Home has one bedroom with a full sized bed, and two sleeper sofas in the living room. Host family lives in the main house on property. There is ample parking, including space for your boat. Nestled on a lake with public boat ramp but just 15 minutes from town.

All full size kitchen appliances, Later it was used for a rental , so the washer , dryer and shower were added, which explains why they aren’t in the usual placement As this is beside HWY 36 , it’s an easy off and on. Close to town ( 1 1/2 miles to Walmart) .

We have kept the majority of touches from what was built with my husband’s Great-Grandparents’ hands, while updating just very few other things to make things a little more convenient and comfortable. Hunting friends and families love to visit this farmstead for its simplicity, the view of our cattle that surround, and the typical “bunkhouse” style of the layout. Tons of memories to be made here!
