This UNESCO protected area puts you back 200 years. It is well maintained little medieval town with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. Definitely worth a visit.

The peak of Lomnicky Stit gives you breathtaking views on entire High Tatra mountain range, good portion of Slovakia and Poland. On a really sunny day with no cloud you are able to see Lake Balaton in Hungary. You can get there from Tatranska Lomnica - mountain village. A cable cabin will take you there. Important to book in advance due to limited capacity.
