This little local secret has fantastic breakfast at such a good price. Service is amazing. Just be prepared to wait a little for a table on the weekends.

They are focused on building community in sylvan lake with special attention towards the youth and students. So not only do you get an amazing coffee but you are helping to support our youth.

This yoga studio is super handy being right downtown. Walk downtown and swing in for a quick down dog and then head to the beach to soak up some sun.
Great instructors and far from uptight. Right downtown so you can grab a beach bag and on your way pop into the studio for a quick down dog before taking in the rays.

My kids love this!!! Not Only is it a great time but it is amazing exercise. Nothing tires out my kids faster then an hour out on this thing.
