    Our guest urban Scandinavian style cabin is nestled in our green and lush garden. It has a dedicated earthy and natural bathroom with an outlook onto the garden.
    The studio is light and airy, set in a mature garden. The room is furnished simply and comfortably with a table for working or eating, a couch to relax and a queen sized bed. There is also a wardrobe, small fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, cutlery & china for tea & coffee facilities. Note that there is not a kitchen, this is a 'bed-sit'! Wifi available.
    Our neighbourhood is adjacent to UWA, Kings Park, public and private hospitals, and 5 minutes drive to Perth CBD. Our neighbourhood is vibrant and full of cafés, restaurants, galleries & coffee shops. A shopping centre is within walking distance and has many shops including supermarket, health food store, many different dining options. The University of Western Australia is a few minutes by foot, as well as Kings Park, Matilda Bay, the Swan River and many wonderful walking, cycling or running trails. Cottesloe Beach, Fremantle, Claremont & Subiaco are all easily accessible.
  • We had a great stay in this apartment. The hosts were very thoughtful and prompt to respond all our requests. They had even prepared milk and cereal to make sure we don't go hungry. The apartment was spacious, we had a huge bathroom to ourselves. The only thing I did not like as much was the mattress, it's a little too soft or sunken for me. Again, that's personal preference. If I ever return to Perth again, this cabin will be the first on my list ! :)

  • The designs of the cabin and house are beautiful. It makes us feel like visiting the owner's house too. The amenities are complete even without a kitchen. Location wise is great. It's not too far away from city and plenty of bus stops nearby. The groceries and halal food restaurant are just a short drive away. The small house is a perfect place to stay for a couple.

    Separate access and exclusive use of three rooms in a spacious, renovated house in one of Perth's premier suburbs. Close to services, public transport and local attractions - including walking distance to a supermarket, cafes and bars, the University, Swan river and Kings Park.
    There is also a queen sofa bed in the breakfast room that could be used by an additional two guests.
    It's very safe and quiet. There are lots of cafes, a shopping centre, bus stop and a couple of wine bars on Broadway .. which is 5 minutes walking distance from our home. It's walking distance to the University of WA campus and the Swan river. There is nothing not to like!

The separate bedroom has a new double bed, quality Sheridan cotton bedding and an overhead fan - and a new electric blanket to keep you cosy in winter. Guests may also use a very quiet study. The bathroom is for the exclusive use of guests. Please note that the shower is 'over the bath'. Features of my home include fast wi-fi connection, smoke detectors and a monitored security alarm system. The bedroom and private sitting room have new overhead fans as well as reverse-cycle air-conditioning. For the fastidious, an ironing board and iron are in the sitting room cupboard.

Surrounding home is the swan river, private golf courses and some of the best parks in Perth.There are an abundance of amenities and one of the best shopping precincts in WA,also a short train ride to the city or Fremantle. It's ideal for travelers or a family needing short term accommodation. We love children and have books and toys to cater if required.We hope to be able to look after you.
    We love our Californian style bungalow home with high ceilings and lots of natural light. We enjoy our garden front and rear... green all year round. Lots of fresh air and beautiful peaceful feel to our property. We hope you will enjoy it too!! Booking is per room basis. Rollaway beds are also available upon request.
    Stunning neighborhood filled with some of Perth's most prestigious homes, parks, churches and of course our very own pristine Swan River 200 metres away. We are within walking distance to King's Park, University of Western Australia and Claremont Shopping Centre.

  • Dorothy's place is the perfect base to have when exploring Perth - situated to the west of the CBD its 15 mins drive to the beach, CBD, Freo etc. Quiet street but close to 24 hour IGA, nice restaurants and public transport if you need. Easy parking if you've got a hire car. The place itself is lovely and modern, well kept and clean - with lots of space for you to settle in while you're there.     A light and bright 2 bedroom riverside apartment. Top floor position in a 2 level building of only 3 apartments. Very small, quiet complex. Large living areas (separate lounge and dining rooms) , large bathroom / laundry plus large main bedroom. The 2 nd bedroom is smaller, although still has a queen size bed and has wrap around windows which fill it with beautiful light and tree top views. This 2nd bedroom has full screens/shutters that close it off from the living area (see photos)

Apartments in this prime riverside location are very rare. Surrounding properties are all large multi-million dollar homes on big blocks. For families with babies we offer the use of a high chair, cot (port a cot) , toys, books, baby monitor etc . I have two boys aged 6 and 8 , so for older kids you can share our toys like surfboards , beach toys, balls , scooters etc
    Claremont is one of Perths very best riverside suburbs. The apartment is so close to the beautiful Swan River / Freshwater Bay. The bay has an amazing river beach which is very safe for swimming (we will see you down there in summer) The Claremont Quarter is nearby , and is one of Perths best Shopping Centres. We are also close to Cottesloe Beach and a short trip to the beautiful Port City of Fremantle. Perth city is only a 10 minute drive , as is Kings Park .

Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war genauso sauber und einladend wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Christine und ihr Mann waren liebevolle und achtsame Gastgeber, die mich während der drei Wochen mit in ihr Leben in Perth integriert haben. Nachdem tagsüber jeder seiner Arbeit nachgegangen ist, haben wir abends zusammen gegessen und schöne Gepräche geführt. Christine ist eine wunderbare Köchin. Beide Gastgeber sind reiseerfahren, aufgeschlossen und interessieren sich für das Leben in den unterschiedlichen Ländern und Kulturen. Wer in Perth ein gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft und Anschluss an sympathische und vielseitig interessierte Menschen sucht, und sich auch nicht an dem kleinen und betagten Jack Russell Hund stört, wird hier eine schöne Zeit haben. Your room has a queen sized bed with all bedding provided and an electric blanket for winter. It has an air conditioner as well as a fan. There are flannel sheets on the bed in winter for extra warmth. There is a tv with Apple tv available which gives you all the smart tv functions. Fast internet!
    The house is in a leafy, quiet street in historic Claremont with shady, safe, unlimited and free street parking outside the house available for your car. Cottesloe Beach is a 15-minute bike or a 15 minute bus ride away. UWA is 10 minutes by a bus with the bus stop 3 minutes walk away. Perth and Fremantle are easily accessible by nearby buses or trains. Claremont Showgrounds are a 10-minute walk away. It is a 10 minute walk to the Swan river foreshore and there are many beautiful places for walking, biking and jogging. It is a 5 minute walk to 2 gyms, one an excellent general gym, Essence gym, the other specialising in Pilates, Bodywise. For delicious breakfasts and lunches It is a 5 minute shady walk to Domain on Loch (URL HIDDEN) "Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and coffee from 7 am.   • I had a great 1 week stay at Maureen's! It felt more than just a holiday. Lovely breakfast every morning. Cosy room and big bathroom. Beautiful garden. Location was great with supermarkets, train & bus stations, post office, shopping mall, restaurants, takeaways all within walking distance. It was also nice chatting to Maureen every day.   • Maureen's Airbnb is the Best! I've send a week at Maureen's house and the whole trip was everything I wanted if not even more! Maureen knows how to make you feel at home! When I arrived Maureen graciously welcomed a stranger into her home. By the time I left, I felt like I've enjoyed a long overdue visit with family! Maureen is exceptional baker and had fresh bread for breakfast every morning. Even had baked me one to take home with me! Gracious and diligent host, Maureen help with everything I've needed ( some before I could even ask). A gifted communicator with wide knowledge on local events, Maureen helped me with all touristy questions I had! In addition to the total awesomeness of Maureen, her house is very beautiful and clean and in ideal location! You can walk to many places. There are two train stations near by and bus stops just down the road that will take you to Perth or the near by beach! If you think of visiting Perth, this is a place to stay! Highly recommended!   • Maureen's home is a little oasis. It has a relaxed, warm and welcoming feel to it. Sea breezes rush through the sunny garden into the house. It's a unique, light-filled space which she has decorated beautifully. Our bed was really comfortable and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We would 10/10 recommend to friends. Maureen is a wonderful lady who will do as much as possible to make you feel at home. We really appreciated everything she did to make us feel welcomed and looked-after.

She is incredibly generous and more than willing to offer advice on things to do around Perth and beyond; she has a lovely personality and is more than willing to engage if you have any questions. Her home is beautiful, filled with natural light, and is very convenient to both bus stops (about a 4-5 minute walk), as well as two train stations (about 10-12 min walk depending on which you take). The bedroom is more than an adequate size with closet and drawer space, and the bathroom is kept spic and span. Reliable wifi and laundry are pluses as well. Loved my stay here, and would not hesitate to return or recommend!

  • The hospitality provided by the host Tracy was quite perfect, not too intrusive, just discretely considerate and neighbourly. The cottage has a lovely pretty garden outlook like something from an English period film. It is a large and luxurious three room plus bathroom affair and was furnished with class, flair and quality. The provisioning was exemplary and extensive with dips, chocolate, breakfast needs, fruit, wine, flowers and on and on... The whole three days was quite above and beyond what I had experienced in any previous AIRBNB. I had such a lovely stay.

  • This is a gorgeous little bungalow perfect for relaxing and having a holiday in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Perth. The hospitality extended from our hosts was exceptional and really very unique for an airbnb stay. The bungalow was well stocked and we were welcomed with wine, a picnic blanket and nibbles for the riverside which is very close wander from the house. Such great value and streets above many of the alternatives in the same area. We had such a nice time here that we will seek it out whenever we come west. Thanks!

  • Can't recommend this Airbnb enough. The host is welcoming and warm, the accommodations are so nice. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful! One of the nicest areas in Perth. This place would be great for families stays but I also felt safe staying there as a solo traveler. The bed linens were nice and clean, heaters worked well and the kitchen was a perfect way to save a little money while traveling on a budget. As a foreigner I would have appreciated a little tutorial on using the different appliances but I will definitely be looking into staying here again next time we're in Perth! Love it!

  • Check in was really easy as we were able to let ourselves in which was nice after being on an early flight and wanting to relax. During our first day the power cut out, we contacted Kieran and he was able to get his mother to come and help us suss out what had caused the power cut. After realising it was the kettle, she took it away and replaced it really quickly and with the new one she left us some biscuits as well which was greatly appreciated. Generally throughout the trip contact with Kieran was easy and prompt. The apartment is absolutely lovely, very modern and clean with a fantastic large shower. It is in Crawley/Nedlands right next to shops including a large IGA which was very convenient. Getting around wasn't an issue as there are busses in the area to catch to go pretty much anywhere. Overall the stay was a delight especially that they left us some Christmas decorations to make it feel more homely and most importantly, Christmassy! Would recommend this listing to anyone, it's a great size for a couple.

The apartment is beautiful and well-maintained with a lovely kitchen and bathroom. There is a single bed in the second bedroom but it’s worth noting that you need to go through the first bedroom to get to the second. Overall we highly recommend this apartment.

    Brilliantly located, Shenton Park is one of Perth's older suburbs, with quiet, leafy, tree-lined streets close to all amenities, cafes, shops, public transport and many lovely parklands all within easy walking distance of the house. Located close to Perth's major teaching hospital (QEII), and the University of Western Australia with its lovely grounds, open to the public, and an outdoor international film festival in the summer months: (URL HIDDEN) with catering and picnicking facilities in the pine grove auditorium. King's Park, with its botanic gardens, restaurants, playgrounds, bush walk trails, and state memorials is a major tourist attraction and a delightful place to walk to (15 minutes walk to the park, with the Zamia Café an excellent café just inside the park), and from here you can even walk directly into the city of Perth. King's Park also hosts an outdoor cinema near the Zamia cafe in the summer months. The local shopping centre has all amenities, including ATM, and is just 8 minutes walk away. Perth's beautiful beaches , City and Floreat re just 15 minutes' drive, and further along are Leighton, Scarborough (for surfing) and the Whitfords Beach Marina.

  • This is a fantastic house in a great location (10 mins walk to supermarket, shops, cafes and a great Japanese restaurant, 15 mins walk to Kings Park and 10 mins walk to the station for regular and quick trains to the city and Freo.) We had lovely warm weather but the house stayed very cool and we didn't need the air con (may have done had we slept in the upstairs bedroom). All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend Anna's house.

Anna was very responsive and accommodating, and arrangements were easy to make. The garden terrace area is particularly nice to spend time in, and Bella the cat is beautiful and very much part of the house.

  • Firstly this property is stunning! and so much more in real life than the pictures. There was infomation and leaflets and a fridge full of condiments. The neighbour hood was lovely with shops round the corner, the walk to kings park is a lovely thing and only takes around 15 minutes. Its a nice distance away from the city easy to commute but nicely out of the way. The furnishings and the art in the house are beautiful and so much more than the average accommodation. The aircon in the master bedroom is well placed and keeps the room very cool. Both showers are really good and you have plenty of space with it still feeling homely and interlinked. it feels cared for and homely but with no clutter or traces of it been someones home , I felt like i was in a really modern unique treehouse with beautiful old features ! i would highly recommend this place to anyone such a dreamy place. Also the host Anna is very helpful and friendly !!

    Our 1906 Federation Home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom with breakfast area and own bathroom. Walking distance to Kings Park and Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital
    Your spacious, totally private area is the side wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any of the house with us. Your space includes a large adult bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside tables, flat screen TV & DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blanket for the chilly nights, recliner lounge, wardrobe, draws, study desk / breakfast table & 2 chairs, kettle, coffee plunger (tea bags, coffee & milk in your room on arrival). You also have your own private bathroom with hairdryer. There are 2 single adult downstairs bedrooms in your wing that are not used as I only take one booking at a time. If you would like access to them please message me so that I can update my site for you.
    Shenton Park is characterised by renovated heritage homes situated in the affluent western-suburbs. We are 4km from the city centre. A quick walk to the end of our street brings to to Kings Park which is one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner city parks. It's 200m to the local Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy and cafes. The house is walking distance from Sir Charles Gardiner & Hollywood Hospitals. The University of Western Australia is a 2min bus ride away.

  • Kerry is the most wonderful genial unobtrusive hostesses, and should be really proud of the accommodation she offers. During my wife’s hospitalization from interstate this property was truly a god send, easy walking distance to the hospital close to local shops restaurants and cafes. This property is truly a gem and exceedingly generous and comfortable accommodation in the quite leafy suburbs of Shenton Park a mere stones throw from the city of Perth and Kings Park.

  • Great location (3 min walk to Mathilda Bay, UWA, Broadway shopping centre and restaurants, and a 10 min walk to Stirling Highway). Small but very comfortable space and lots of light. The block of units is daggy but the apartment itself was lovely. We’d definitely stay there again.

    Quiet, secure Cottage only a short stroll from Sir Charles Gardener Hospital and the new Perth Children's Hospital. Just 35 minutes drive from the Perth Air Port, 15 minutes drive to Cottesloe Beach, 10 minutes to CBD Perth, and 5 minutes to the University of Western Australia. Only a short walk to local transport, Kings Park, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Ideally located for business and holiday travelers.
    The Cottage is a recently renovated self contained home with all beds in an air conditioned upstairs loft and all living areas downstairs. The owners live in the house at the front of the block. The Cottage is quiet and private offering all the facilities of home. Downstairs is a recently added fully equipped kitchen with oven, cook-top and microwave plus a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is downstairs. Upstairs is the sleeping area and quiet lounge area. Very popular with medical staff and visiting university professionals wanting walking distance accommodation to the Hospitals and University. We have also been popular with interstate and country patients attending medical appointments and wanting to avoid the expensive parking fees or overseas families visiting their children studying at UWA.
    Nedlands is an older family neighbourhood very centrally located close to Perth CBD, the West Perth Business district, the University of Western Australia and several of Perth's leading hospitals. There are many great restaurants and cafes in the area and Kings Park, Cottesloe Beach and Claremont Shops are only a quick drive away.
  • Carolyn's "shed" I'd wonderful, not actually a shed more a lovely cottage. Everything was as suggested and it was very convenient for us visiting our daughter at UWA. We would definitely book again.

  • We arrived in the afternoon. Carolyn welcomed us with some advice of places to see and nice cafes. The place itself is spacious, clean and comfy. The house is in the backyard but you have your own entrance and full privacy during the stay. The neighbourhood was really nice and we got a chance to check out a morning farmers market in Subiaco. It was easy to book and check in. We had a really lovely stay, I would recommend staying at Carolyn's.
