It's important to note that the majority of restaurants on island require reservations to be made in advance. Due to the high demand, it's recommended to book your reservation well ahead of time to ensure that you can experience the dining experience you desire. Restaurants in this area are known for their exceptional cuisine, ambiance, and service, so it's no surprise that they tend to fill up quickly. By planning ahead and reserving in advance, you can enjoy a memorable dining experience that will leave you feeling satisfied and content.

If you are running short on time, public transit may not be the most dependable option for getting around the island. However, the Vitran Public Bus System is a viable alternative with services available in various areas of the island. The buses are air-conditioned and run between Christiansted and Frederiksted, offering a comfortable ride with a frequency of approximately every 2 hours daily from 5:30 am to 9 pm, except on Sundays.

We regret to inform you that late check-in or check-out services cannot be provided. We maintain a tight schedule to ensure that each guest can check-in by 3 pm, which is the standard practice. After a guest checks out, we must thoroughly clean and inspect the condo, repairing and replacing any necessary items. This process guarantees that everything is in perfect condition for the next guest's arrival and that any issues or damages are addressed promptly. We understand that some guests may prefer late check-in or check-out services. Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill these requests.

As you plan for your stay on the island, it's important to consider that you may require cash during your trip. Many places on the island prefer cash payments, and they may not inform you about this policy in advance. Therefore, to avoid any inconvenience, it's always best to check with the vendor whether they accept cards before placing your order. Additionally, it is advisable to keep some petty cash with you at all times to ensure that you are prepared for any unexpected situation. By following these guidelines, you can make sure that you have a smooth and hassle-free experience.

To maintain security and avoid the possibility of incurring extra expenses, we don't provide guests with multiple keys. We understand that guests often travel with various items and can easily misplace things, which is why we encourage them to return the key to the lockbox after use. This way, they can keep track of the key and make sure that everyone can access the condo using the same code that was provided during check-in. By doing so, guests can rest assured that their stay will be hassle-free and enjoyable.

The island is no stranger to power outages. At present, our units do not have backup power, but we are actively working on finding a solution. It's worth noting that the duration of outages can vary, lasting anywhere from a few short minutes to several hours. We recommend taking advantage of daytime outages by exploring the charming island or taking a refreshing swim at one of the nearby beaches. For night-time outages, we suggest making the most of the situation by heading out for dinner or gathering your companions for a fun-filled game night.

Although water outages are a regular occurrence on the island, the resilience and resourcefulness of its residents never waver. Despite the challenges posed by these disruptions, they remain determined to carry on with their daily lives, finding innovative solutions to overcome these obstacles.
