West of here is Grapevine which offers Winefest & boasts the States best Christmas shopping Village.
East of here are White Rock Lake & the Arboretum which are so worth a visit!

Traffic during traffic hours can create delays, plan ahead.
From 7:30 until 9:00 AM or so add an extra 20 minutes to your trip. Same goes for evenings from 4:30 until 6:30. Freeways can be very crowded. I myself use alternate routes during traffic hours.
