NON-SMOKING, Open space studio that is attached to our house. The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything: Salt Lake City Airport- 15 minutes Downtown- 15 minutes Closest grocery store - 3 min Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes Please, let us know ahead of time (24hours preferably) your time of arrival. Check out - 11AM!!! If you need to stay after 11:30am, there might be a 1 night stay fee.

This is a detached guest house! Private access, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 queen bed and sofa pull out. Close to little cottonwood canyon and public transport.
