The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

We are caring, unobtrusive hosts who value getting to know our guests a little beforehand. We think we have the best of both worlds here - the peace and beauty of Casco Bay, yet 5 minutes to the center of town.

Oceanfront Condo with Awesome Views

Wake up to a full ocean view on a seven mile sandy beach! Enjoy this one bedroom condo's great views, private balcony, and fully furnished decorated living space, along with a full kitchen with dishwasher, and even including a washer and dryer! Walk to everything downtown Old Orchard Beach has to offer: Amusement park, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and the famous Pier. Downstairs is a bar/restaurant that features live bands seven days a week in summer. Enjoy the fireworks every Thursday!

Sweet Fern Cabin on Merrymeeting Bay

Nestled in the woods on 2.5 waterfront acres where the Muddy River meets Merrymeeting Bay. The cabin is 350 square feet of simple living with a panoramic view. There is a three season hot water outdoor shower and wood burning stove with plenty of wood included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and has off grid cold water sink. Outbuilding with composting toilet is right out the back door. Kayaks and stand up paddle board are available to rent for an additional fee.

Garrison Cove Studio

Rare, Portland waterfront studio located in the heart of the historic Stroudwater neighborhood, awaits one or two guests looking for an urban hideaway. The newly created studio occupies a 150 year old post and beam barn situated on the banks of the Stroudwater and Fore Rivers. Enjoy morning coffee on the river swing, meditate to the soothing sound of the nearby waterfall or linger over your favorite glass of wine under the splendid backyard grape arbor.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Amazing beach location! Fully renovated in 2022, this 3 bedroom beach house is steps from the beach with ocean views throughout. Modern appointments include brand new furniture, private parking, fast WIFI, smart TVs in all bedrooms, and curated amenities.
