La Colombe is located in historic Blagden Alley and has one of the best cups of coffee in the city. I recommend getting the nitro cold brew and grabbing a seat on their small but lovely outdoor seating area.

Beau Thai is one of my favorite restaurants in Shaw. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is fresh, and the space is hip. I do my best not to eat there every week, but they have this divine Panang Curry that keeps me coming back again and again.
