Food Scene

They have great coffee, sandwiches, ice cream, and desserts. The staff and owners are awesome....super accommodating and friendly. Starbucks is a block away but I prefer Zanzibar. They usually open at 7:30am.

Drinks & Nightlife

The Green Mill used to be Al Capone's favorite hangout spot. Its a bar (cash only) but its also an amazing jazz club. The music usually starts late and goes all night. Great place to hang out but they may have a cover charge (usually around $10).

Arts & Culture

Amazing collection or art. You may remember this museum from "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". Be sure to check out the basement of an amazing collection of miniatures, which is like looking at a Wes Anderson movie.
