Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath cottage with four person barrel sauna at Swinging Bridge Reservoir, Sullivan County's largest motorboat lake. Take in the local scenery, catch a show at the Forestburgh Playhouse or stop into some of the local vineyards and restaurants. This is a 1000 square-foot, two-bedroom log cabin with a sleeping loft. I prefer groups of 4 or less but may accommodate more for an extra fee. Enjoy the new fire pit out back on a cold night or play some Pac Man on the new standing arcade indoors. Plenty of board games are available and my kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware. Walk Mountain Lake, which sits across the street and spans exactly 2 miles around. Or just get some R&R - my beds are so comfy!

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

The Willow Treehouse is settled among the trees, overlooking a small, swimmable pond, on a wooded property 15min away from the town of Woodstock. It is cozy, yet has all you need to cook dinner, enjoy reading, sit on the couch and stare outside the window, or swim.
