    Bnew fully furnished 1-bedroom unit with WIFI, Netflix, free pool access and self check-in. In the heart of Tagaytay - Located @ Tagaytay Prime Residences (Cityland), near Tagaytay Rotonda. Close to restaurants, fast food, supermarket and public transportation.
    It has a 54" x 75" bed good for 2 persons, 2 30" x 75" bed good for 1 person each. Recommended for 4 persons, but an extra bed (foam mattress) is provided for the 5th person. It also has the basic kitchenware (induction cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, rice cooker, cooking pots, frying pan, knife, etc.) and tableware (plates, cups, utensils, mugs, etc.). It also has an air conditioner, a 32" television with Netflix, a separate toilet and bath shower with heater. WIFI speed is up to 5mbps. Towels, fresh bed sheets and tissue will be provided. Toiletries are not. A shared blanket will be provided for the 2 PERSONS only.
    We are located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Condo (Cityland), near the Tagaytay Rotonda. Downstairs are 7-11, Unionbank, Mekong Restaurant, Wasabi Sushi, Caffe Nativo and a salon. Beside the condo building is the popular Dreamland. The Bag of Beans and the newly opened Mcdo with Taal view are just across the street. Also 5-min walk to Fora Mall with 24hour supermarket, Puregold Supermarket, Mercury Drugstore, another 7-11, Mcdonalds and Mang Inasal. Also 10-min walk (but better to ride tricycle) to Ayala Serin Mall. Other famous restaurants and parks (Sky Ranch, Picnic Grove, Peoples Park and Casino) are 10-min drive (could extend depending on traffic) and are accessible by public transportation.

Cocina de inducción (con olla y sartén), hervidor eléctrico, horno de microondas y olla arrocera para todas sus necesidades de cocción. Frigorífico para guardar toda tu comida y comida para llevar, ¡TV con Netflix para ver en exceso! La ubicación está cerca de casi todos los lugares turísticos dentro de Tagaytay. Además de la piscina del condominio y la cubierta del techo para todos sus selfies! Realmente la unidad para reservar para una estancia increíble. Gracias de nuevo Joy! Volveré a reservar pronto. :)

  • La casa está situada en un pueblo tranquilo. Lejos de todo el tráfico a lo largo de la carretera. Tan pronto como salgas de las puertas del pueblo, Rowena's está justo afuera, así como los puestos de frutas. Mi pareja y yo junto con 5 niños disfrutamos nuestra estancia. Hicimos la cena para las 2 noches que estuvimos allí, ya que era una molestia comer fuera debido al tráfico de días festivos. Más utensilios de cocina son los únicos que faltan en el lugar para aquellos que cocinan en lugar de comer fuera. El lugar estaba limpio y tenía suficiente inodoro y baño para un grupo de personas.

    Unlike most of the spaces for rent in Tagaytay, our home is not on the main road and so it is a lot more peaceful and makes you enjoy and relax more. Enjoy the view (esp the sunset) and fresh air. We’re located at Neogan, Tagaytay. Very close to Antonio’s, Bag of Beans and other famous Restaurants and tourist spots. There’s also 808 Spa, Rapha Health, Organico Gourmet (a Filipino restaurant) and El Cocinero (a Spanish restaurant) on the vicinity. UNIT We are at La Bella Residences Bldg (beside La Bella Boutique Hotel). Our unit is at the 4th Floor with the view of the pool and also of the garden area. Definitely a gorgeous view from our unit. We would appreciate if you will keep the unit clean and tidy and take care of our home :) T&B We have two toilets with showers. However, only the one by the living room has water heater. The second toilet is inside the bedroom. BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Full size bed, air condition and balcony. The second bedroom has a Twin size bed and a wall fan. If requested, we can also put a small floor mattress on the second bedroom. LIVING ROOM The living room or dining area incase you’d wish to have your meals in the unit is furnished with a TV (with cable) and a stand fan. Wifi with unlimited access.     You may want to read the HOUSE RULES before making a reservation. My cozy place has a partial view of Taal lake and Rotonda. Very close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Olivarez and Ayala Mall Serin. This is my personal home whenever I'm in the area. I am expecting for my guests to respect it and keep it clean. You may send me a message for more information.
    It is a 25 sqm - 1 bedroom unit with double size bed with pullout for additional 1 person. Daybed is available as well at the living room. In the event that the house key was left inside the unit, a fine of Php 500 will be charged to the guests. Said Php 500 is to cover the Gasoline & Toll Fee as the host resides in Makati City. There will be no stove available, since I do not encourage my guests to cook inside my property. Microwave will be available instead. You may want to bring cooked food and keep it in the refrigerator. Cable and Local Channel is not available . 40'' Samsung Flat Smart TV with Netflix is available High Speed wifi is also available. Towel for 2 are provided, however personal stuffs like soap and shampoo isn’t, as this is not a hotel and I offer a very reasonable price per night.
    The community is very peaceful and relaxed. Perfect for weekend holidays. Very close to major fast food restaurant and malls.

This trio is made up of the Nordic Gem, Nordic Pearl, and Nordic Jewel and can accommodate a total of up to 13 pax. Each unit represents a theme of its own, but all offer the same comforts and conveniences to our deserving guests. Three larger adjacent units, also on the 16th floor, can accommodate seven (7) guests each for a total of 21. These are the Nordic Grande, Nordic Soleil and Nordic Santorini All these units can be booked separately or as multi-units according to the customers needs. Book early to reserve multi rooms for weddings and other family celebrations! Can you cook ? Not in this unit. Only at other bigger units with conditions. The building does not have an exhaust system so we do not allow cooking in the rooms . We want our guests to always enjoy the nice, clean and fresh smell of our units. There are numerous fast foods vendors nearby where you can really enjoy great food. We'd be glad to make some suggestions. After all, you’re on vacation! Why cook? The kitchenette is equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, rice cooker and a microwave oven for reheating pre-cooked food that you may bring along. Security Deposit : There is NO need to pay the security deposit of P5000 at check-in. The security deposit is a reserve if, in the unlikely event, damage is caused to the unit.     The only vacation house in Tagaytay with heated aquarium-type pool. We are now operational as the property is outside the 14-km radius from Taal volcano. The main house has 4 bedrooms and the pool house has 2 lofts and a space for bunk beds. The entire place can accomodate a maximum of 30 overnight guests. Ideal for family staycations, reunions, birthday parties, or small-group team building events. It is one of the best places to take a dip in a warm pool on a cool weather in Tagaytay.
    Guests are well secured during their stay as the entire place is exclusively for them and is equipped with electric fence in a gated and guarded subdivision. To maintain the freshness and cleanliness of the bedrooms, guests are assured of changing bed linens and blankets after they are used. The place is equipped with a WiFi connection for guests' convenience and all bedrooms are with air conditioning units. The ground level of the main house has a spacious living room, a dining corner and an indoor/outdoor kitchen. The main house has 5 toilets and bath, while the pool house has 2 T/B.
    The neighborhood is so relaxing. Guests can roam around the village and watch the sunset on a hilltop. There are no neighbors close to the property so noise is not too much of a problem.

Tagaytay Highlands, People's Park, Picnic Grove, Sky Ranch and Taal Vista are accessible by public and private transportation, and would took 10-20mins depending on the traffic.

    My 25 sqm cozy haven is located at Tagaytay Prime Residences. This is my 2nd unit in the same building. It has a high speed wifi with Smart TV. Cable/ local Channel is Not available. However, NETFLIX is available. It is a 1 bedroom unit with twin size bed with pull out for additional 1 person. Day bed is available as well. This unit can accommodate maximum of 4 pax only There will be no stove available, since I do not encourage my guests to cook inside my property. Microwave and a spacious refrigerator is available for you. I love this property because it is close to malls, like Serin and Fora. It is walking distance to Olivarez and fast food restaurants like Mcdonalds, KFC, and Mang Inasal etc. On the 3rd floor you can find the 7eleven.   • El lugar estaba limpio y huele bien. La conexión a internet fue rápida. Ubicado en el piso 17 con una linda vista de la ciudad y una vista parcial del lago Taal desde su balcón. Las camas son muy cómodas. Tienen artículos de tocador incluidos, pero no cepillo de dientes y pasta de dientes. Sin agua mineral / destilada, traiga la suya. La comunicación fue rápida y fueron muy serviciales, aunque nos registramos tarde por la noche.

  • Un poco caro, pero el lugar es realmente bueno y la señora que nos atendió es muy complaciente (ella nos ayudó respondiendo de manera rápida y honesta, respetó nuestro tiempo y espacio, también recibió consejos e instrucciones). Sus servicios están impecables y completos, el wifi es rápido, el netflix es un poco borroso, pero todavía puedes disfrutarlo. Afortunadamente, pude reservar esta unidad, ya que se puede reservar por completo incluso durante los días de semana. Este lugar vale realmente todo lo que no queremos dejar.   • Tuve una petición especial para Brice y Brian para establecer una decoración de cumpleaños para sorprender a mi novio. Lo configuran sin costo adicional. El lugar es un pedacito de cielo en Tagaytay, planeamos cenar en algún lugar pero terminamos quedándonos en la unidad todo el tiempo viendo Netflix porque era muy acogedor.     We are located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Condo (Cityland) beside the rotonda. STRICTLY fits 4 people ONLY. Please RESPECT that. Our 1 bedroom unit, 25 sqm., is perfect for small groups who are looking for relaxation in the heart of Tagaytay City. Puregold Supermarket, Filinvest’s Fora and restaurants are just a few minutes walk. A 5 minute drive past the old Rotonda (roundabout) is the newly opened Ayala Serin Mall. Enjoy the amazing and windy view from the 20th floor with windows of the bedroom and balcony looking out to the Taal Volcano and Lake. Our space has two (2) double-sized (54" x 75") beds that can fit ONLY 4 people, basic-equipped dining and kitchen, Taal view from the balcony and bedroom. Decorated in French country style, with cable TV and wifi. Remote controlled AC and ceiling fan, refrigerator, pans and pots compatible for our single-top induction cooker, an Air-circulating range hood with charcoal filters (as Cityland has no /does not have vents/shaft for smoke when cooking), microwave, rice cooker, cooking and dining ware (set of cutleries, plates, glasses, etc.) and a bath with shower heater. Only beddings, towels and toilet rolls are provided. The large bedroom window and the balcony door can also be opened to experience the natural cool breeze of Tagaytay flowing freely inside the unit.
    We are located beside the iconic and original Rotonda (roundabout) in Tagaytay. About a 5-7 minute walk to the Transport terminal. We are very near Puregold Supermarket and the newly opened Filinvest Fora, BDO, BPI, PS Bank ATMs, Mercury Drug, 7-11, Internet cafe, McDonalds, KFC, Chowking, Andok’s and other fast food in the Olivarez area. Past the old Rotonda, Ayala Serin Mall is about a 10 min walk. Further down west (towards Nasugbu) are other famous places to eat (Mahogany, the Cliff House, Balai Dako, Breakfast at Antonio’s, Mushroom Burger and the original Bag of Beans), hang out, shop and visit (Fun Ranch, Calruega Church, Chapel on the Hilland more). To the east of the Rotonda is Starbucks, the Picnic Grove, access road to Talisay going to the yacht club and the Taal Volcano, Tagaytay Highlands and Peoples’ Park.
