Playa de Manly
Fun for everyone, young and not so young, cafés and restaurants near by, lots of activities.
This little walk from the South end of Manly Beach to Shelly beach (where you can snorkel because it is sheltered) is a must do while staying in Manly. It is nearly flat and there is a small pool in the middle of the walk (with shower,toilet and change rooms). there is a restaurant/coffee shop in the middle and also in Shelly Beach.
It takes about 15 min one way.

This little walk from the South end of Manly Beach to Shelly beach (where you can snorkel because it is sheltered) is a must do while staying in Manly. It takes about 15 min one way.
You can start this walk from Manly, Queenscliff end of the beach and walk past Freshwater, Curl Curl before arriving in Dee Why. there you can take a state bus to get back to Manly.
About 7km form Manly to Dee Why, allow 3hrs. a reasonable level of fitness is required.
