In the lobby of the Hotel Covington, which formerly housed Coppin's Department Store, this place has fantastic ambiance, great drinks and terrific food. It's definitely worth trying for breakfast/brunch/lunch or dinner. It's a great see-and-be-seen location with a lively bar scene.

Be sure to tell the server you want them super super super super super super super super super super crispy--there's nothing worse than a mushy-potato "crisp"... the name says it all and those lazy cooks will try to shortcut it and... well... emphasis on CRISP when ordering.

Although completely surrounded by city, this is a tranquil and peaceful place and a walk from this location to GRCP is exactly 3 miles, round trip.
