While here, take a scenic walk to the River; at the confluence of Cumberland and Ohio Rivers. Beautiful, friendly little town. Minutes from Grand Rivers, Land Between the Lakes, or Paducah!

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

Accommodations for indoor storage of motorcycles or a topless jeep are available on the property upon request.

We're conveniently located in the middle of a no hotel/motel area. Lake Barkley and Venture River in Eddyville are just a short 20 min drive away!
