The Grótta area and it´s surroundings is a great place to visit on foot, runnig or biking. You can also apporch it by a car. You can not visit the island itself during high tides so make shore you´ll be able to get back if you go there. This area, and the golf course area is great for northern lights watching since it is relatively dark in the winter.
