I rent out a very sunny and bright apartment only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Ober-St. Veit. The aparrment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with mit bath. A terrace can be used in summer.
The apartment was built in november 2015. The wooden and glass design give the apartment a nice athmosphere and a lot of daylight. In the summer the terrace can be used. There will be a little table with 2 chairs. You have a view to the church spire. The bathroom has a bathtube with shower. A hairdryer ist there. In the bedroom there is a big closet. In the kitchen there is an oven, a stove, a dishwasher and a fridge. Vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, tee and cleansing material is existing. The curtains in the bedroom and the living room are black out curtains. A washing machine for the two apartments is in the first floor.
The apartment is in the lovely neighbarhood of Ober St. veit. Viennese restaurants and shopping facilities are in walking distance. (supermarket, pharmacy, bakeray etc.) Guests like the Viennese Restaurant Schneider Gössl in Firmiangasse 9 a lot. There is a nice pizzaria on Hieitzinger Hauptstrasse.

    You have access to the complete garden in the amount of approximately 1000 m2 and log cabin incl. attic. You will find several seating and climbing opportunities. One can off the evening winding down in a tree house, or enjoy a glass of wine on the mound or leave on the terrace off the evening comfortably, countless adventures await you. The cabin is located about 3.2 km from the "Tullnerfeld" trainstation. From there you will get in 15 min to Vienna capital city.

Como equipo de cocina, no hemos perdido nada: horno, congelador, cafetera (filtro + cápsula), etc. Todo está disponible, además de una buena base de utensilios de cocina que incluyen aceite, especias, café y más.     Enjoy Vienna and get a feeling for it in my apartment. It is newly renovated and in a quiet area. My apartment is neat and cozy. Nearby is a pedestrian and shopping zone. I am at underground line no 1 (red line, station Reumannplatz). 6 min to underground - 5 min to the main train station- another 4 min to Karlsplatz in the city centre. All on one line. You get a tidy room, new linen and towels. If I am not at home, I have installed a key box.
    The apartment is newly renovated, small nice kitchen, eating table, couch, ... The room I provide is quiet, has a full double bed (140cm x 200cm) and enough sockets to plug in iPads, iPhones, Samsung, etc. Next to it you have a Hanger and a dresser to store your things. clean linens and some sweets! :-) I have an ordinary job, so it might be possible that you get the key and enter my apartment first and as soon as I get home I get your airnb room prepared.
    My neibourhood is in the south of the city centre. It only takes a couple stations by underground to reach the city centre. Besides there are soooo many shops and restaurants of all nations, that it never gets boring. There is also a street market for vegetables, fruits and specialities.

Además de la estación de tren del oeste a 10 minutos a pie. Cerca hay una buena panadería que abre temprano, excelente café y pasteles. Más supermercados. Fácil llegada independiente. Lo único que puede ser un inconveniente para alguien es un apartamento en el tercer piso, subiendo una escalera de caracol (mi madre de 70 años subió sin problemas). They are located in a beautiful 19th century historic building in a quiet side street of the main Viennese shopping area in the 6th district. The careful and high qualitative renovation design follows an Art Loft concept incorporating existing historic architectural elements. The fully equipped apartments are perfectly located right next to Mariahilferstrasse, Vienna’s pedestrian area and main commercial street. The neighborhood is one of the most vital and active areas in Vienna, art galleries, shopping, commercial, cultural amenities and public transportation (subway stations Zieglergasse or Neubaugasse on U3 subway line) are located within walking radius. The city center (Ringstrasse, Hofburg, Staatsoper, Museumsquartier) can be reached within 10 min by public transportation or within 20 min walk. It`s name “FRISIERZIMMER” was chosen in remembrance of the place that existed 80 years ago at the same spot – A HAIRDRESSER`S ROOM. During renovation an old original painting, which was part of the old HAIRDRESSER`S ROOM, was discovered on the wall. It was lovely restored and integrated into the FRISIERZIMMER GREY. The story of being a hairdresser ended in the 1970´s – but FRISIERZIMMER – ART LOFTS keep the remembrance of the original spot alive. FRISIERZIMMER GREY – ART LOFT is a fully equipped apartment for a maximum of 4 people situated in a 19th century building. It is approximately 35 m2 (approx. 377 ft2) and has an open space character. A restored old painting of the original HAIRDRESSER`s ROOM was discovered, lovely renovated and integrated into the apartment. It was crucial in defining the colormix for the apartment grey, light blue, black and white. The center builds a little Bonsai garden separating kitchen and living area. A comfortable sofa and sofa chair helps to relax. The loft is equipped with a wardrobe, separate toilet & bathroom, full-bed for 2 people, living area (an expandable sofa for 2 additional people), dinner area and a small kitchen. The qualitatively designed bathroom is fully glazed with large glass sliding doors, which can be of course covered for view protection and privacy if desired.   • Limpio y espacioso. El apartamento está en un bonito vecindario a solo unos minutos a pie del anillo histórico. El edificio tiene ascensor. Llegué un poco temprano y no tuve problemas para guardar mi equipaje antes de registrarme. Los anfitriones muy amables y receptivos me dieron instrucciones claras y buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes locales antes de la llegada. Una vez que los huéspedes se registran, no se les permite entrar al apartamento para arreglar cosas, por lo que sería aconsejable revisar todo al momento del check in. En mi caso, todo funciona muy bien, excepto WiFi. No fue un gran problema ya que tenía mi propia red. En general, disfruté mucho de mi estancia y volvería si vuelvo a Viena de nuevo.

One of Wagner's most legendary buildings, the Majolika House, is located right outside the door of this apartment! The apartment has been newly renovated and carefully designed to meet the needs of short-term visitors. Any Art Nouveau Walk will be starting right where you will be staying! I definitely suggest taking a 30 minute Art Nouveau walk (it can be done on your own) to take in the beautiful buildings that surround the streets where you will be staying!

  • Un hermoso y pequeño apartamento en el distrito de los museos de Viena. Decoración glamorosa completa con araña! Enorme cama cómoda. Muy limpio, con cocina bien surtida (no es que la usáramos), hay muchos restaurantes justo en la puerta. El casco antiguo es un agradable paseo de 20 minutos, pasando por parques y pasando por grandes edificios, o si eso es demasiado, hay una parada de metro a un par de minutos a pie y 2 paradas te llevan directamente al centro. Elisabeth ha reunido una carpeta muy completa con toda la información que pueda necesitar, re transporte, lugares de interés, restaurantes, bares e historia del área y del edificio. Sin duda recomendaría alojarse aquí cuando visite Viena.

La comunicación para acceder al apartamento era fabulosa y estaba muy bien ubicada, con una estación de tranvía, el metro y la estación de autobuses a unos minutos a pie. Elegimos caminar a todas partes y podríamos llegar al centro en unos 20 minutos. Wifi es sólido y confiable. En cuanto a la ubicación, es brillante: a solo 3 minutos a pie del intercambio de trenes / autobuses / metro de Praterstern, para que pueda llegar a casi cualquier lugar de Viena de forma rápida y fácil. Supermercado muy cercano, estación de metro en una esquina de la calle en el espléndido entorno del Stadtpark y, lo que es más importante, puede llegar al centro histórico con solo diez minutos a pie.     A quiet and contemporary apartment in a green 2nd district of Vienna. A fully equipped kitchen, a sunny and cool living room, and a cozy bedroom with a huge double bed are all yours. An underground metro station Praterstern is only a 5 minute walk from the flat. City Center of Vienna in less than 10 minutes away with the underground metro system. Also, you have two supermarkets called Billa nearby. One of them is open until 10 pm every day. Ideal for holidays in Vienna.
    The apartment is located near the Prater Park and Messe. It's in a quiet and historic house, and it's surrounded by green Viennese streets. If youre arriving from the airport, you arrive directly to the Praterstern metro station and then you must cross a small park. Many attractions are within the walking distance, as this is the second district, which is adjacent to the city center (old town). The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and a shower with a toilet. It is located on the mezzanine (first floor), and if necessary, you can use the elevator. The bedroom has two double beds: a large one near the window overlooking the courtyard, and the second one is on the second tier, with a convenient space underneath it for storing things. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of dishes, cooking facilities and basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, rice, oil, etc.). In the shower, you will find gel and shampoo. The living room comes with a dining table, a sofa, and wardrobes. Parking: Parking is free on weekends and holidays, on weekdays from 07: 00-22:00 you must pay. Some important rules: Smoking and walking in street shoes in the apartment is prohibited. In Austria, a mandatory rule is not to make noise after 21:00.

  • El apartamento de Anna es perfecto para una estancia en Viena. Está bien ubicado, es espacioso y funcional (conforme a las imágenes). La estación de metro y tranvía de Praterstern está cerca: a solo 5 minutos a pie desde donde se puede llegar al centro de la ciudad en más o menos de 10 minutos (el platz de Stephan está a solo 3 paradas con la U1). También hay supermercados (Billa, Penny ...) y agradables cafeterías en los alrededores, lo cual es práctico. Las instrucciones para encontrar el alojamiento fueron muy claras y el anfitrión es reactivo respondiendo los mensajes. El pequeño extra: el check in y check out autónomos. ¡Recomiendo el apartamento de Anna!

  • Un lugar acogedor y cálido que se sintió como una casa durante nuestra estancia. Solo estuvimos aquí una noche, pero ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado más tiempo. Está ubicado justo al lado de la estación Praterstern, que era realmente ideal para tomar un tren directo al aeropuerto. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que desee una estancia cómoda en Viena

    Vienna Small Original (13) near Sub, 10min 2 center This little basic studio (about 30 squaremeter) has one main room with a bed, a couch and a table and four collapsible chairs, a small kitchen in the entrance room and a bath room with a bath. It is located on the first floor. The subway is at the end of the block (2-3 min. walk). It is 4 stations (less than 10 minutes) to the very center "Stephansplatz". Many supermarkets cafes and food places are around.
    If you want to get the real feeling of Vienna, this is the flat for you. It is basic but nice and has all you need for a great time in Vienna. It has a living room with a couch and a double bed and entrance room wich is also the kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and a toilet. Size: about 30 square meter.
    Keinergasse is a nice living area with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance.

  • Excelente lugar en un barrio tranquilo, muy bien comunicado con todo en la ciudad. Usando el sistema de transporte público de Viena, nos llevó unos 20 minutos desde este AirBnb a básicamente todo lo que queríamos visitar. Además, está a solo 15 minutos a pie de Hundertwasser House, muy probablemente en sus cosas para ver. El sistema de auto check-in es rápido y fácil, por lo que no conocerás al anfitrión, pero él responderá rápidamente si necesitas algo. El apartamento es simple, pero elegante, y tiene casi todo lo que necesitas para un viaje a Viena. Sin duda recomendaría esta estancia.
