If the noise levels (feels like a cozy cafeteria) don't bother you too much, this cozy all american spot will have you running back over and over. The food is fresh, simple, and DELICIOUS! and best of all...pretty cheap for NYC. (I'd skip the drinks though...they aren't too strong).
