The room is located on the top floor in a four split house. The bathroom is located in front of the room and it’s all yours to use. I have my own, and another full bathroom downstairs being used by my renter who is occupying the room downstairs. It is close to bus stop that will take you to C-train. Airport is 20 minutes drive. You are always welcome to help yourself for coffee or tea in the morning. You can access the full kitchen and the living room.
Clean, quiet, and cozy house with only me and a renter with her 3 yr old. You will have lots of privacy!

    Our place is close to 17th Ave, Stampede Grounds, and downtown. You’ll love our place because it was just completely renovated! Our place has a separate entrance, laundry machine & dryer and we don't charge a cleaning fee.
    Our space was just completely renovated. We have all the necessary cooking appliances, if needed. The highlight of our renovation was definitely our bathroom. Our guests have loved our bathroom, especially the shower.
    Our neighbourhood is considered Connaught or the Beltline area. Connaught being the community and the Beltline being the general area. The Beltline area is basically a rectangle. A few blocks north is downtown, a few blocks south is 17th ave which is where a lot of the bars and pubs are. To the east you have the Stampede grounds and the confluence of our two beautiful rivers. Our location is as central as you can get in Calgary!

    Looking for laid back/fun people who are both responsible and courteous to share a home with… House is located on Penswood road S.E., in the neighbourhood of Penbrooke. This is an older house built in the 1970s and most of it is original. Its not a luxury kind of home to stay in so I am keeping the prices low for the guests who just need a place to crash. This is a shared dwelling and you will be sharing it with other airbnb guests, I sometimes also have airbnb guests on the couch as well. This is the perfect place for you if you want to meet people and you don't mind sharing a home with others. I do my best here to give the best value for you but please keep in mind it is an older home and I will be doing upgrades as I can afford them in the future. The backyard has a huge brick patio with a BBQ and many places to sit down if you have a couple of guests you would like to share your god-awful, burnt cooking with. The rent includes all utilities (gas, electric, water) and includes internet. I am looking for a sensible, responsible person who enjoys living with other people and is respectful of others.     Just minutes north is Aspen Crossing which features an excursion train, dining car, greenhouse and gift shop. A little further down the road is the Bow River and Spear Grass golf course. Head south to Vulcan and visit their Trek Station. Southwest you come to the small town of Nanton with it's many antique shops for those looking for a rare treasure or visit the Bomber Command Museum of Canada which features a restored Lancaster bomber. Another day trip is the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller.
  • Mijn wederhelft en ik verbleven in het mooie Bunkhouse voor een nacht om uit de drukte van de stad te komen, en wat een mooie tijd hadden we. Het bunkhouse is fel rood, met een schilderachtige schommel op de veranda: perfect voor het kijken naar die prachtige zonsondergangen in de prairie. Het bunkhouse had een rustieke uitstraling, dat zou nergens anders te verslaan zijn! Amanda en Daryl waren geweldige gastheren, zelfs gekookt ons een geweldig ontbijt in de ochtend. Amanda biedt geweldige massage-opties, evenals paardrijden lessen / trails. We hadden geen enkele kans om het paardrijden te proberen, maar de massage was een geweldig gebaar! De badkuip is ook een van de nieuwigheden van dit verhaalboek, een badkuip met victoriaanse klauwpootjes en gouden garnituur !! Verbazingwekkend. De foto's doen echt niet deze plek gerechtigheid. We hopen snel terug te zijn.

From the breakfast items provided, the sparkling wine, and personalized welcome signs...this getaway is fantastic! The bunkhouse itself is great! Very comfortable bed! Beautiful porch swing! Wonderful claw foot tub to take a nice soak in! Thank you for a great stay! I want to go back for more than a quick overnight!

  • We absolutely loved our stay at the bunkhouse. The hospitality was amazing and they are super friendly! They had great breakfast options, that were left at your door the night before. We loved this, so we could go at our own pace. There were awesome amenities like the lovely tub, cute style touches throughout, a bottle of sparkling juice to greet you, a swing on the covered front porch, and complete privacy from the main house. There was a fire pit and bbq that could be used privately, as well. The kitchen was limited but more than you need for a weekend, with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. However, the bbq has a side burner that can be used as a hot plate.

  • Amanda, Daryl en het Bunkhouse waren geweldig! De foto's van het Bunkhouse zijn schattig, maar het echte ding is nog schattiger en gastvrijer! Het is volledig zelfvoorzienend (hoewel ik niet zou verwachten om grote maaltijden te koken), privé en comfortabel met een prachtig uitzicht en fantastische gastheren. Deze accommodatie bevindt zich op een volledig functionerende paardenranch met voldoende mogelijkheden om met de paarden te communiceren, anderen naar school te laten gaan, of op pad te gaan als dat je ding is. (Daryl was erg geduldig met me toen ik Trader leerde rijden - bedankt Daryl!) En als het niet jouw ding is, is het Bunkhouse privé genoeg dat je niet eens weet dat er paarden in de buurt zijn. Ontbijten in het 'Big House' waren een hoogtepunt van elke dag - een mogelijkheid om te plannen, tips te krijgen over lokale bezienswaardigheden of gewoon wat te kletsen over het weer. Kortom, deze plek en de gastheren zijn geweldig. Als je er zelfs over nadenkt om hier wat tijd door te brengen, zou ik je sterk willen aanmoedigen om dat te doen.

  • Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven in het Bunkhouse voor onze trouwdag, en de hele ervaring overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Daryl en Amanda waren veruit de vriendelijkste en meest doordachte gastheren van elk hotel, hostel of vorm van accommodatie waar ik tot nu toe heb verbleven. Het enorme landelijke bezit is de maatstaf van de rust. The Bunkhouse is een historische structuur aan de buitenkant en is onlangs gerenoveerd. Zeer schoon en gezellig, het biedt alle comfort van een moderne flat terwijl het toch nog steeds het gevoel behoudt een ouderwetse, afgelegen hut te zijn uit een eenvoudiger tijd. Mijn vrouw en ik gingen ook een avond paardrijden met onze gastheren en kregen de zonsondergang te zien met een onbelemmerd, panoramisch uitzicht. Het enige nadeel was dat ik naar huis moest gaan.

  • Dit is een plek waar je moet blijven! Als u op zoek bent naar een ontspannen, romantisch, heerlijk ontbijt, dan kunt u hier niet verder gaan voor massage of paardrijden. Amanda en Daryl zijn het vriendelijkste koppel en waren fantastische gastheren. Ze lieten ons rond het eigendom zien, we moesten de paarden voeren, ze lieten ons zelfs groenten uit hun tuin halen. Het ontbijt is geweldig met een grote verscheidenheid aan vlees, eieren, brood, fruit enz. De Bunkhouse is onberispelijk met een gezellige landelijke sfeer. Het heeft een zeer comfortabel bed met een mooie badkamer met een klauw teen bad en zeer mooie spa douche. Amanda en Daryl deden een extra stap met het versieren van de plek en het aanbieden van leuke traktaties en kaarten bij onze aankomst. Ze hebben geweldige restaurants in de nabijgelegen stad aanbevolen. Deze locatie is perfect voor reizen naar Okotoks, uit het westen naar de bergen of naar de leuke steden Black Diamond en Turner Valley. Het ligt dicht bij een prairietrein excursie in het kleine stadje Mossleigh. Je zult houden van deze vriendelijke, medelevende en energieke gastheren die graag van je verblijf genieten! Om nog maar te zwijgen over het feit dat ze pas twee dagen voordat we aankwamen verhuisden, dus deze mensen deden hun uiterste best! We zullen zeker terugkomen.

    This is a one bedroom unit with a large storage area that has a direct walk out to a main street that allows you easy access to the city. There are some of Calgary's top restaurants just blocks away. The Calgary Tower, BMO Centre, Stampede, Saddle Dome, Stephen Ave and Core Shopping Centre are all within a 20-25 minute walk. This unit has all your basic necessities with a gym on-site. We have another unit next door that can be used for larger groups.
    Our space is a 15 min walk to downtown or a 5 minute drive. Our condo is modern, warm and incredibly clean. We live in an area that has amazing restaurants, shops, grocery stores and local markets. Bridgeland is a great area! Our condo is in such a fantastic area. Close to downtown, shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all a walk away.     Our neighbourhood is just outside of down town. We live on a Main Street that provides you with easy access to the city and all of our areas amenities. We have many great brunch spots just blocks away. At the bottom of our hill you will find a grocery store and some other shops along 1st Ave.

Extra bedding will be available if you need. There is one bathroom with a shower. We will provide towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper. You are also welcome to use the hairdryer. The living room has a nice couch and a TV with access to Netflix. At night time, the couch can be pulled out to provide sleeping space for two more people. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic kitchenware you will need during your stay. This includes utensils, pots and pans, a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle. The kitchen space also has a small counter-height dinner table with chairs. As a gesture to you, we will provide coffee and tea. Parking is available for one vehicle, sometimes there is additional parking on the street.
    Cranston is a quiet family neighborhood, surrounded by many amenities. We are only a short drive away from the Health Science Centre, Cranston square shopping Center, restaurants, Bus stop that will take you to the C-train station (to get downtown), the Spruce Meadows horse race track and golf courses! The neighborhood has direct access to two major routes, Deerfoot trail and 22x/Stoney trail. Inside the neighbourhood we have a small square with Sobey's, a local pub, a coffee shop and a few fast food joints. We also have a bank/ATM, a gas station and a walk in clinic. There are lots of beautiful walking trails that extend through our neighbourhood! You can get to Fish Creek Park by a 5-7min walk and the Cranston square by 10-15min walk. Fish Creek Park is the second largest urban provincial park in Canada!! The park itself features 80 kilometres of trails and is home to a large variety of natural wildlife! Entering the park from Cranston, you can walk or bike along the Bow river. It is the perfect place for a picnic!

    This never lived in suite offers the best walking , biking, and access to both the city core and stampede grounds.
    East Village is an award winning master designed community in downtown Calgary. We are just a short walk to the river pathway system, and 1 block from our city hall and free transit ( in the core only). We have recently had a small shopping market added across the street from our New building which also offers free entertainment on Thursday,Friday and Saturday.

    Welcome to our home where you will be staying in our spare bedroom which has a queen bed in a quite, comfortable, cool basement. You will have access to the shared basement family room, shared bathroom, kitchen and dine in area, with free street parking. Our home is close to restaurants. shops, major routes, and public transit. We are about a 20min drive or 1.5hrs via transit from the airport. We are also about a 20min drive or 45mins via transit from the Greyhound Bus Terminal.
    Our home is smoke free home with guest access to shared basement family room, private bedroom with queen bed, dresser, closet and a shared bathroom. There are extra towels and bedding available for guests upon request. Shared family room includes a large television, with full cable, DVD player, lots of movies and Wifi. Guest may use the kitchen table for meals, the microwave, toaster, dishes & utensils and the basement fridge for cold storage. All other kitchen amenities are available upon request. Guest do not have access to the washer or dryer but are free to use the iron and ironing board. There is free street parking available in front of our residence.
    We are located in Northeast Calgary, in the neighbourhood of Marlborough. The Northeast boasts a verity of excellent restaurants, with many stores and close to the shopping mall.

    This tiny yet charming condo has a large balcony overlooking down town. It can fit up to 3 travellers (there is a pull-out couch), is centrally located - just off popular 17th ave, and minutes from shops, entertainment, night life, parks, transit, sports facilities and urgent care.

    17th Avenue is a very desirable area of Calgary with an abundance of shops, cafés and entertainment outlining the strip. My condo is a 10 minute walk to the downtown core and Stephen's Ave, where there is an upscale mall (with Holt Renfrew) and plenty of dining. The C-train, Stampede Grounds and Talisman Sports Centre are also a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, there are a variety of parks, river pathways and schools in the area. Eau Claire Market and Prince's Island Park are about a 35 minute walk north, which is a gorgeous area to wander around in the summer - with shops, dining and a splash park for children to enjoy. The Elbow river is around a 15 minute walk south of me and is great for its running pathways, parks, BBQ pits and rafting during summer months.

    Located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood that is surrounded by beautiful walking paths and backs onto the golf course. Our home is a warm comfortable colour scheme and meant to relax in. Two large bedrooms with queen beds. A television in one room. Large back deck to relax on in the warm months. Linens and towels are supplied for the guests. The private rooms are ideal for professionals, solo travellers, couples, and families. Free street parking.
    The rooms are located in a Sunshine basement which offers lots of light. Our home has an open concept and very spacious. The large bedrooms have ample closet space with heated floors to make it cozy in the winter months. The home is also equipped with central ac for the summer months. The beds in both rooms are queen size. There is a desk in one of the rooms if you need a quiet space to work in. You have use of a private washroom with two sinks and a bathtub/shower. If you need anything in the fridge there is a space for you. You have use of the family room and pool table. The kitchen is open from 7 am-9pm for you to use. Access is from the front door. If you require a later or earlier check in arrangements can be made. Free wifi and chromecast for streaming your favourite shows from your device. Non-smoking home.
    We live in a very quiet community close to all amenities. Enjoy a walk or bike ride along the pathways. Access from our backyard! There are three Tim's Hortons and a Starbuck's in the town along with other restaurants such as the Station and the Roadhouse for your culinary enjoyment.

    The lower level of a beautiful townhouse in the heart of downtown. This suite has its own entrance and is set up with anything you could possibly need. Located just 3 blocks from trendy 17th avenue, you will have no shortage of things to do during your stay! We are also really close to the downtown core and stampede grounds. No cleaning fee AND free parking!
    The suite is newly renovated and created with Airbnb guests in mind. The kitchen is separated from the bedroom area by a half wall, allowing for more of an entire house feel within a studio suite. The TV is equipped with Netflix and set up so you can watch from in your bed or from the living/dining areas.
    The house is located near pretty much everything including one of our favourite spots Bottlescrew Bill's Pub (140 10 Avenue SW). You will receive a 20% discount when you visit. Just let the staff know you're our guest!!

    Your room is a single average-sized bedroom. It has a closet and a night-stand with a lamp on it so you can read before bed if you wish. Your room is across the hallway to the bathroom in case you need to in the middle of the night and don't want to walk very far...
    In addition to city-wide access of the 2-minute walk to the C-train you are also a 5 minute walk away from various grocery stores, coffee houses (Tim Hortons, Starbucks), liquor stores, Vietnamese, Sushi, Italian Restaurants, McDonalds, Wendy's and also various pubs/bars all within walking distance. The Glenmore reservoir is a natural park that takes 1 hour to cycle around. Rent our cycles for a fee. - Getting to public transit is a 10-min walk from our house. Route-10 gets you directly to DT in 30 mins where as Route-39 gets you to Heritage train station.

Although we try our best to keep the kids as quiet as we can in the mornings I cannot guarantee total silence to guests. Park by our house!!!
    Welcome to Calgary, gateway to the Rockies! You will be very comfortable is this nicely appointed, family-friendly basement suite located in the inner-city community of Renfrew (borders on the community of Bridgeland). The community is an established area over 100 years old with beautiful tree lined streets and views of the downtown & Deerfoot valley. Easy access to major roads (Deerfoot Trail, 16 Avenue, Memorial Drive), as well as a short 5-10 minute WALK to the Calgary Zoo, Telus Spark Science Center, Zoo LRT station, restaurants, parks & coffee shops. Come enjoy the private one-bedroom basement suite in our home with separate entrance, kitchen, full bath, living room and large windows. The suite has one QUEEN bed and a comfortable pullout double sofabed in the living room. If you are a family of more than 4 and would like to stay, please feel free to ask. There is enough room to have you bring your own single air mattress and set it up in the living room for a fifth person. There is also a professional grade Tornado Foosball table in the living room for your use. The unit has hot water in-floor heating throughout to enhance your comfort. All floors are tile or parquet. PARKING IS ON STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE! My neighbors ask that my guests park by our house and not in front of their houses. In order to receive their continued support for our Airbnd rental I ask that all guests respect this request. If you end up parking in front of a neighbors house please don't be surprised if I ask you to move your car. Microwave, toaster oven, cooking utensils, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker and kettle are all in the kitchen for your convenience. Basic coffee/tea supplies provided as well as spare blankets, sheets & towels . Access to laundry facilities, iron & ironing board in the basement laundry room . THERE IS NO TV IN THE SUITE!!! Also I do not provide food/meals for guests! As a guest you need to provide you own personal toiletries (razors, curling iron, etc). There is hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, facial tissue & toilet paper in the bathroom, dish soap, paper towels & tea towels in the kitchen for your use during your stay. Home owners with children reside here with our dog (the dog is not given access to the rental suite). If you have a pet that you are travelling with please inform us to get approval PRIOR to booking, we try our best to be 'pet-friendly'. All animals must be house-broken and obedient. It would also be GREATLY appreciated if you kept your pets off the furniture & beds. We live across the street from a large off-leash dog park as well which makes it extremely convenient to walk your dog daily.     Renfrew is a well established neighborhood located NE of the city's downtown core. We are a 10 min walk to either the Telus Spark Science Center and the Calgary Zoo, two of Calgary's biggest attractions. The city's train system (called the LRT) is located at the Zoo entrance and can take you too all quadrants of the city (fees apply for purchasing tickets). The park which is located across the street from our house used to be part of the Zoo as well way back in the 1950s & 1960s! Today, it is called Tom Campbell's Hill Natural Park. With FANTASTIC views of the city year round & prime views of New Years, Canada Day as well as Stampede fireworks, it is a great place to go for a walk. Just be prepared for lots of dogs because it is also a busy off-leash park. Our community is slowly being revitalized with lots of new residential construction. Go down the hill to the community of Bridgeland/Riverside for a coffee or breakfast as well. See the map on my listing for locations of recommended sights/attractions/food/beverage establishments. For your own safety please do not leave any valuables in your vehicles. We live in a safe area but leaving valuables can attract thieves anywhere. Prevention is the best action to take!

    Renting while out of the country, a well appointed stacked townhouse in Mckenzie Towne Calgary. It is the upper unit. Perfect for professionals, weary travellers, and anyone looking for an alternative to a hotel. Short and long-term rentals available.
    The unit has a private entrance with electronic keypad lock, visitor and street parking. The owner will be parking a vehicle in the garage while away. Parking is outside a few short steps away with parking pass that will be provided. Full use of the kitchen and washer and dryer are permitted. The unit is fully furnished with the owners personal things, care and kindness are requested. The unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with equivalent queen European designed cabinet bed with memory foam. There is one bathroom. The unit is located very close the South Health Campus Hospital in McKenzie Towne Square. There are virtually all amenities near by in McKenzie Towne Square including a gym, yoga, numerous restaurants, a grocery store, off-leash dog park. Tim Hortons, and Starbucks. The bus terminal is a 5 minute walk with connection to the light transit system. Deerfoot is a 5 minute drive and connects to anywhere in the city. Dogs are our guests too!   • Location - bridgeland - very up and coming with lots of resto and cafe. Very easy to get around. Mostly 10 min drive will get u to Kensington, East Village, downtown. Apt. - clean and airy. Toiletry incl. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towel and air dryer. Kitchen with utensil and kettle. Underground parking. Check in was easy and communication was great. We would stay here again.

    This 3rd floor condo features vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, Keurig & mirrored closet doors! The futon in the living room provides sleeping space for children or additional guest. Travelling in a group? I have another airbnb condo in this building which sleeps 2 adults & 1 or 2 children! ***Please note, as accurately indicated in the amenities, there is WIFI but NO TV!!!***
    Lower Mount Royal is a trendy upscale area featuring unique shops, restaurants, pubs, coffee houses & fast food all within walking distance. Other must see districts such as Mount Royal Village, downtown & 4St shopping/eateries are also close by. But... if walking is not your preferred transportation, the bus stop is within a block! Other popular attractions you will find nearby include Elbow Casino, Cowboys Casino, the Saddledome and Stampede Park, home of the Calgary Stampede, is 16 blocks away!
  • El lugar de Judy es increíble. Ella ha hecho un gran trabajo renovando el condominio y haciéndolo sentir como en casa. Está súper limpio, no te preocupes por la parte exterior del condominio ya que te sorprenderás gratamente una vez que entras. Super agradable cocina y espacio abierto.

  • El lugar de Judy me pareció tan tranquilo tan pronto como entré. La cama, las almohadas y la ropa de cama proporcionaban un sueño confortable; la alcachofa de la ducha era una gran manera de comenzar el día! Pude cocinar comidas básicas. No había leído los comentarios de los huéspedes anteriores sobre el humo en el edificio, pero pude estar cómodo en la suite con ajustes fáciles y buen apoyo de Judy. Un consejo para los viajeros, utilicé un servicio de transporte que me dejó en un hotel que estaba a solo 4 minutos a pie y tienes que ver el lugar de helados en 17 y 9a. Descubrí que los habitantes de Calgary son amigables con los turistas.

  • Judy fue muy rápida en responder a cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos. El primer día notamos que el termostato no parecía estar funcionando, y en un par de horas Judy arregló que alguien viniera a arreglar el problema. ¡Muy apreciado! El lugar era justo lo que necesitábamos. Bonito y limpio con electrodomésticos modernos, y cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Definitivamente hizo que nuestra estancia en Calgary fuera mucho mejor.
