The Pelican Feed takes place on The Entrance waterfront each day at 3pm and is one of the Central Coast's most popular tourist attractions, entertaining and educating visitors and residents alike about the area's own pelican colony.
It was all started over 30 years ago by staff at the local fish shop, who would feed scraps to the pelicans every day. Then in 1996, Council built the feeding platform known as Pelican Plaza.
Norah Head Light is an active lighthouse located at Norah Head, a headland on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia, close to Toukley. It is the last lighthouse of the James Barnet style to be built, and the last staffed lighthouse constructed in New South Wales.

Located in Newcastle East, a suburb of Newcastle, New South Wales in Australia (map below). Built in 1882 to defend the city against a possible Russian attack. However, its guns were not fired in anger until 8 June 1942, during the shelling of Newcastle by a Japanese submarine.
The Australian Army vacated the site in 1972.
The Fort is under constant restoration by our team of volunteers and we are pleased to welcome visitors during opening hours to take a paid guided tour led by our volunteer guides or just to freely explore the above ground site at your own pace.
The Fort also conducts paid guided tours through the extensive underground tunnel complex.
