Overview PLEASE READ (scroll thru all sections to see recommendations!)

Directions and parking: 10343 East County Highway 30A, Seacrest Beach. Unit 217F. Once you turn in, take your first and only right. Keep going right. Building F is at the end. There is not any assigned parking. You can take either staircase up or use the elevator. 217F is on the second floor over the real estate office. What linens are provided: Bedding and bath towels for showering provided. Bath towels must stay in the unit. Unit is BYOB aka bring your own beach and pool gear (BYO beach towels) to suit your needs. WIFI: Wifi: theashleigh217f Password: hightide217f This building cannot accept deliveries. I have heard of folks getting Walmart delivered, but if doing so please plan to meet the driver at the turn in to the complex and then direct them to somewhere to unload. Nightly music at the pavilion, and easy quick grab food and and drink for purchase including pizza by the slice, donuts, grilled cheese, a seafood market with ready to eat or fresh seafood to prepare in unit, a cocktail bar and a beer stand. Sunday morning farmers market just next door in Rosemary. Take the steps down at the end of the building and go around the side of the building to 30A, and you will be in rosemary. It's located in the green spaces just off the sidewalk. I have been to all of the nearest restaurants, shops, coffee places, etc. if you need any recommendations! For checkout, please remove all trash and all food from the unit, cabinets, and refrigerator, and load and run dishwasher. If you are able, Towels can go in the bathtubs, but please do not strip the beds. It's easiest on the cleaners if they put the linens for each bed into their own separate bag, and change them out bed by bed.

Generous portions for tapas. 5 dishes feeds our family of 4. My husband walks over and puts our name in then comes back to the condo. When they text that our table is ready we walk over. Some places have a way for you to check your place in line (ask how when you put your name in).

Overpriced and long wait so use your Starbucks app to use stars to get better pricing and order ahead to avoid the wait. Sometimes it’ll say “no online orders” in the app but if I click around I can usually get it to work.

Bike Rentals

Lots of bike rentals, but I love bamboo for last minute bike rentals and the lower price than the bike rental on property, it’s close by, and because the bikes are a little lighter for bikers not as strong or skilled. But always reserve bikes ahead of time when possible and shop for what works for you. Search the web for seacrest bike rentals because there are cheaper places than Bamboo and look for ones that deliver if you need delivery as well!

THE RED BAR. Major faux pas by Airbnb by not having “The Red Bar” in their location database. This is the #1 classic 30A spot. They rebuilt better after the fire. Long wait, but it’s a “do not miss.” Arrive early to get on the list then shop in downtown Grayton or sit on the beach and watch the sunset. Take in the classic Florida scenery of Spanish moss and live oak trees. Grayton is very quaint, casual, and laid back. Good vibes only.

This is where The Truman Show (Jim Carrey movie) was filmed. Seaside is super famous in the architecture world. Very interesting history if you have a chance to read about it! We love it for the boardwalk with tons of beach food huts (lobster rolls and fried pickles!), the food trucks, the shops, the pavilion with music, and the boatloads of charm! My favorite place on 30A. Sunday morning farmers market in the green space just down the stairs when heading to the right out of the front door.
