This nearby restaurant is unique in that it is a Korean-Chinese Restaurant, not something readily found in the United States. While there are at least four restaurants I know of in Koreatown serving Korean-influenced Chinese cuisine, I recommend this one if you have a Cha Chang Mein (Zhajiangmian) craving because of their nice elastic handmade noodles. The Jjambbong (Seafood Noodle Soup) is also yummy!

I recommend this spot if you're having a craving for fresh fried churros. The ambiance of this Mexican restaurant is wonderful. It would be a great spot for happy hour for margaritas, churros, and chips with beans and salsa. The restaurant is chef driven (Chefs Jaime and Ramiro) and are known for their mole, but the food in their original location in the City of Bell is MUCH better - everything there is outstanding. It is called La Casita Mexicana, if you're interesting in trekking all the way to Bell.

I would recommend this place for the green tea donuts. It is located in Little Tokyo in downtown inside the very lovely and walkable Japanese Village. Owners are super nice and helpful.
