It is the original settlement of John and Elizabeth Macarthur who brought the first merino sheep to Australia. The Camden Show is the largest after the Royal Easter show and is 129 years old. It is truly a rural area but a burgeoning cosmopolitan place to live.

A large outback shed has been restored to create "Aussie Bunkhouse" accommodation. Very roomy, well insulated with heating for winter and ceiling fan for summer. Located adjacent to owner's home where bathroom facilities are provided. Outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. Nice area for bushwalking.
Surrounded on all sides by other acreages of 3-5 acres. Short 10 minute walk to small local shops, with Take Away, Hairdresser, Bakery and Corner Store/Petrol Station.
