Allow yourself extra time during busy season
Account for atleast an extra 30 drive time during busy season. Early morning or later evenings are the best time to hit the grocery stores (Publix either way is about 30 min), watch out for golf carts, bikers, walkers and animals....they are everywhere.

Most places do NOT take reservations so call and make sure you booked if they do. Most places if you show up a little early and atleast get your name on the list you will be set.... SATURDAY'S (peak season March-Aug) are usually the best nights to go out as everyone is getting settled and hitting the grocery store. We recommend dropping the bags and going out. we will supply you with water, and coffee and hitting the grocery store in the morning after you arrive.

What to expect during your visit
The most important is that Verizon wireless service here is garbage and getting hooked up to our wifi will be key.

* We do NOT offer any cable or satellite, but you will have the option to login to your favorite streaming channels, netflix, prime, disney, hulu.
* NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the building on in the garage.
* A legal guardian must be accompanied by anyone under the age of 25 during the entire stay.
* Quite time is 10pm....we try and keep the neighbors happy
* Beach shuttle is from 9am to 4pm everyday, every hour by the pool closest to the HUB
