Everything was as described, convenient and comfortable. Only downside is no WiFi and the TV HDMI connection to my laptop didn't work so couldn't stream via my phone hotspot. The location made that a minor annoyance.

Fantastic place to stay in Boise! Everything is within 10 minutes' drive, the place is lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed being able to use the community pool, just a short walk away. Jacquie and Leah were super responsive and friendly, great recommendations for local places to eat. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend. Perfect for our family of 4!

My time at the property was thoroughly enjoyable and appreciated. The property is ideally located with a serene atmosphere near the green belt. Just as described, simple space with good amenities. The host was welcoming, courteous and promptly addressed any inquiries we had during our visit.

This is our second time staying at Kerrin’s place and we love it every time. So calm and peaceful.

This place is one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. We loved all of the amenities and thoughtful touches (like complimentary hand warmers and Burt’s bees chapstick) Our host Claire was amazing to work with and always responded promptly to any of our questions or needs. The location can’t be beat as it is close to town and ski lefts, yet very quiet. Access to Zenergy was an absolute treat. Would stay here again if we get lucky!

Scott's place at the Aspens was the perfect place for my family and I to spend Christmas! The place had a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and new washer & dryer. The sidewalks were shoveled clean every morning. The pellet fireplace was easy to use and smokeless! They even left us a Christmas tree! The place was conveniently located next to the Banyans restaurant and just a 5 minute drive to town. Highly recommend!

We had a incredible time staying here for 3 nights. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and linens. Felt very much like home. And we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Very clean and comfortable. Also it was great to have a garage to be able to park in and not have to clear the snow off of it each morning. Would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

This place was perfect for our family plus older grandparents (only a few steps up from parking lot). It was cute and well decorated, and almost every amenity you could think of was provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, spices and other needs. In condo laundry was a wonderful addition. The condo clubhouse is right across the street with a nice pool and spa, pool table, workout room, shuffleboard, tennis courts and more! It wasn't crowded either. We had dogs and it was easy to walk them nearby, town is about 10 minutes away by car. We rented and had e-bikes delivered so were able to ride all around. Bonus was small creek running behind the patio!. Meghan responded almost immediately to our question. Highly recommend!

Best appointed place I have rented...felt right at home with all the comforts of home...from spices to laundry detergent/fabric softener to hot cocoa to tupperware to plenty of toilet paper to proper sponges to HDMI cable for the tv to shampoo and conditioner! And more.

We had a very very short stay, getting in late and needing to leave early for our hunt Everything was clean, easy check in and out with our after/before hour needs. We didn’t get to enjoy the space much but we did manage a couple minutes in the jacuzzi to soak sore muscles. Great location on a time squeeze with no time to set up camp and hunting nearby.

Great place for a little, private get-away. The Cartwright Ranch area is secluded and quiet with many parks and walking paths. The distance to downtown Boise or Eagle is not prohibitive if commuting is necessary but you feel as if very distant from the hustle of a city. The home is perfect for a family or a small group. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bedrooms comfortable. Above all, the place is immaculate and well cared for. Would rent again without hesitation.

It was exactly what we had wanted for a long stay. (We stayed about a month.) It had everything we needed to live comfortably, like we were in our own house and neighborhood. The house was spacious and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. The master bed was a dream. (There were just two of us. We didn’t use the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.) We really liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and safe and had so many places to walk. And there was more wildlife than we are accustomed to: many more birds, some deer, and even a coyote. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at Roslyn’s place and our first ever repeat stay at an Airbnb. We usually love to explore new areas, but this Airbnb was so perfect the first time, we couldn’t wait to stay again. This is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—immaculate inside, low-fragrance, plant-based laundry/cleaning products provided. Kids books, toys, highchair and pack and play made traveling with littles much easier. Beautiful, central neighborhood that we walked daily and even played with neighborhood kids. Roslyn is incredibly kind and responsive. She even lives locally, so she has stellar recommendations. For anyone traveling with kids: I asked my 6 year old her review and she said, “I thought it was ten out of ten. There’s raspberry plants growing in the backyard. There’s parks close by. The closets are big. And the three bedrooms are big. And one more thing, there’s lots of room to chill on the couch.”

We had a great stay! Super spacious, accommodated our family very well. Will definitely be back!

I can’t get over how great MVP and this rental was. We have stayed in countless rentals in Sun Valley and this one is at the top. The location is ideal - we walked to the lifts and it was a delightful place to walk dogs in the morning. When I needed help, MVP responded right away. I had to send an extra mattress for my daughter and when we arrived, it had been unpacked and made with adorable linens. I can’t wait to book this place again, and also will highly suggest MVP to friends coming to SV.

One of the nicer and best equipped properties we’ve stayed at. This was the first time staying in the Boise area so we were out most of the time. The home, neighborhood, hiking/biking trails, and nearby restaurant were nice enough to make the home a destination vacation. The host was very attentive and the property instructions were easy to follow. They have a binder in the family room with laminated instructions a 10 year-old could follow. No stress getting in, nor leaving. I can honestly say this host cares about her guest’s experience. We look forward to planning another stay at the home. We highly recommend this property.

We came into Boise for a week long conference. The house was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and well kept. Jason and Patty were always available as we communicated throughout the week. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Boise area.
