Places not to miss during your stay in Pattaya

As an expat living for more than 15 years in Thailand (around Chonburi and Pattaya), I've come up with a list of best places not to miss when in Pattaya.
This is an amazing place for the whole family. It's a bit expensive (though do check out their website from time to time for promotions) but worth every penny. It's huge, it has different zones starting from the toddlers' zone (which is safe for little kids) all the way up to the more scary ones, like the vertical sliders (only for the most daring of us). The water anywhere is pristine and absolutely clean. One of the major attractions is the pools with waves which feels like the sea but much safer, along with (sometimes) live music and fitness instructors. Overall an amazing place not to miss when in Pattaya

Top of the list for this one. It's a catch-all garden with seemingly infinite options for fun and entertainment for the whole family. It would be too long the list of things to visit and do inside here (for that better see their website), but I do recommend to go early in the morning (around 9 am) because it's so immense that one day might not be enough to see all of it. One of the shows inside not to miss would be the elephant show and the ancient Siam show, reenacting ancient fights with real soldiers and battle elephants.

A really amazing and awe-inspiring place. It's a huge temple near the sea, completely made out of wood. The views and immensity of the place are really one of a kind. Due to its size, it's recommended to go there as early as possible. Lines to enter are usually very long and walking around this huge sanctuary at noon can be daunting especially for kids (heat and humidity). One of the highlights of a trip to this place is riding an elephant around this amazing monument while taking a picture on top of one of those kind animals. Trust me, that makes for an unforgettable moment for posterity.
