Fairly steep coastal path leading down to the bay so not ideal in flip flops!
Check the tide times on the notice board at the entrance to the park or the App Magicseaweed a few hours wait her side of low tide is ideal

Another great beach 5 minutes drive from the lodge
Remember to take some change for the parking machine in the car park
& check the tide times! As the beach disappears at high tide!
There is a shop and cafe at the beach and a lovely pub at the top of the cliff.
Usually has a great bit of surf , ideal for a bit of body boarding
