One of the original restaurants on the south side of 30A in Seaside. Great food and location. It gets busy around dinnertime, so I suggest a reservation and arriving early to find parking. Worth the hassle!

Take a little drive East on 30A to this quaint little town that started it all. Amazing little shops, great restaurants, and food trucks line the town center. It gets really crowded on summer weekends, so try to go during the week!

Check the beach flags for water safety
check out https://30a.com/beachflag/ for info on the daily safety rating at our local beach. These flags all have different meanings and can mean there are serious safety hazards in the water. You will also see the flags flying at each beach access point along 30A
Desplazamientos
We advise not renting a golf cart during your stay
Many areas around our house, including Rosemary and Alys Beach, do not allow golf carts. You also cannot use them to get to any of the beach access points around the house due to a lack of parking. The best way to get around is by bike. If you are going further than Alys Beach then using your car is much easier than a golf cart!

Rent bicycles
Rosemary beach, inlet beach, and nearby areas on 30A are much easier to access by foot or by bike. There are many bike companies that rent bikes of all shapes and sizes to accommodate your group. The good news is the area is completely flat, and you will feel like a kid again riding around the many surrounding neighborhoods. Bonus: no need to search or pay for parking!
