River Water Sports Activities

Float the river - directly from our property or from one of the few tubing companies only moments away. Swimming areas are found in various spots you'll find deeper water. Level vary throughout the entire river. If the water levels are low, it will take more time to get to your end-point destination with walking in some areas. Suggest checking water levels when planning your float day. Hours: 7am -Sunset Daily Season: Open All Year Overlook Park is on a hilltop at the south end of Canyon Dam and is the location of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers headquarters at Canyon Lake. The park offers a scenic view to Canyon Lake and Dam. There is access to the Verada Real walking trail across Canyon Dam. A restroom at the top of the hill and visitor parking is available.
