  • La ubicación es muy agradable (cerca del centro), si sigue las instrucciones, el auto check in / out es muy fácil. Johannes siempre responde rápido y ayuda con todo lo que necesitábamos, también siempre le preocupaba si todo estaba bien. Si no tiene durmientes, es mejor que tenga uno, porque el piso está un poco frío, pero usar 2 calentadores está bien. También hay cocina si quieres cocinar algo. En total, estuvimos satisfechos de estar allí por 2 noches.

    In Laufentfernung zur Innenstadt in einer ruhigen Strasse liegt dieses, nach britischen Vorbild eingerichtete kleine Zimmer (13 m²) in einem Guesthouse mit insgesamt 6 Zimmern. Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, Schrank, Tisch und Stuhl, "hospitality tray", einen großen Flachbild-Fernseher und natürlich Highspeed-WLan sowie ein modernes, eigenes kleines Bad. Unweit der Unterkunft gibt es einen Bäcker, zwei Cafés, ein Bio-Laden und mehrere gute Restaurants und nette kleine Läden.
    Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ruhig und hell und gemütlich. Es ist ein Zimmer ist eines von 6 Zimmern in einem kleinen Gästehaus, das nach britischen Vorbild gestaltet ist. Da es in einem dicht besiedelten Gebiet im Erdgeschoss ist, schaut man leider nicht ins Grüne sondern auf eine Mauer (einige Meter entfernt), die noch auf Gestaltung wartet.   • Nos alojamos en List5 para celebrar el Año Nuevo. Y debo decir que entre nuestras más de 30 estancias con AirBnb en los últimos 2 años, este es definitivamente uno de los mejores. La habitación estaba súper limpia, que es el criterio más importante para elegir una estancia. Además, la habitación estaba bien equipada y decorada. Para llegar al centro de la ciudad, puede usar fácilmente el autobús (a 3 minutos) o caminar hasta allí (20 minutos o más). Muchas gracias por una gran estancia!

In May 1909, exactly 100 years ago, the quarter around the Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen was inaugurated in the Stuttgart city center after three years of renovation. After the oldest parts of Stuttgart's Old Town developed into a neglected district with unhygienic apartments, low light and air supply as well as a high risk of fire and epidemic in the course of the 19th century, a "new" old town was created on the initiative of the banker and social reformer Eduard Pfeiffer at Geiß-, Stein- and Eberhardstraße. Pfeiffer pursued the goal of making residential and shopping, commerce and traffic in the city center attractive again.   • Fue fácil comunicarse con Nina, en nuestro caso nos pusimos en contacto con ella a través de llamadas y mensajes de WhatsApp. El registro fue fácil y conveniente, Nina ofreció instrucciones explícitas para el auto registro. La casa estaba ubicada a tiro de piedra de la estación de tranvía de Rathaus. El edificio estaba en una esquina tranquila con poco tráfico humano. La casa está ubicada en el 3er nivel. No había ascensor y los visitantes tienen que arrastrar sus pertenencias hacia abajo y luego subir un tramo de escaleras de madera. La casa estaba muy bien amueblada. Había espacio adecuado para cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio e incluso un pequeño balcón. La insonorización era casi inexistente. Siempre podemos escuchar los alrededores claramente en la oscuridad de la noche. Nina proporciona auriculares para este propósito. En definitiva, un espacio decente para alojarse, con excelentes conexiones de transporte en forma de tranvía U14 desde la estación de Rathaus hasta Stuttgart hbf. Gracias nina! :)

After the oldest parts of Stuttgart's Old Town developed into a neglected district with unhygienic apartments, low light and air supply as well as a high risk of fire and epidemic in the course of the 19th century, a "new" old town was created on the initiative of the banker and social reformer Eduard Pfeiffer at Geiß-, Stein- and Eberhardstraße. Pfeiffer pursued the goal of making residential and shopping, commerce and traffic in the city center attractive again. The new buildings created a homely ambience on winding streets with high gables and arcades, fountains, oriels and figureheads. The more than 30, very varied designed buildings showed different roof shapes and facade details and were decorated with fairytale motifs, animal figures and façade paintings. No two houses resembled another, yet they harmonized with each other. Despite many changes, the appeal of the neighborhood has been preserved to this day. The square at the Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen was created in this form 100 years ago. How did it actually happen that the square still looks like a medieval dollhouse? Fairy-tale characters adorn gables, roofs and the fountain in the middle of the square. The houses stand modestly next to each other, none stands out, none destroys the harmony of the neighborhood. When the inner city quarter was completely renovated at the time, the city planners staged an ideal world of the bourgeoisie. Nowhere are more restaurants and bars crowded together than here: the award-winning ruben's stands for the special and the extraordinary The place has its own sound: its sound is woven of glasses, laughter, music and the clatter of heels crashing over the asphalt. Six bronze medallions show scenes from Grimm's fairy tale about Hans, who only found happiness when he lost all his possessions. Stuttgart, for example, is rich in charm and beauty on the square of the happy has-been. The fountain figure embodies a rugged peasant lad from the Fildern in a short jacket studded with silver buttons, which the artist encountered in the slaughterhouse. At the feet of the boy, a pig and six little ducks, who serve as gargoyles, cavort about. On the edge of the fountain bowl rises a grid-like wrought-iron enclosure with six bronze medallions, which tell the fairy tale of the same name in pictures. Above it is an ornate wrought-iron canopy, with a four-leaf clover rising from its top. On May 12, 1909, the Hans-in-Glück fountain was inaugurated as the crowning finale of the then Altstadtsanierung. The district of Stuttgart-Mitte is located at the bottom of the Stuttgart basin, whose edge is formed by the adjacent districts on a hillside. Center of the district and the entire state capital is the Königstraße, one of the longest pedestrianized shopping streets in Europe, along which most of the well-known department stores and shops are represented, as well as the Schlossplatz with the Kunstmuseum, the Königsbau and the Neues Schloss. In direct neighborhood is the Schillerplatz with the old castle and the collegiate church. Further southwards follows the market square with the town hall, the Tagblatt tower and, separated by the Hauptstätter Straße, the Leonhardskirche as well as the bean and the Heusteig quarters. East of the Schlossplatz, in the area of the Konrad-Adenauer-Straße and the Upper Schlossgarten, are the state parliament and the state theater as well as the Staatsgalerie, the Württembergische Landesbibliothek and the Wilhelmspalais on the other side of the street. The Konrad-Adenauer-Straße (B 14) carries two quite different "labels": on the one hand cultural mile, on the other city highway. On the western edge of the city center are the Hospital Quarter with the partially rebuilt Hospital Church (in the "New Suburb") and a number of cultural facilities. To name are the Liederhalle and the Linden Museum, in between the historic Hoppenlaufriedhof, then the Katharinenhospital and the banking district with the Friedrichsbau and the stock market. South of the Katharinenhospital on the Kriegsbergstraße there is a green area, the "Stadtgarten", there on the Schellingstraße and Keplerstraße lie parts of the university, the former technical college, especially three skyscrapers and the university library. Two of the skyscrapers are the Kollegiengebäude near the main station, the third is the Max Kade dormitory at the Liederhalle. The northern boundary of the district forms the Europaviertel, whose area until the 1980s occupied a freight yard. In the spring of 2002, work began on rebuilding the area. In the Europaviertel you will find the new location of the public library, which was previously located in the Wilhelmspalais, where a city museum is to be established.

  • Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en este apartamento amplio y luminoso arriba en una casa grande. Barrio en su mayoría tranquilo con el encantador repiqueteo de las campanas de las iglesias cercanas. Las camas eran un poco finas pero las sábanas eran encantadoras. No había secador de pelo en la unidad que encontré, pero había otras comodidades. Muy acogedor y solo puedo imaginar cómo se ven los jardines delanteros en primavera en el área con todas las rosas.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zentrums, dafür im Grünen mit guter Luft und in ruhiger Umgebung.
    Die Umgebung lädt ein zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen. Aber auch ins Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind jeweils ca. 6 qm groß. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ausgestattet. Es stehen auf Nachfrage ein Föhn und ein Aschenbecher zur Verfügung. Wir lieben Tiere und haben einen sehr verschmusten Labrador, der sich über jeden Besuch freut.
    Unser Haus liegt in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Es steht zwischen einem Mehrfamilienhaus und einer Apfelbaumwiese. Feuerbach ist ein sehr familienfreundlicher Stadtteil mit allen Geschäften, die man so braucht. Besuchen Sie das Porsche Museum oder verbringen Sie den Nachmittag im Killesbergpark. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums!

    My apartment is a place to have a good time when you come to Stuttgart. It is beautiful loft with a great view of Stuttgart. I included really fast Wi-Fi, nice kitchen, new bathroom and new almost everything:=). I hope you like it! P.S. Nice and clean towels and bed linen are also included
    Having traveled quite extensively myself over the last years, I wanted to create a place to feel at home at once. It is located on the 4th and 5th level of my house (no elevator), with big windows letting in the full amount of sunshine and providing you with a great view over Stuttgart! As it is a two floor apartment, one Bedroom is on the 4th floor, using a disigner curtain as a door and been seperated from the rest of the apartment by one internal stair. On the 5th floor you'll find an other bedroom and the rest of the apartment. Everything has just been redone, so you will encounter a place with a new bathroom, new kitchen, new furniture and new everything. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast and the 65` flat screen is ready for your favorite online TV show, as Netflix is included. Food can be easily prepared on the induction oven. After a nice dinner, the dishwasher takes care of the plates :=) In order to make it not only special but also practical, I added hangers, a microwave (with grill for Pizza) and excess to a free washing machine/dryer. Last but not least you will have a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer and an iron waiting for you. In case you want to experience the lovely hospitality there are really nice places at easy walking distance (1-4 minute walk) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a drink.
    The neighborhood is unique to me, since everybody is nice to one another. Mostly younger families are living in the surrounding. But, truth to be told, what really got my heard were all the little places around the house when I moved in. The petite Italian restaurant around the corner is just great, but the evening just gets even better, if you decide to have a good night beer in the close by bar. I would call them beer connoisseurs (does that officially exist??), and even though I am not into beer, they were able to match my taste and serve a really good one:=).

The livingroom offers a view over "Lindenplätzle" with its old linden tree, three minutes from the historic town hall and a lovely farmer's market on Wednesday and Saturday.
    The apartement has been extensivly renovated in the past year, retaining a balance of old and new, a perfect mix of deco and ideal location.
    In the immediate vicinity you will find all kind of stores for your daily needs and pleasures - supermarkets, organic stores, bakeries, you name it. Neighboring the house is a bakery with the best pretzels, and around the corner, on wednesday and saturday, is a beautiful farmer's market and a great butcher. The bakery has a garden cafe that closes at 6:30 pm.

  • Bienvenida por Imgard el viernes por la noche. Precioso apartamento y Imgard es un maravilloso anfitrión. El apartamento era más grande de lo esperado y Degerloch es un suburbio encantador con excelentes conexiones de transporte. Viajó en transporte público durante el fin de semana y es fácil de usar. Encantadora panadería en la esquina donde tuvimos pasteles y desayuno cocinado. También comimos en el restaurante italiano al otro lado de la calle desde el apartamento, buena comida y servicio que recomendaríamos. Fui a los museos Mercedes y Porsche, estupendos días y nuevamente acceso fácil en transporte público. Sin duda recomendaría el apartamento Imgards y me encantaría volver, ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo. Gracias.

    Das Zimmer, kleine voll ausgestattete Küche (allerdings ohne Backofen) und das Bad sind frisch renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse mit Blick auf Gärten und Wald. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Innenstadt in 15 min erreichbar, zu Fuß braucht man ca. 30 min.
    Da das Haus in den Hang gebaut ist liegt das Zimmer über der Garage zurückgesetzt von der Straße. Auf dem Dach der Garage ist eine gemütlicher Terrassenplatz für die Gäste. Den Eingangsflur benutzen meine Söhne und ich gemeinsam mit den Gästen, die Tür zur Treppe zu unseren privaten Räumen ist geschlossen. Über diesen Eingangsflur kommt man vom Gästezimmer in die kleine Gästeküche (offener Durchgang ohne Tür) und das dahinter liegende Badezimmer ( mit Schiebetür). Hier kann es also zu einem Zusammentreffen kommen wenn ein Familienmitglied das Haus verlässt oder nach Hause kommt. Im Flur steht auch unsere Garderobe und die Strassenschuhe. Im Gästebad stehen zwei Bademäntel zur Verfügung. Im unteren Geschoss, das die Gäste bewohnen, befindet sich ansonsten nur noch ein Raum mit Heizungsanlage und Waschmaschine. In Küche und Kühlschrank stelle ich eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken, auch Kaffee und Tee, und Lebensmittel für das erste Abendessen (Nudeln und Soße) und Frühstück zur Verfügung.
    Das Haus ist ein Einfamilienreihenhaus und wir haben ein sehr gutes Verhältnis in der Nachbarschaft. Auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein Kindergarten für Kinder bis 3 Jahre. Daher ist unter der Woche morgens und nachmittags etwas mehr Verkehr, wenn die Kinder gebracht und abgeholt werden und auch mal tagsüber, wenn die Kinder im Garten sind, ist dies nicht zu überhören.

You will love my accommodation because of the light, the comfort, the view of the whole city, and although the apartment is in the city, you are also isolated from the urban noise and surrounded by greenery.     Das Apartment befindet sich im 4OG links(kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden)ist neu Saniert und stylisch wie auch gemütlich eingerichtet.Es befindet sich in einer sehr Zentralen Lage in Stuttgart Mitte,nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum (Königstraße,Breuninger,Gerber Virtel)entfernt.Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz und ist dadurch etwas hellhörig.Die Wohnung wurde aber komplett saniert.Die U-Bahn Station Rathaus befindet sich cca 3 min Fußweg von der Wohnung .
    Es steht ein Schlafzimmer wie auch Wohnzimmer,Badezimmer mit einem extra Wc zur Verfügung.Für den gemütlichen Kaffee am Morgen befindet sich auch eine Bosch Tassimo Kaffeemaschine,wie auch ein Kühlschrank und weitere kleine notwendige Sachen.
    In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich angesagte Bars ,Restaurants wie auch die berühmte Einkaufsstraße Stuttgarts Königstraße.

In May 1909, exactly 100 years ago, the quarter around the Hans-im-Glück-Brunnen was inaugurated in the Stuttgart city center after three years of renovation. This was preceded by extensive reconstruction work, during which dozens of houses had been demolished and replaced by new ones. After the oldest parts of Stuttgart's Old Town developed into a neglected district with unhygienic apartments, low light and air supply as well as a high risk of fire and epidemic in the course of the 19th century, a "new" old town was created on the initiative of the banker and social reformer Eduard Pfeiffer at Geiß-, Stein- and Eberhardstraße. In direct neighborhood is the Schillerplatz with the old castle and the collegiate church. Further southwards follows the market square with the town hall, the Tagblatt tower and, separated by the Hauptstätter Straße, the Leonhardskirche as well as the bean and the Heusteig quarters. East of the Schlossplatz, in the area of the Konrad-Adenauer-Straße and the Upper Schlossgarten, are the state parliament and the state theater as well as the Staatsgalerie, the Württembergische Landesbibliothek and the Wilhelmspalais on the other side of the street. The Konrad-Adenauer-Straße (B 14) carries two quite different "labels": on the one hand cultural mile, on the other city highway. On the western edge of the city center are the Hospital Quarter with the partially rebuilt Hospital Church (in the "New Suburb") and a number of cultural facilities. To name are the Liederhalle and the Linden Museum, in between the historic Hoppenlaufriedhof, then the Katharinenhospital and the banking district with the Friedrichsbau and the stock market. South of the Katharinenhospital on the Kriegsbergstraße there is a green area, the "Stadtgarten", there on the Schellingstraße and Keplerstraße lie parts of the university, the former technical college, especially three skyscrapers and the university library. Two of the skyscrapers are the Kollegiengebäude near the main station, the third is the Max Kade dormitory at the Liederhalle. The northern boundary of the district forms the Europaviertel, whose area until the 1980s occupied a freight yard. In the spring of 2002, work began on rebuilding the area.
