Sugarloaf Point Lighthouse is a beautiful historic building, established in 1875 as the first lighthouse designed by colonial architect James Barnet. One of only two towers in Australia with an external stairway. Sugarloaf Point is a top spot for watching whales as they migrate on their journey along the coast. You might also be lucky enough to see dolphins, down on Lighthouse Beach.

A great place to go to for breakfast, right on the water in Smith’s Lake. A short walk from Peppertree you will find this beauty but no pets are allowed on the deck so keep this in mind.
