The house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. It's a wonderful area for families. There are parks within walking distance, the beach (bayside within walking distance and beach and main beach within a couple miles), sports (e.g., tennis courts, basketball, skate park, etc), and a splashpad in the neighborhood. Right on the same peninsula as the house, you can find pizza, thai, chinese, japanese, subs, seafood, ice cream, etc.
