Draw the curtains for privacy in a cosy reading nook with views toward verdant rolling countryside. This converted Victorian era barn is brimming with rustic comforts including a wood-burning fireplace and a claw-foot tub next to a heated towel rack.
The barn is a lovely private space for a romantic break for two. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom with roll top bath, sitting room with wood burner, and kingsize bed with White Company bed linens and towels provided. There is a hot tub in the garden for guests to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped with a mini dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle etc.
Swallows' Flight Barn is adjacent to a farmhouse in 1,000 acres of glorious Devon farmland, set in a historic courtyard dating back to 1860. It's one mile to the sea and many beautiful beaches, and a 10-minute walk to the village with great dining.

Our beautifully crafted Treehouse at Salcombe Farm, Salcombe is perched within the branches of a stunning silver birch tree, growing just behind the gorgeous Georgian Farmhouse.
Spectacular views through the rolling hills of Horsecombe Valley and on to Batson Creek, Salcombe Estuary and beyond can all be viewed from the private seating area in a secluded corner of a 3.5 acre field. The cedar shingle clad Treehouse is surrounded by an elevated decking, where you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine, while watching Horsecombe Farm's Rare Breed Dartmoor Ponies. There is an abundance of nature too with buzzards and barn owls to be spotted from the deck. Alternatively stargaze at night and listen to the crickets and look out for the glow worms from your private terrace, while sat by a roaring, crackling fire in the cast iron fire bowl, perfect for BBQ's or treat yourself to toasted marshmallows. Inside you’ll find a beautiful big chunky solid oak double bed; piled high with gorgeous linens, Susie Watson cushions and Susie Watson sumptuous quilt. The rustic half round wood rail ceiling and beautiful oak walls and floors provide the perfect setting to curl up in the tweedy chairs, next to the electric flame effect wood burning stove which, heats up within a matter of moments. The hand crafted oak table provides the perfect setting for a game of Scrabble, cards; or simply just peep through any of the windows at the surroundings. An en suite shower-room lined with ceramic drift wood tiles, underfloor heating and heated towel rail ensures that you'll be snug, piping hot water, with organic paraben free hair and body wash products. There’s a proper flushing loo and a river rock granite wash-basin that sits on a hand crafted table. Optional extra - wake up in the morning and winch up the wicker basket, filled with fresh crossiant and pain au chocolat from the local bakery or The English Breakfast Package, containing locally sourced produce (available on request at a small charge). The Treehouse has a bespoke built duck egg blue kitchen, with gorgeous oak worktops and a matching oak kitchen table. Including a fridge-freezer, fan oven with grill, portable induction hob, large white butler sink, Nespresso Coffee machine, seven-bottle wine cooler, Morphy Richards toaster, kettle and utensils. All of the cooking equipment and crockery is state of the art. If you decide you do want to leave your little paradise, there’s plenty on offer. A 15 minute walk along idyllic country lanes past fragrant hedgerows and thatched cottages brings you to Salcombe town that offers an abundance of fantastic shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs all in the backdrop of some of Devon’s most spectacular coastline and the lovely beaches of the Salcombe estuary.     The Dairy at Middle Nuckwell is a one double bedroom property, with a luxury double sofabed in the lounge, so would sleep 4 people comfortably, and is detached from the main farmhouse. The Dairy is a traditional stone built property (the original dairy to the farmhouse) and has been recently renovated to the highest standard and includes a fully fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom with walk in shower, underfloor heating, wood burner and private courtyard area, which includes dining set and BBQ. There are horses, chicken and ducks on the property, and you are welcome to collect your own eggs for breakfast. The property has amazing views over a beautiful, peaceful valley. The Hayloft at Middle Nuckwell is also available to rent if you require space for more people.

There is a tidal road and estuary within half a mile and there are public footpaths and bridleways nearby, so the location is perfect for walkers and mountain-bikers. Bantham Beach (voted one of the best beaches in Europe by Lonely Planet) is about 3 miles away, so the property is perfect for surfers and water sports enthusiasts. The property is set in the heart of the South Hams so there are numerous sandy beaches and coves to explore. The market town of Kingsbridge is about a mile away, where you will find numerous amenities including supermarkets. The yachting town of Salcombe is also very close by, providing water sports, shopping and many restaurants. Dartmoor National Park is also close and can be seen from the property in the distance.

  • Qué lugar tan encantador. Gran espacio reformado, excelentes playas a la vuelta de la esquina y una auténtica estancia de granja para nuestros hijos. Este lugar es muy agradable con calefacción por suelo radiante, accesorios y accesorios súper agradables y una grabadora de registro súper acogedora, con una bañera de hidromasaje extra grande para relajarse después de un largo día explorando. Nos encantaron los huevos de gallina y ganso y todos los animales. Katy y su familia estaban en el lugar pero nos dieron la cantidad perfecta de privacidad. Disfrutamos de una deliciosa comida en el Winking Prawn en Salcombe en North Sands, y el Crab Shell Inn en Kingsbridge además de todo lo que necesita para cocinar con niños pequeños. Las excelentes playas de Bantham y Bigbury on Sea y caminar por la playa durante la marea baja son de visita obligada, disfrutaron de Dartmouth y Salcombe, así como de una caminata final por Dartmoor de camino a casa.   • El lugar de Katy era todo lo que se anunciaba. El espacio en sí era brillante: mucho espacio para dos de nosotros, limpio y con un interior moderno y elegante. La ubicación se siente remota, sin embargo, no está lejos de la civilización, lo que significa que fue muy fácil extraer y obtener suministros (también era muy pintoresco) exactamente lo que estábamos buscando.     Paddlers View, newly build in 2017 is extremely spacious and has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen area with sliding doors which open out onto a veranda with the luxury of a hot tub positioned overlooking Kingsbridge estuary with spectacular 180 degree views. Whilst sat on the veranda, you can watch the world go by! The Rivermaid passenger ferry taking its daily trips between Kingsbridge and Salcombe, boats and enthusiastic Paddler boarders heading out on the water, making the most of the tides. Inside you’ll find the king room with french doors opening out onto the veranda with the same rural views over Kingsbridge estuary. The wood cladded wall, king sized bed; dressed with gorgeous white company bedding, faux fur cushions and blankets. You will find any excuse to stay in bed! The en-suite fully tiled bathroom, has a bath, huge mirrored wall,hand held shower, basin and toilet with underfloor heating throughout the property - a real treat for your feet! We provide GHD hairdryer and straighteners, along with cotton wool pads and cotton buds. The twin room has 2 single beds, which can be pushed together if required. The bathroom is adjacent which has a shower, toilet and basin. All bedding and towels are The White Company with branded toiletries provided. Both bedrooms are large enough to fit a travel cot, please contact me if you require one.( a small fee will apply). The utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The shaker style grey kitchen includes; fridge, freezer, microwave, fan oven, hob, Nespresso Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils and cupboards filled bakeware, serving dishes and a few little extras. Parking outside the front door and another space if required either next to Paddlers View or out on the road side. Paddlers View is perfect for couples, families and friends.     Paddlers View is situated in a beautiful part of the town. South westerly facing, so always bright and airy. As you drive along the promenade, past the shops, the town square and park;we are located only a short distance up the hill. On arrival you will go down a long drive ( not realising what is at the end) then a nice surprise will be waiting when you open the door of Paddlers View, stand out on the balcony and admire the views. You can see The Crabshell from your veranda, which is only a few minutes walk away. This will be your local! With its water front location it attracts all the boats from Salcombe on high tide, for an oven fired fresh baked pizza or they offer something a little more substantial from the restaurant menu on the first floor. If the sun is out then this little venue is the place to be! Booking is a must.The other top place to dine out is Wild Artichokes. Again booking is a must and please look at their website as its not your usual dining experience, a real hidden gem for Kingsbridge. Kingsbridge is a little hidden gem, only recently mentioned in The Times magazine as ‘ Going places, Kingsbridge’. We have an adorable cinema located in the town hall, museum, Quayside Leisure Centre for multiple sports activities and Olympic size pool, Beautiful high street with a variety of independents retailers; larger chains such as Costa, Tesco, WH Smith and Morrison’s. The area is known as an area of outstanding natural beauty with so many beaches and costal walks you are spoilt for Choice, with the bonus of an abundance of fantastic shops, restaurants and pubs. Está cerca del agua y de la ciudad, no es necesario sacar el auto. Hay un amplio estacionamiento fácil y todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de su estancia.     Apartment in Salcombe, South Devon - 15 mins Walk To The Heart Of Salcombe And Less Than Five To The Beach At North Sands. Stylish Apartment With Large Decking And Spectacular Sea Views.
    Stylish and comfortable apartment occupying the seaward corner of a large Victorian villa set in lawned gardens (shared) sloping down towards the bay. Even though it's an apartment it's still quite private and you don't feel like you're overlooked by other visitors although it is worth noting that ours is one 8 apartments in a large house, some of which are occupied full time by residents and whose gardens/decking adjoin ours. With amazing views from the decking this well equipped apartment is the perfect holiday destination for families and friends. Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms) PLEASE NOTE - Linen and Towels, Bath Mats, Hand Towels, Tea Towels and Oven Gloves are all provided as well as a few basic essentials to start you off such as loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc and tea and coffee. Notes on bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fabulous sea views and opens on to the decking. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and large windows overlooking the garden (and shed - sorry!). Bedroom 3 has two funky full size wooden bunks. Also a door opening on to the decking and lovely views. There is a trundle bed that you can pull out from under the lower bunk, which would be fine for an extra child to sleep on, but would make the room a bit snug. Please let us know if you plan to use this. Bathrooms Family bathroom has a bath with shower over. There's a loo in there too. The other bathroom is a little more cosy and has the same bath, shower and loo layout. Kitchen The kitchen has a gas hob with electric ovens. There's even a steam oven for the adventurous. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave all fitted and high quality. White plates, lots of wine glasses. Good pans. Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother with a few pods to get you started. Living Room A big wooden table, easily seating eight, separates the kitchen from the sitting room, which has two big slouchy sofas facing each other across a low table, good for feet or magazines. There's a good-sized telly (not too giant) with a DVD player. Notes on accommodation: Child's Highchair. Travel cot Outside: Gas bbq. The decking is great. Clean and modern with the most amazing sea views. You can easily sit eight around the table for lunch or dinner and there's still enough room for children to do their own thing without disturbing everyone. Two big sun loungers and two reclining chairs. Cushions for garden furniture in the shed. The railings on one side are a little low so care should be taken with young children. There are lawns and planted borders below on the sea side. It's great for younger children to play on but too slopey to play football (which many might think is a good thing!). Parking is up above the house out of the way in one allocated space. There is plenty of unrestricted parking on Sandhills Road for additional cars. Steps down from the car park to the front door.
    It is close to the lovely North Sands beach and of course the popular Winking Prawn beachfront cafe/restaurant.

The Hut is ideally situated in South Devon and offers a peaceful rural retreat with close proximity to many Devon beaches and towns.
    Uniquely situated to visit all the South Hams beaches, towns and villages, private and secluded but not remote. A 10 minute walk from The Hut up the lane will take you to the main road where you can catch a direct bus to Dartmouth along the stunning coast line passing through Slapton, Strete, Stoke Fleming and Blackpool Sands. At the top of this lane also is the Church House inn – a 13th century former monks’ house with a great selection of food and wines. Other dining options nearby include The Oyster Shack, The Sloop at Bantham, Britannia Shack at Beesands, The Crabshell in Kingsbridge as well as other excellent eating places in Salcombe and Dartmouth. The Hut has a fully made-up double bed with a pocket spring mattress and duck down quilt and pillows for a comfy and cosy night. The bed just folds up against the wall to reveal a generous living space with table and benches. The toilet/shower room is plumbed in with a “proper” toilet and shower. The well-equipped kitchen unit incorporates a 2 ring hob, combination oven, microwave and grill, a small fridge and sink, [as well as crockery, cutlery, glasses, toaster, kettle etc.]. The wood-burner offers additional heat and cosiness if required in cooler months. Set in the corner of a large 5 acre plot The Hut is totally private and away from the owners’ accommodation. Ample parking [a short walk along a path] is provided as is a useful storage shed next to The Hut to maximise your space inside. The Hut now has it's own hot tub, which is perfectly situated to enjoy a tipple whilst enjoying spectacular views across open countryside to Dartmoor. As well as the hot tub, outside The Hut is plenty of space to unwind with lounger chairs, picnic table and chimenea. There is ample room to pitch a tent for additional guests by [small extra cost by arrangement] but please note there are no other toilet or shower facilities available.
    This is a beautiful place to live, a gem we found a few years ago and have gradually been transforming into our forever home. We love the combination of privacy with rural living and proximity to the wonderful South Hams places, events and culture. Waking up to gorgeous views, listening to the birds and countryside noises is bliss.

Los anfitriones son muy amables y nos dieron excelentes consejos para explorar el área local. La ubicación perfecta (a 15 minutos en coche de Salcombe) y Siobhan y Alistair fueron anfitriones increíbles. Hicieron todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera especial.     We offer accommodation in a large, comfortable double room above our pub in the estuary town of Kingsbridge in South Devon. The room has an en-suite with shower and toilet; TV; tea and coffee making facilities; hairdryer; wardrobe and drawers. The pub downstairs is a traditional pub, with a pool table, piano and charming, courtyard garden. We are based in the heart of the town, close to a variety of fine restaurants and shops, the bus station and the scenic estuary.
    There is a private side entrance to the building which is available to guests if they do not want to use the pub entrance. We do not provide any meals, but there are a number of places nearby which offer food throughout the day. It is important to be aware that the room is above the pub and so there is a level of noise which comes from downstairs. There is live music performed by local musicians on a Sunday from 5-7pm. We are situated on a street with award winning restaurants, another pub and take-away outlets. It can therefore be a busy part of town, especially on a Saturday night, so there is some noise outside the pub. Some may enjoy being so central, while others may not, so please keep this in mind.
    Kingsbridge is a charming estuary town in the South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town has a number of interesting independent shops; art galleries; cafes; restaurants; pubs; a cinema and leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym. There is a scenic embankment for those who enjoy a stroll and for the adventurous, the town is an ideal base from which to explore the nearby coastal areas, moor and neighbouring towns.

    There is parking for 1 car in front of the drive. The driveway is quite steep so please use the steps if this looks slightly unnerving.

La cama es muy cómoda. La ducha es excelente - eléctrica por lo que los latigazos de agua caliente y buena presión. Todo estaba muy limpio. PowerPoint están convenientemente colocados. Nos quedamos solo una noche, llegamos tarde y nos fuimos temprano, así que no nos reunimos con Greg, pero él se comunicó bien y el acceso no fue un problema. La habitación es básica, pero perfectamente adecuada, y muy privada con su propio baño. El que te sirvieras el desayuno era generoso.

    Modern, newly renovated guest house in the heart of Kingsbridge. Our old stables have been lovingly converted into a bright cosy space, while still retaining character of the past. Situated just off Fore Street through a quiet alleyway to a tranquil private south facing courtyard garden with private entrance. The perfect location to explore the stunning beaches and wonderful coastal walks of the beautiful South Hams countryside. Walkable to all amenities, restaurants, pubs and the estuary.
    The Space - Our cosy, quirky detached guest house has everything a couple, friends or small family would need for a relaxing stay. The open plan living and kitchenette is a perfect space to cook and relax. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, small oven, pans and utensils to cook. The sofa converts as a small double bed for extra guests. There is WiFi, a smart T.V and a few games provided. The bathroom has a large new shower and towels. The separate double bedroom with cosy duvet has high ceilings and feature stone wall. It has enough room to fit a travel cot (available on request). There is a chest of draws and hangers. Just outside is a private sunny courtyard with seating to relax.
    Overview Kingsbridge is a friendly market town. Every other Saturday is the Farmers Market near the pretty estuary and every Wednesday is the local market produce in the Kings Cinema. There are lovely bakeries, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy, all in walking distance from your guest house. Nearest amenities Supermarket - Tescos and Morrisons are less than 10 mins walking distance and a newsagent just a few shops up the road opens until late. Local produce - All on the high street are 3 yummy Bakeries, Alans apples is a local green groceries, 2 butchers and a great fish mongers. ATM & Banks- Just a few mins walk on high street. Activities South Hams is an incredible beautiful place, it is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With so many things to do and places to explore, It will be hard to choose between, coastal walks, trekking, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, horse riding, shopping and beach combing. It is also a fantastic place to just completely relax, unwind and kick back. There are beautiful estuaries for boating, paddle boarding and kayaking (we can help arrange hire). We are only 10 mins drive to Bantham the best surf beach in South Hams, 15 min drive to the beautiful Salcombe town and its beaches and to the pretty Hope cove, to name a few of the wonderful beaches to visit. South hams has an action packed calendar for the year of local events, from food and music festivals, regattas, art trails and many more.

    At Rose Cottage, luxury beckons everywhere you look: contemporary oak furniture, heated slate floors, a comfy leather sofa and original art on every wall. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed with crisp, 400-count cottons, a large basin and dresser, and a positively decadent marble-tiled ensuite bathroom with power shower. The living area is cleverly designed to make use of every bit of space, and incorporates a fully-equipped kitchen, a wood burner for colder evenings, and HD TV with DVD and satellite.     The Barn at Higher Combe Farm is a self contained unit designed as a small holiday retreat. It is more suited to adult use as the facilities are limited for young children. There is plenty of parking and the location is quiet and tranquil.
    There is a shower - wet room, but no bath. There is an oven with modern hob and microwave but no dishwasher. There is a small lawn area outside the Barn entrance guests are welcome to use.
    The attractive village of South Pool, located on a branch of the Salcombe Estuary, is a 15 minute walk downhill from the property. There is an excellent pub, The Mill Brook, with excellent cuisine. There are very many dinning option in the local area, excellent sailing and other watersports. Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Salcombe are delightful centers and provide a wide range of amenities.

With key access to your room, you have peace of mind and privacy.
    Kingsbridge is a pretty and active community town in the lowest part of Devonshire. An area of outstanding beauty and set around the top of Kingsbridge estuary it has numerous attractions especially for those who love being by and on the water. In the early morning head east to Torcross 9 miles away and watch the sunrise over the beach and travel along Slapton Ley. In the evening head out to South Milton Sands 3.5 miles away and watch the sunset, have a barbeque and an evening walk or swim. The South Hams penninsular has much to offer.

    The static caravan is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with stunning views over farmland to the sea. It is double glazed and centrally heated. A private parking space is adjacent to the garden gate which leads into a pretty, private enclosed garden. Fully equipped, the caravan provides a comfortable base to explore the coast and countryside of the South Hams. It is a peaceful space to relax, listen to the skylarks and observe beautiful sunsets and starry skies.
    A comfortable living area, with freesat television, overlooks the fields and the sea. The sofa could sleep a single person. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave oven and appropriate crockery and utensils for 4 persons. The twin bedroom has small single beds and the double room has a 4ft6'' bed. Pillows, duvets and linen are provided and the beds are made up ready for your stay. The lawned garden has a picnic bench and a washing line. A laundry service wash and dry facility is provided by the owner. A small on-site shop provides basic groceries, including free range chicken and duck eggs from our hens and runner ducks. Guests are welcome to come and help feed the chickens and ducks in the morning.

    A newly refurbished luxury two bedroom flat with interesting features, fixtures and fittings. The building was once a farming supplies shop and is in a charming position near the centre of town, a stone's throw from the beautiful estuary and the bustling high street full of independent shops and restaurants. The flat is filled with quirky and fun features, such as the 1980's Amstrad Hi-Fi for guests to play all their old vinyl, an old typewriter and telephone to play with and many more.
    The flat has a comfortable double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The sofa also converts into a further double bed. The living area has a smart TV and retro hi-fi system for guests to enjoy, and is open to the stunning newly fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a fitted dishwasher, but no washing machine as there is a launderette just 100 yards down the road for guests to use. Flat 2 has it's own parking space adjacent to the flat. A travel BBQ is for guests to enjoy, our recommendation is to take it to one of the stunning beaches situated within a few miles of the property, or chill out in Duncombe Park, a lovely amenity only 200 yards away from the front door.
    Kingsbridge is in the heart of The South Hams, one of the most picturesque places in the South West. Kingsbridge is situated on a pretty estuary, and the high street and quay area are full of independent shops and restaurants, with a farmers market every Saturday. The well-known surf spot at Bantham is only a ten minute drive, and beaches at Bigbury, Hope Cove, Salcombe, South Milton and Thurlestone are all within a half hour drive. The bustling shops of Totnes, Salcombe or Dartmouth are close by, and a trip to the wild and breathtaking walks on Dartmoor is no more than 20 minutes away. Kingsbridge boasts numerous pubs and restaurants as well as a leisure centre and two parks, all within an easy walking distance from the flat. An evening stroll along the estuary will take you to further pubs/restaurants and some wonderful spots by the river to set up your BBQ.

    Our huts are handcrafted from locally sourced sustainable wood. The have hot and cold water, a kitchenette, with hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. They have a log burner and a private and enclosed outside area with BBQ and decking for alfresco dining. They come with 600 thread count linen and lots of luxurious throws and cusions. They do however use the communal campsite shower and toilet facilities. Bookings start and end on a Monday or Friday, but out of season we can be flexible! Thank you
    The huts provide a real touch of luxury to your camping experience. They are superbly insulated and really comfortable. They have everything you need to stay warm and cosy- and yet can easily throw open those big double doors to soak in the beautiful views in the evening sun.
    Salcombe is a stunning area of outstanding natural beauty. This is a place favoured by the rich and famous and for a very good reason, it is a beautiful area, with plenty to see and do.

    A ground floor private room with ensuite in an occupied house. Kingsize bed, tv, wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, milk, cereal and fresh fruit, yogurts provided. I do not cook a breakfast. No access to main house, as we have a resident dog. Iron etc available on request and hair dryer. Parking for vehicles, and one mile from Kingsbridge. We are close to Salcombe, Bantham, Hope Cove, and Thurlstone all great location for surfing, walking and other activities.
    A very peaceful location one mile outside of Kingsbridge, for info it is not possible to walk into town as the road has no pavements or street lights but there are plenty of taxis in town. We have beautiful views and it is a quiet, relaxing location.
    There are many interesting shops in Kingsbridge and a sports centre. We have Harbour House which regularly has art exhibitions on, it has a lovely cafe etc. There are many places to visit in town.

    This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet sun filled valley location you can drive to many fantastic sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe . Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.
    The bedroom has a super king sized bed as standard, or this can be altered to 2 singles. We also have 1 fold out single bed. The linen is beautiful hotel quality Egyptian cotton. We use 4.5 tog duvets (John Lewis), but can swap to 9 tog if you prefer. We hope you will get a good nights sleep with our comfortable bed, blackout curtains, quiet location and fresh air vented gently into the bedroom. The flat is modern and light, with 45 sq mtrs of space to relax indoors and more outside. There's a kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools, and a comfortable seating area with 60" TV. A large flagstone terrace outside with table, chairs and planting around. We have plenty of parking & turning space in our car park infront of the flat. We can also offer space in our large garage to store and dry any sports clothing and all sizes of sports equipment by arrangement. We are pet friendly, but please do not allow your pets on the furniture or in to the bathroom. There is an outside tap on the side of the industrial unit before the flat that you can use to clean your pets. Please bring your own pet bedding and towels. We are immediately next door to a large field which is used as the council’s amenity space for dogs to run off their leads. There is stream adjacent to the footpath at the bottom of our car park area.
    South Devon is an area of outstanding natural beauty and the sea is only 15 minutes away. There are quiet coves, super surf beaches and coastal walks. We have a map on the wall so you can easily identify the local places you may want to visit. There are also leaflets in the cabinet below to help you identify local amenities and find your way around. We are also happy to help with suggestions. Kingsbridge is a small market town with a population of approximately 4,500. Kingsbridge was owned by the Abbot of Buckfast, who in 1219 needed an outlet where the monks could sell their produce, so he petitioned the Crown for permission to hold a market at Kingsbridge and a Royal Charter was granted.   • Fabulosa ubicación desde la cual explorar Kingsbridge y South Devon. Estar a solo 5/10 minutos a pie de todo lo que Kingsbridge puede ofrecer fue una bendición. Muy tranquilo por la noche también, tuve la mejor noche de sueño allí. Las comodidades del apartamento eran perfectas, y el área de la habitación era más grande de lo esperado de las fotos.

  • Julia y Julian fueron unos anfitriones geniales. Realmente amable y acogedor. El apartamento era muy cómodo para 3. Es espacioso y tiene una cocina bien equipada. Realmente apreciamos las buenas cervezas frías de la cervecería local Salcombe y los alimentos para el desayuno que quedan en la nevera. El piso es una base ideal para explorar el área local. Hay varias hermosas calas y playas a poca distancia en coche. Realmente disfrutamos de kayak a lo largo del estuario. Kingsbridge tiene una gama de excelentes panaderías, cafeterías y tiendas independientes. Nuestro favorito era la cafetería The Harbour House, a pocos pasos del apartamento. Recomendamos encarecidamente el piso de Julia y Julian.

    March's Nook is a quiet studio barn tucked away in my sun trap garden. It has a shower room, sitting area, and small kitchen equipped with fridge, combination microwave, toaster, kettle and an induction hob. It also has a decked area outside. It is 1 mile from Slapton Sands, 7m from Salcombe. It is also on the bus route to Plymouth and Dartmouth. Parking is on street but the guest can park to unload. This aonb has a wealth of first class eateries, and wonderful unspoilt beaches
    I can welcome two small dogs at a charge of £10 per booking per dog. I'm really sorry, the Nook is not suitable for children.
    Marches Nook dates back to the 13th centuary. It is in a quintessential English village with a pub and post office. It is one mile from the historic Slapton sands and the Devon coastal path, but there are plenty of country walks as well. Devon with its rolling green hills and unspoilt beaches is my slice of heaven
