We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. The rear of the property has an enclosed west facing balcony, ideal for catching the evening sunset. The Hotel spa is available to use & chargeable directly.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Salcombe 2 Bed House with Parking town 5 min walk

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.
