I love this place for its special history. When built, this bridge was the only one of its kind in the world. Now you can ride elevator in one of the legs and see Bratislava from above.

A ruin of a castle is easily accessible by bus #28 and #29. In case of good weather, it's a half day trip with a nice walk and choice of restaurants at the place where rivers Danube and Morava meet.

Public park near the centre of the Old Town. The garden, open to the public during the day, is popular for walks, frisbee, families with children and offers a playground for children. There are bathroom facilities. The garden is surrounded by Spitalska, Americke Square, Sasinkova, Polna and 29. Augusta and is a 7 minute walk from the Presidential Palace.
The Medical Garden (Medicka Zahrada) is open until 10 p.m. in the summer, but closes shortly after dark at other times of the year.
