Fantastic Thai food. My favourite Ottawa restaurant. Highly recommend: international pad thai, gaeng garee (chicken, potato and coconut curry), fish with red sauce and pineapple. Oh man. So good.

Mud Lake is a nature and bird conservation area two blocks from the house. There's a beaver lodge in them middle of the lake and if you bring sunflower seeds, the chickadees will sometimes feed off your hand.
Caution: keep to the walking trails as poison ivy grows in the woods.
