ,a feather duvet and pillows ( non -allergenic synthetic bedding is available on request) A fitted, full height wardrobe and large shelves provide ample storage. • My Wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kay's beautiful cottage with our puppy. The wood burning stove made the space lovely and warm in the evenings, even in January. Everything you need is provided and more - the record player is an extra bonus! Kay gave lots of information about walks and other activities in the local area. Pembrokeshire is beautiful. We had a great time and will visit again.

  • Insanely beautiful cottage and location. Honestly, if we moved in tomorrow we wouldn't have changed a thing. Great communication, a whole host of directions and local information that made our weekend perfect. Thank you so much for being excellent Air BnBers

  • What a wonderful little cottage. Perfectly equipped, stylishly furnished and in a fantastic location in one of the most beautiful parts of Wales. We had a magical time exploring the Pembrokeshire coast and the Stables was the perfect base for our stay. My only regret is that we didn't need to use the mezzanine at all as there were only the two of us, but what a wonderful space. Would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a stylish bolthole for your Welsh holiday adventure.

  • Our experience at the stables was lovely! We had the fire on most evenings which was nice and warmed us up on our cosy nights in, the sofa is so comfortable - as is the bed in the main bedroom. Would recommend staying here for a cosy get away but be prepared to drive around a bit! Kay was very responsive and helpful with any issues / questions we had. I honestly think the pictures don't do the property as much justice as it is due as it is an amazing space and so homely!

    Eleanor2017-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful bolt-hole on a great bit of coast. Couldn't have been happier, felt roomy with four of us in due to the efficient layout and high ceiling in the living area. Lovely surroundings and everything we needed to hand. Thank you Kay for a lovely stay!

  • The cottage exceeded expectations - it was exquisitely presented, well equipped and even had a DVD of Curb Your Enthusiasm (not that we sat around watching TV). The cottage is a great base for exploring the numerous beaches that are nearby - several within a 10 minute drive. As for walking, you can get to Druidston and its charming restaurant within 40 minutes. I recommend staying here... and if you do, make sure you visit Skomer Island too

  • What a find! We we're lucky to find Kay's place for half term, we stayed during Storm Brian and ended up staying indoors quite a lot! The Stables was very comfortable and cosy, the log burner was put to good use and our boys who love being in the outdoors didn't want to go out! This is the first time as a family visiting Pembrokeshire and despite the mizzle, we could see the beauty of the place so much so that we are planning our return as The Stables is a great based to go off and explore the local area. As surfers, the boys enjoyed surfing at Newgale and Whitesands, which are nearby and a little drive to the little cove at Manorbeir is worth it, especially as the non surfers of the family (me) can tootle off to Tenby. Thank you for having us Kay!

A lovingly restored, 200 year-old farm, close to some of the loveliest beaches in Wales and only 400 metres from the stunning Coastal Path. Normally let by the week (Sat to Sat) - but shorter stays (minimum three nights) possible in winter. Weeks in winter start at £600, rising to £1550 in high summer. Long weekends (four nights) in winter start at £320.
In summer Glebe House is the perfect setting for family holidays with its spacious living areas, large garden, BBQ and close proximity to glorious beaches and the Coastal Path. It is also ideal for walkers, cyclists, runners, bird watchers and dog lovers - particularly in the colder months when you can return home to a roaring oak fire (there is unlimited fuel in the wood store).
This part of the coast is both stunningly beautiful and the perfect location for an outdoor holiday, be this swimming and surfing in summer or bird watching and walking in the cooler months. It is also comparatively under-developed, so people are friendly and shop and pub prices are low for a holiday destination.
  • Lovely spacious and well equipped farmhouse with good outdoor space for the dogs & toddler. Underfloor heating together with the woodburners were a real bonus. Daniel, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout. Recommend The Swan Inn at Little Haven and Bishops at St. Davids for excellent meals. Best secluded beach we found was Druidston.

  • A perfect stay in Talbenny. The house has been beautifully and painstakingly renovated with huge attention to detail and is very comfortable indeed. The facilities in the house are excellent. Talbenny itself is incredibly peaceful, yet within easy walking or driving distance of Little and Broadhaven where there are good pubs and beaches. Daniel was a very friendly and communicative host who made sure our arrival and departure couldn't have been easier. I'd highly recommend this Air BnB to anybody looking to stay in Pembrokeshire.

  • We had a wonderful week in Daniel's house. Daniel proved to be a wonderful host and the house was a wonderful base for exploring Pembrokeshire. The house is beautiful and had everything that we needed for our family of six. The kitchen was well kitted out and there was a good selection of DVDs for the children. The pool table was also a big hit. The house was very comfortable and we were thankful for Daniel's welcoming gift. We would hope to return in the future.

    Darragh2017-05-27T00:00:00Z
  • Daniel has been very thoughtful with the facilities in his place. Separate living areas so you can chill out in front of a log fire while the more active guests play pool or watch TV. Kitchen well appointed with full laundry and dish washing appliances. Large range type cooker and microwave. Large farmhouse dining table and plenty of settees. He has provided high chairs, folding cots and baby gates to accommodate younger guests. Plenty of off road parking and good garden ( not fenced ) for exercising the dog. Very quiet location but Little Haven is only 1 mile away with a few inns/restaurants and very quaint. Whole area and people very dog friendly, consult Daniels tide times booklet before heading off to beach. Supermarkets not far away in Haverfordwest. Daniel has left lots of advise/suggestions on where to visit. I'd say it's mainly an area for walking ( too many for a single visit) and dramatic coastlines. We loved Marloes Peninsula, see National Trust. Also St. Davids worth the trip with beaches along the way. Definitely worth a return visit.

  • Fantastic place to stay, really clean, close to the sea. We have such a restful break.

  • Glebe House is in a stunning part of Pembrokeshire and is a miles walk from the lovely little village of Little Haven. The house is large and well equipped and was very cosy when the log burners were lit. We had access to lots of seasoned wood at no extra expense which was great. It comfortably slept 8 of us and the games room was a real hit with the children, especially the pool table. Whilst Daniel is happy to have dogs at the house the garden is not completely dog secure so they do need supervising when they go out. A great house in a good location for exploring the many lovely beaches in this area.

    Eve2017-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the restored farmhouse with its stone floors and large garden. It was well equipped and perfectly placed for traveling to the beautiful coastline Pembroke has to offer. We found lots to do, including horse riding on the beach and enjoyed some exceptional meals at pubs in the nearby coastal villages.

    Maureen2016-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely, well equipped house that was bigger than expected on the groundfloor. The house has been renovated to a very high standard. One of our party is disabled and the groundfloor was tremendous for accessability, including the downstairs bathroom. It is a great location for coastal walking. Daniel was very helpful over the phone and by email. Excellent value for money.

  • We had the most amazing time at Summerhaven. What a magnificent place. The house was very clean and is perfectly equipped. The kitchen provides everything you need. And even if the weather isn't great outside there are lots of books, cds, DVDs, Xbox and games to use. We will definitely come back.

  • Simple, spacious and ideally situated home with lots of natural light and design led feel...perfect setting for our family holiday with young children. Beach, 3 pubs and a cafe within easy walking distance but the house was so comfortable we enjoyed the summer evenings there. It was so cosy we also thought it would be lovely in winter. House is really well equipped for children too. A lovely holiday!

  • We had a wonderul time staying at this house. The house is exactly as described and more. I loved that it was bright and airy . It's so cozy and comfortable. In the mornings we wake up to birds singing. The location is secluded and yet it's very close to Little Haven town centre . I would highly recommend this property. The only possible disadvantage is climbing the 49 steps from the car park up to the house but if mobility is not an issue , this would be a perfect retreat to relax and recharge. Clive is a great host, very helpful and responsive to any and all queries.

    Leng2017-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic house, beautiful views, lots of room. All very tidy and tasteful. Value for money. Just lovely.

  • I can't articulate enough how much of a joy it was to stay here. It's airy, spacious and even more beautiful than its pictures. The large flight of steps leading up to the house were a little tricky, especially with our luggage, and with the lanterns being solar-powered and it being the middle of December there were no lights to lead us up safely at night. For these reasons I think anyone with access/mobility/disability issues might struggle with this house, although the light situation could be rectified the steps might still be an undertaking for some. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need, the washing machine worked perfectly and there was plenty hot water whenever we needed it. My 02 network was completely nonexistent - i had no service in the house for the duration the trip - but my partner who is on Three had better luck. The wifi was a little patchy and frustrating at times so if you plan on using Netflix or something similar you're best downloading your shows before the trip. The closest shop (Londis) is about 5m drive or 15m walk into Broad Haven and closest at 7pm. Although it does have all the necessities it is a fairly small shop, you'd need to travel further into Haverfordwest or Milton Haven for something larger and cheaper. Overall it was an absolute privilege to stay here and I wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!

    Sarah2016-12-23T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful stay in a truly special place, it felt very "Grand Designs"! The weather was pretty wet and windy for our stay, and to have somewhere so well kitted out and comfortable to retreat to and dry out was great. We are keen cooks and found the kitchen especially well equipped. We also made use of the DVD and book library, and music collection (so nice to have a CD player!). The other thing I found helpful was to have the welcome book detailing local walks - we seized a break in the rain and had a lovely clifftop walk starting from the house and back up through the village. It was also appreciated that there was a bath and not just a shower. The location is superb, and we would really like to return to Summerhaven at some point, perhaps with some friends, as it would be the perfect place to have a nice dinner party (hopefully with some warmer and sunnier weather so we could make use of that wonderful balcony!).

  • Easy to find, good parking, spotlessly clean and very well placed for a short walk to the beach, pub and shop. Broadhaven beach is good firm sand, great for children, adults and dogs. Safe garden for the dogs, very quiet at night. Terrific coastline with several cracking beaches within a few minutes drive. Very good information about the area - walks, places to visit, etc. in the files in the house. I would happily go back again, (next week if I could...)

  • A really good cottage - very warm and modern and comfortable. Well located on a quiet road and very close to lots of great beaches.

  • The cottage is wonderful; very accurately described on the AirBnB website. The large downstairs living / dining / kitchen room is airy and well furnished. Wood burning stove superb. And the cottage is very well insulated. The kitchen very well equipped - and the extractor fan works very well, which is essential at this time of year when it's cold and wet outside. The utility has very high quality washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms and ensuite shower / bathrooms also very good. The walk through the nature reserve - only a hundred yards from the cottage - is really lovely. Little Haven and Pembroke Coastal Path less than 10 minutes drive away. Little Haven also boasts three pubs - at least two of which serve excellent food. Hafida responded very quickly and helpfully to all emails. Thoroughly recommended. Brian and Hilary

  • We were made very welcome. There was a bouquet of flowers, some Welsh cakes and milk, tea and coffee waiting for us. The house was as described and lovely, very clean, warm and very comfortable, with lots of extra touches, such as perfume sticks, handwash, towels and tea towels. The area was beautiful with wonderful beaches only a few minutes' drive away. The house is in a pretty woodland location.

    Susan2015-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • A very well equipped cottage, fitted to a high standard. It is comfortable, clean and in delightful, private and wooded surroundings. It is easy to find and an ideal base from which to explore the Pembrokeshire coastline. Highly recommended. You do need a car but parking is adequate for 2/3 vehicles and the coastal Village of Little Haven is only 10 minutes away. Shopping in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven are both good and relatively close. Good Pubs in Little Haven and Dale for both drink and food. The coastal path provides spectacular scenery and wildlife viewing opportunities at almost any time of year. If the weather is poor then the cottage is a very cosy retreat.

    James2015-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely little cottage within driving distance of many of the best walks the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path has to offer! We stayed with a young baby and the family dog and felt safe, secure and well located. Thanks!

  • We had a wonderful stay in Syke Mill over New Year. Perfect getaway with cosy log fires. Immaculately clean and tidy. Everything you need for a lovely stay Hafida has thought of, few lovely essentials when we arrived, games and even Christmas table crackers! Enjoyed cooking every night in lovely social kitchen, fantastic luxury showers and bath and loved listening to the rain on the velux windows at night. Thank you Hafida for allowing us to share your home, we will absolutely be returning!

  • A very comfortable and well located base to explore Pembrokeshire, finished to a high standard, and immaculately clean and presented. Well suited to couples, and those with young or older families (our 'boys' now 17 and 20) Lots of possible outings a short drive away include Dale (water sports, including kayak/dinghy/windsurf hire) and the really excellent Griffin Inn pub/restaurant, Abereriddy (for coasteering) and a nice walk from there to Porthgain for lunch (the Shed or Sloop), and Newgale for surf/Kayak hire. Skomar Island evening bird trip well worth it (we saw puffins, Manx Shearwaters etc, but depends on time of year). Marloes, Tenby, Laugharne (Dillon Thomas) and Llanstefan Castle (amazing views of the estuaries on latter two) all visited and worth the trip. The cottage has been converted to a very high standard, and includes induction hob, built-in oven and separate microwave, dishwasher, fridge and good modern kitchen and storage. Only problem we had was with mobile phone reception (none of us could get a signal on O2). Internet/Wifi would make a great addition, too (one could (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to get to round the phone problem when making bookings etc) and Wifi would be very helpful for weather reports/tide tables, checking restaurants etc etc. The Airbnb Postcode (for security reasons?) isn't quite where the property is located, which created a bit of confusion when we arrived at the wrong place, but Hafida (host) responded quickly once we managed to get a phone signal in a nearby village and put us on the right track, So check your final postcode with her before you go. Woodland location is peaceful and trainquil. Hafida was friendly and helpful in all our comms (phone and email) and we were left completely to our own devices during our stay which made for a relaxing break. Highly recommended

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.
Fenton Farm is set in a quiet rural location within easy reach of Little Haven, Broad Haven and the surrounding area.
  • The location is beautifully quiet and peaceful in the Pembrokeshire countryside and so convenient to so many wonderful places for visiting, beaches, walking, cycling, drinking, eating.....

  • We really enjoyed our Bank Holiday stay at Shippon. There was a warm greeting on arrival - both figuratively and literally, as the cottage was snug and toasty on a stereotypically chilly long weekend, and we greatly appreciated the essentials waiting on the counter: Welsh cakes, tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. The cottage is just a short walk into picturesque Little Haven, though add in an extra ten minutes on your way home: weighed down by a hearty meal at the Swan (and a few ales) it'll take a little longer to climb the hill out of the village!

  • The cottage itself is absolutely lovely - very clean, very warm and very homely. Perfect facilities for a few nights. We had such a brilliant stay in such a lovely location. Make sure you have the right address when you are heading there, though - as the AirBnB app takes you to the wrong location! Caroline was a fantastic host and gave us some great recommendations while we were there. Walking into Little Haven is lovely, and from there we walked 11 miles down the coastal path which is just beautiful. A few lovely little pubs in the village of Little Haven with lovely bites and lovely tipples. Not too far from anything that you could want to do in the Pembrokeshire National Park. We will definitely be back and recommending to friends and family! Thanks again Caroline :)

  • The cottage was accurately described and Caroline was more than happy to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

  • It was a beautiful cottage exactly what you see on the picture in a lovely secluded quiet farm. The host was amazing and helpful. One of the loveliest cottages we have stayed in.

  • My wife and I stayed at one of Caroline's cottages for three days while visiting Pembrokeshire. It's located on a nice farm, a fifteen minutes walk from Little Haven. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in Pembrokeshire, this is the place.

  • Karen made us feel very welcome - was warm, relaxed and gave us great advice about where to go on our first night. The coast is within easy reach of the B&B as are other attractions like Skomer Island. Our room was fine, clean and comfy beds and the breakfasts were fab. Karen was always available to answer questions, make suggestions, and even make a packed lunch for one of our days out. It is a perfect place for anyone wanting a base from which to explore this gorgeous bit of coastline.

  • This little b&b is so lovely! We arrived late and were given a warm welcome. We stayed in two of the bunk beds rooms and we all had the best sleeps we'd had in a long time! The next morning we didn't want to leave. Karen made a lovely full breakfast and gave us great trips for the area. We will definitely be back!

    Teresa2017-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Karen place is remarkable confortable. I had a huge room for myself with no extra "single" charge, with all the facilities and a nice view. Breakfast in the morning was at demand, personalized and very nice and Karen was always there for some conversation while starting the day together. I love the location because of being very centered in the region and so close to everywhere I wanted to visit. If you add to all those features a very very good price in relation with anything else in the area I think Karens is a very good option for anyone visiting.

  • Karen and Chris are nice and sweet hosts. Either of them had picked us up from or sent us to Broad Haven and Skomer Island. Only based on public transport, we saved much time and effort in our trip to Broad Haven (with a beautiful beach) and Skomer Island with their help and car. For those without driving licence, to stay with Karen and Chris will be a right choice. Necessary, and not too much, tips for the petrol and their time were willingly paid. Really thanks for their nice help. Also, they provided us with a large and clean bedroom with necessary facilities, as well as a nice kitchen to use for cooking dinner. A nice place for sleeping and relaxing. By the way, Karen is a really good chief. She provided us with excellent British breakfast (her homemade strawberry jam is highly recommended), and she was really kind to prepare the next day lunch with sandwiches for us.

  • Karen was exceedingly helpful and provided a wonderful place to stay. The place is a little bit out of the way, but nearby (1.5 miles) Little Haven has fantastic food and Karen could not be more warm and hospitable! Enjoy your stay.

•Modern static caravan on a family-run farm •Close to sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park •Well-equipped kitchen, dining area and large lounge In the Pembrokeshire countryside, just two miles from the lovely sandy beach at Broad Haven, our holiday caravan is an ideal base for your break in West Wales. It is set in its own private area in the grounds of Mountain Farm.
Mountain Farm is a convenient base for holidays in the countryside away from busy resorts, but with easy access to a wide range of activities and facilities. Watersports are nearby with golf, cricket, rugby and football clubs within a 20-minute drive. Our caravan is modern and well-equipped. It has a kitchen and dining area opening onto the spacious lounge, and two bedrooms – a double and a twin. It overlooks the horse paddock and has a spacious decking area.
  • We had a fantastic time at Mountain farm, both Phill and Mandy were very friendly and made us feel relaxed from the moment we got there. Our accommodation was exceptionally clean, and very well equipped, a home from home for us. Location is fantastic for getting to all the beaches and local attractions. I would recommend staying on mountain farm and I hope to return soon.

  • We went to Pembrokeshire for a 7 night stay at Paddock View. Does exactly what it says on the tin, quiet, surrounded by magnificent countryside and beaches, local amenities not a million miles away, kitchen is functional as is rest of the van. Didn't see much of Phil, but met Dan, Phils nephew, who was accommodating, contactable and communicative. Do it, s'lovely.

  • We were hoping for somewhere peaceful where we could completely relax - this is exactly what we got. The caravan is a real home from home, there is plenty of space for a family of four while still feeling nice and cosy. Location wise it is excellent! The information booklet provided was so detailed, we used it as a guide for daytime activities and eating out, we felt like we made the most out of our stay with this info. Would definitely stay here again!

Rockfield is a recently renovated cottage, with woodburner, on the Pembrokeshire coast. We have panoramic views to west and south across St Brides Bay, and access to the coast path, just five minutes from Broad Haven beach.
Rockfield has been recently renovated to provide bright open-plan living space, enjoying magnificent sea views. The living area has open ceilings and oak floors, with ample seating around the woodburner. Double doors open to the garden and patio, with wide views across Broad Haven beach and St Brides Bay. A large dining table occupies the south west corner, surrounded by windows to best enjoy the views. Accommodation is all on one level. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric fan assisted oven. A separate laundry cupboard provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is broadband and TV. Bedroom one - A double room with two south facing windows and sea views. Two built in wardrobes with hanging space, shelves and drawers, writing desk and chair. Bedroom two - A double room with south and north facing windows, and sea views. Large built in wardrobe, with hanging space, shelves and drawers, writing desk and chair. Leading to bedroom three. Bedroom three - Leading from bedroom two, two bunk beds, with room for travel cot (provided). Built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Bedroom four - Two single beds, with one north facing window. Built in wardrobe, with hanging space and shelves, and a separate set of drawers. Bedroom five - Two bunkbeds, with views to the east, and cupboard with shelves. Bathroom facilities - Main bathroom, with over-bath shower, toilet and washbasin. Shower room, with toilet and washbasin. Separate toilet, with washbasin. There is parking for three cars on the driveway. All heating and cleaning costs are included in the price. Unfortunately we are unable to provide wood and kindling for the woodburner, but this can be easily bought at the Tesco store in Haverfordwest, or at local petrol stations. I am sorry but we are unable to provide towels.
Rockfield is well situated for trips to north and south Pembrokeshire, and is just 7 miles from the county town, Haverfordwest. Broad Haven. With its long sandy beach, surf and kayak hire, and many rock pools, Broad Haven is one of the most popular beaches in the National Park. It has a full time lifeguard service in summer (check the kiosk on the sea front), and a wide range of water sports equipment is available for hire or sale at Haven Sports. There are several pubs and restaurants. Five minutes by car, or 10 minutes walk across the beach at low tide, Little Haven provides a picturesque contrast to busy Broad Haven. The small enclosed bay lies tucked into the cliff side, giving shelter to a few fishing boats and sailing dingys. Three pubs offer a range of excellent dining opportunities, and there is a small café. In early August, the Little Haven regatta attracts water sports enthusiasts from across Pembrokeshire, and St Brides Bay is filled with the sails of competing boats. 40 minutes from Rockfield, at the north west tip of Pembrokeshire, St Davids is the UK’s smallest city. Although it has only 2,000 inhabitants, it’s cathedral gives it this status. The ruins of the bishops palace and the cathedral tell of the history of the city, and there are many gift shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The picturesque harbour of Solva is 10 miles from Rockfield, on the road to St Davids. The village lies in a steep river valley running to the sea, where fishing and sailing boats shelter in the deep inlet. You can pick up the Coast Path from here, or stop for a while in one of the many pubs and cafes. Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire, provides the major shops, a cinema, swimming pool and large supermarkets. The castle and town museum are also worth a visit. A little further afield, Pembroke is well worth the effort. The magnificent 12th century castle sits above the historic old town, with long passageways, high battlements, and a cave under the foundations to explore. From Pembroke, the beaches of south Pembrokeshire are just a short distance further.
  • Myself and 4 friends had a lovely relaxing time at Rockfield. The cottage is clean, cosy and very homely! Amazing views from the breakfast table every morning. Will definitely be coming back!

  • The view was simply wow, the kids were hooked on the pool table come rain or shine. The house felt special, but not too much so that we were not able to relax and live there as if it were our own. Only beds being a touch hard for our likings and a shortage of loo roll on arrival to make note of. Happily return there again. Thank you

  • Justin and Shona were quick to respond and help out with my questions (and there were a lot as this was my air b'n'b debut), right up to the day we checked out. The bungalow has spectacular views down to the beach, and is in a great location just a short walk from the Havens (the best of which was the morning walk down to Little Haven at low tide and around the cliffs to Broad Haven beach). Plenty of room there for 8 of us (including two children) both inside in the well-equipped kitchen/lounge and good-size bedrooms, and outside on the terraces and around the firepit. I would definitely stay here again.

The peace and quiet, the wild, natural beauty with spectacular coastal walks just a mile away. Stunning beaches all around, big skies, bright stars, blue seas!
  • Simply brilliant - it's like looking after a friends house who's gone away - they've left you everything you could possibly need and the heating pumping for a warm welcome. You need no more than clothes, wellies, toothbrush and some grub:) Really recommend!

  • Such a lovely place to stay. Our hosts were extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. The cottage is very cosy, clean and has everything you need. Such a lovely location with a beach only a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

  • We had a wonderfully relaxing break in a very well appointed barn conversion surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery the UK has to offer. You can't beat that

  • We had a wonderful stay at Josie's delightful and relaxing cottage, it had everything we could have wanted & Josie made us feel very welcome even when we turned up at 10pm, she had even lit the fire & put the heaters on to make sure the house was warm upon our arrival. It was the perfect stay for the 4 of us and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book again!

  • A lovely homely cottage, with everything you could possibly need. Beds were amazing and so comfy. Pity the under floor heating wasn't working, but extra heaters were provided. Wish we could have stayed longer.

  • Wonderful place. As described. Very secluded and relaxing but not too far from Little Haven which is a cool little village.

  • Lovely place - The Cottage is stunning with huge spaces, whitewashed stone walls and wooden beams. Nice garden area at the front. Everything there that we needed and the hosts were helpful and on hand. Good location for walks on the coastal path and only 5 or 10 minute drive from two great beaches at Little Haven and Broad Haven.

  • We spent a lovely few days in Pembrokeshire staying at Moo Meadow. It is in an easily accessible and central location for exploring the area. We spent a lot of time at Newgale, an excellent, and unpopulated surf beach (compared to Devon and Cornwall) and also visited the Presilli Hills, a short drive north with fabulous views. For evening entertainment we loved Little Haven, which is a few miles away from the farm. The caravan was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed a comfortable stay. We met Phil soon after we arrived and he made us feel welcome but left us to our holiday. The dogs are lovely and we had regular visits from the very friendly Daisy. A great place to stay, thank you.

  • Lovely quite place with load to see and do, would recommend and go again

    Barry2017-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had the most amazing 6 days at Phil's farm. The best airbnb experience by far. The caravans are fantastic...spacious and cozy. Phil's family are really lovely and we'll miss Daisy and Mac,the friendliest dogs ever! The location is simply brilliant. Only a few minutes drive to a beautiful beach in Broadhaven. There are many more stunning beaches not far from the farm. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely be coming back soon! Thank you so much!

The Old Cowshed sits centrally in the Dale peninsula- in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park close to many of its best beaches including Marloes, West Dale, Little Haven, Broad Haven, Druidstone and Newgale. It is a stunning barn conversion and we any repeat visitors. Please see our numerous 5* reviews on Trip Adviser.
Welcome to the Old Cowshed. We are new to Air BNB having only started in November 2017. As the name suggests -this is an old cowshed that has been lovingly converted into a stunning luxury holiday home. If you like oak beams, slate floors, minstrels gallery and a wood burning stove, then you will love our barn. It is spacious, light and airy and you will have the luxury of underfloor heating with en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms plus a a large utility and wet room for storing bikes, surf boards or washing off muddy boots or even dogs! There is a secluded rear garden with table and chairs accessible from large glazed doors in the kitchen. There are two televisions, in the lounge and kitchen, DVD player, Dab radio and internet access.
Pembrokeshire is a magical county and was the first coastal national park in the UK. We have stunning beaches, a world famous coastal path from which you can access stunning secluded bays and have no company other then the sea birds. Pembrokeshire is also home to numerous castles, (Pembroke, Carew, Manobier) , it has the smallest city in the UK (St Davids) and away from the coast, there are the Presceli Mountains to explore from where the stones that make up Stonehenge were hewn. We are situated just a few miles from Dale and Little Haven, these are two pretty coastal villages with great pubs and eateries (check out the Griffin and the Swan) plus an abundance of coastal activities on offer including surfing, kayaking, sailing and fishing trips. Skomer island of Puffin fame is just off the coast and the ferry port is also just 10 minutes away at St Martins Haven.
  • One of our favorite Airbnb homes so far. My husband and I spent a long weekend here and were surprised by how spaciois the house was. The kitchen was incredible and better stocked with dishes & gadgets than our own home. The fireplace & living area was dreamy and the master bed really comfy. Despite it being cold & really windy out, we were warm & happy in this little piece of heaven. Great location - really quick drive to beaches, coastal walks, and nearby towns. Barbara & Hugh provided an info packet in advance which had so much great info about the house and local area - we referred to it often and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place!

  • Beautiful cottage, lovingly restored/converted. Plenty of space inside for up to 10 people. We felt very at home and relaxed. Hosts were very amenable about arrival and departure times so we could have spent longer in the cottage if we had wanted. Our dog was welcome. The only unforeseen problem was the central heating was not working. I understand it had been working the week before our stay so it was unfortunate. We were given a lot of wood for the wood burning stove and some additional oil radiators for the bedrooms which was helpful in taking the chill off upstairs. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay. Thank-you.

    Sue2015-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • Brilliantly presented cottage in complete peace and quiet. Would definitely recommend for groups of 8-10. There is no mobile phone signal or WiFi so bear that in mind - probably added to our stay in all honesty.

    Matt2015-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • It wasn't a problem that we arrived at the cottage late at night - Josie came and introduced herself the next day, and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave us wonderful suggestions as to where we should visit in the area. The cottage was wonderful - there was so much space, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of seats, and the place was toasty warm.

Rock House is a cosy, traditional welsh cottage in the heart of the pretty village of Herbrandston. It has recently been restored employing traditional methods and preserving original features. Within walking distance is Sandy Haven, a lovely secluded beach with rock pools and a slipway. Close by are Dale, Marloes Sands and Martin’s Haven, where you can catch a boat to Skomer, famous for it puffins. The nearest towns are Milford Haven, with its marina and picturesque Haverfordwest.
Rock House has been in my family for over 30 years. My parents bought it in 1982 and I have many happy memories of long summers spent here on the beach at Sandy Haven. As with all of us, the years took their toll on the cottage and unfortunately, when my elderly parents were no longer able to maintain the property, it fell into a state of disrepair. My wife and I decided to take it on and spent over 3 years in bringing it back to life, with a wonderful builder in charge of the painstaking restoration work. Everything was carefully researched; traditional methods employed and original features salvaged or recreated where possible, whilst still bringing it up to the 21st century. It has been a slow process but we think it was worth the wait. Rock House is now ready for a new generation to enjoy and we hope you will love it here just as much as we do. See what a recent guest blogger thought about the cottage and the area on her blog, Joli House, 'cosy cottage Wales' and 'a short break in Pembrokeshire'.
Herbrandston is a fairly large coastal village, which, according to Wikipedia, derives its name from a Norman or Flemish settler in Pembrokeshire, named Herbrand, who settled here soon after the Norman Conquest. St Mary's church in the village contains a worn effigy of what appears to be a 14th-century knight holding a sword. Its tower has two levels; the third level, which contained battlements, was removed between 1740 and 1770. The village green, directly outside Rock House, was the site of an annual Hiring Fair, held on 12 August. These days the village holds a carnival on the green every summer, suspending the bunting from the gable of Rock House. Herbrandston is one of only 14 doubly Thankful Villages in the UK, in that all of the men returned home safely from both World Wars. ‘Herby Times’, the local community monthly newsletter, has details of local events, bus and church services. If a copy not available in the cottage, you may be able to get one from the local inn, the Taberna, which also houses a shop and post office. There is also a dentist in the village beside the play area on the green.

We have 3 yurts (this is 1 of them), each with a double bed and 2 single sofa chair beds, a woodburning stove, outside covered kitchen area, picnic table and firepit. We offer a beautiful secluded site, 1 mile from the spectacular Pembrokeshire coastal path with views to Skomer Island and access to beaches such as Little Haven, Marloes, Druidstone and Newgale nearby. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
We offer 3 gorgeous yurts on a softly landscaped smallholding, surrounded by a small growing woodland, with tonnes of birds and a view of the sea out to Skomer Island. Each yurt offers a double bed, 2 single sofa chair beds, a woodburning stove and an outdoor, fully equipped kitchen area with picnic table, and firepit.
The spectacular scenery and proximity to the coastal path. We are 1 mile from the sea, so a short meander down the farm track leads you to Mill Haven, a small, rocky cove - perfect for rockpooling and scrambling about. You can then walk around to Little Haven or St Brides from here. We have the ultimate peace and quiet and enjoy big skies, blue seas and bright stars!

The caravan had a lovely fire effect heater which warmed us up seen as the rain paid us a visit for the weekend. Not far from local beaches and towns/villages. • The diary is a wonderful cosy and relaxing place. Fabulous hosts, fully kitted out kitchen, great internet and a fantastic spot to explore Pembrokeshire from. You couldn't ask for more.

    Nigel2017-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • My fiance and I needed a short stay holiday, and were looking for a cozy place to relax in and take long walks from. We stayed in the Dairy, and it was perfect. The cottage was definitely cozy, clean, had all the required amenities and is perfectly situated to explore beautiful Pembrokeshire. Paddy and Lou were faultless hosts - great communications before the stay, welcoming on arrival, and professional, helpful, and friendly throughout. The things we enjoyed most (apart from the cottage) were the coastal walks, the amazing beaches, coasteering with Celtic Quest, visiting Pembroke Castle and dinner at the Druidstone Hotel.

    Neil2017-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the Dairy. A perfect base for exploring Pembrokeshire. It is small and perfectly formed, very well equipped and cosy (even in mid February). We were very comfortable and had a warm welcome. We'll be back.

    Naomi2017-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We both loved our stay at the Dairy. A lovely little hide away in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas, most places can be reached within 45 mins in each direction, so makes for a great remote base, and there is also a fair bit to do in the surrounding local areas, great for evenings and easy going days. Wonderfully cosy with great facilities. The internet was amazing for such a remote location (19Mbps Down / 27Mbps Up) and OS Maps of the area were also a massive bonus as we were able to plan our days out and access travel and booking information, we also took them on a few walks. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need, along with utilities if we would have needed them. Lovely wild flowers on the kitchen table were a great addition, along with the wood fire all ready to go. Central heating was very warm so keeps it nice when it's a bit chilly.

  • Spacious, clean and comfortably furnished room with access to shared bathroom which was also immaculate. Pam and Andrew made us feel very welcome in their home and even went to the trouble of providing us with a fridge to keep our packed lunch in. Our hosts told us of the local beaches and places to eat, as well as having a handy pack in the room. Highly recommend Pam's place, it's ideally located for walks and for visiting Skomer.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, well prepared folder with local information. Massive thanks for Pam to send her partner to hand us the jackets we left behind. Truly recommend if you are visiting Pembrokeshire and enjoying birdwatching at Skomer as we did.

This Annex is very comfortable and warm in the heart of the country village of St Ishmaels, with off road parking, it is an on suite double room with tea and coffee making facilities. Sheets, blankets, towels and toiletries are included. We have beautiful beaches and Islands to explore, all in a protected National Trust area. The village of Dale is 3 miles away with great water sports facilities like sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, fishing trips to mention just a few.
This place is great for couples or singles wanting to explore the Pembrokeshire coastal path or take part in water sports, it also has a wealth of interesting places to visit near by like Solva and St Davids and Dale. There is plenty of room on the drive, there are no steps or Stairs at Sunnybrooks Annex so access is easy and if a guest needs anything they only have to ask. The Annex is warm and comfortable with a good on suite and toiletries provided. It is very quiet and relaxing space with a comfortable bed.
We are located in the heart of the village of St Ishmaels which has a good pub, The Brook Inn, sports Club and Nurseries which all do excellent food at very reasonable prices.
  • Tracey and her husband are great. We felt very welcome and they helped us with any problem we had. The room is realy nice, lovely and with a lot attention to detail. The surrounding is beautiful and near to the house is a pub. We enjoyed our stay and we would come back at any time.
