One wing of the lodge includes completely remodeled bathrooms. You will love the charming atmosphere that highlights the wonderful and beautiful aspects of Central Idaho. Room S9 has a 1 King, 1 Queen, and a Sofa Sleeper w/ kitchenette. This is in our remodeled wing and has a newly tiled shower.

The Fat Trapper is for the Elk City legends of hunters, fishermen, and the trap liners, most of who did all three. Palooza Basecamp: Room 02

Palooza Basecamp Hotel is located in a newly refreshed 100 yr old building. Rooms sport local artwork highlighting the area's beauty while comfortably accommodating your needs with adjustable beds, 40in TV's, walk-in showers, and backlit mirrors. A wide community hallway connects all of the rooms with a cozy mountain feel. Rooms have access to additional amenities. Room 02 hosts 2 Twin XL beds on the second level; you will enter the community hallway and have coded entry access to your room.

The Prospector Motel: Unit 6

This modern mountain getaway is opening for the first time since the commencement of its major remodel. This unique Slumberpad was built in the early seventies and went out of commission years ago. In total, our accommodation sleeps 17 comfortably. There are 4 units on the main level and 2 larger units on the upper. With a careful overhaul of modern touches mixed with a mountain vibe, this place is unlike any other place you might find in the quaint little town of Idaho City.
