We had a great time, Donna’s place was exactly what we needed as a home base while we explored the area. Our area of the house was perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us, and well equipped for our visit. Thank you so much!

This cabin was so dreamy! On our drive in, we spotted a beautiful gray fox and a few deer. The forest surrounding the cabin is just beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I thought I wouldn’t like to walk to the bath house, but honestly I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s only a short walk, and it gives you multiple chances to spot wildlife. The bath house is clean and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the French press coffee and slow mornings reading in the cabin

Loved this place. We booked both suites so had the place to ourselves along with our family. Close to everything we needed. Meagan was an awesome host to accommodating an early request. We will definitely go back when the need arises. We’ve already passed along this info for other friends to hopefully take up their accommodation when needed in the area. Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Peter's place was perfect for our three nights on Galiano with our dogs. The house was comfortable and the view was exceptional! We had perfect weather to enjoy the patio and veranda, and it was a great base from which to explore the island. The location on Montague Harbour provided ready access to the Provincial park and we also travelled to several other locations for hikes and beach adventures. Larry welcomed us when we arrived and was available to answer questions as needed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Galiano.

Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The photos truly don’t capture how stunning and comfortable the space is. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor is tasteful and elegant, with a deck offering spectacular views that we enjoyed during peaceful sunsets. Our kids were thrilled with the cozy loft area, which gave them their own special space to relax and play. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful getaway with all the comforts you could want!

This was one of the best stays in our lives. The place, the views, the feelings was something out of ordinary. We loved the place from the very first moment we found it on the Internet and loved it even more when we arrived there. I would definitely recommend this place and would really like to go back there as soon as we plan another vacation.

Beautiful home the house was stocked with all the basics in kitchen and bathroom-nice outdoor space. Host was super responsive to my technology challenged brain. It was peaceful and loved the pool, pool table and games great family fun! A+

We had an amazing stay at Gramma Rikki’s beautiful home! It was perfect for our group of two families (4 adults + 3 young kids). The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms to toys, books, and kid-friendly touches throughout. The huge yard, hot tub, and fresh-water pond were big hits, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Gramma Rikki was incredibly warm and welcoming - an outstanding host. We’d absolutely come back again!

We had a lovely time staying in Tammy’s home. It was really clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. She is very responsive and we were able to check in a bit early on our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and there is a lovely view of the water from the patio. We would definitely stay here again! The resort has a tennis court, lots of grills, one campfire pit, dock for crabbing or boats, beach for clamming. The property is very well kept. Thanks again Tammy for such a lovely stay!

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

This is a great spot for inter-generational families because the layout of living areas and bedrooms allows everyone to to be separate or together as they choose. We loved the quirkiness combined with the lovely modern bathrooms. And the property surrounding the house is so much fun to explore. It is a great family house and all the kids loved the pool and water slide. We have already decided to come back next year.

This is the third time that we’ve been back to the condos and I’m sure we’ll keep visiting in the future. Besides just how amazing the property and surroundings are, our condo came exactly as advertised. Perfect place for my family and dogs to spend a week. The condo was perfectly clean and we had everything that we needed. Definitely recommended!

A very homey place, makes you feel like you're actually coming back home rather than to a hotel room. The place is very spacious and comfortable and is a full downstairs suite unlike some much smaller rentals. The kitchen is well supplied including things like cooking oil and spices which adds to the homey feeling. A highlight is the strong shower and king sized bed which are really nice after a long day at work. Darcy is very friendly and thoughtful, she's a host that cares about the ppl staying with her!

It's a lovely cottage that provides everything you need. Especially the spa area is just breathtaking. It's located in a quite, lovely area and a good spot to discover the whole Cowichan Valley from Victoria up to Nanaimo and Lake Cowichan (highly recommended for hikes and don't miss the elks at Youbou :), although it's recommended to have a car to explore the area. All in all fully recommendable. Thanks Matt for having us.

We had an incredible time celebrating my friends 35th birthday at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described and even better in person. The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The open living area made it easy for everyone to gather and enjoy the weekend together. The outdoor space was another highlight—perfect for a gathering, with plenty of seating, and a stunning view that really added to the atmosphere. The host Sarah was great and very quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or just have a relaxing getaway with friends and family.

Our stay at Scott’s place for our 1 year anniversary was absolutely perfect. We are so happy we chose to stay outside of downtown Friday Harbor & got to enjoy the island for 3 nights. We will be back to stay here again in the future. Amazingly cozy bed, perfect deck to enjoy morning coffee, sooooo peaceful (soul healing) and we felt so welcome at Scott’s cabin. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for light bites & snacks between meals (for us) with an adorable retro refrigerator. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking to enjoy downtown Friday Harbor + all of the surrounding spots on the island ( Roche Harbor, Westcott Bay Shellfish Farm, Cattle point Road/lighthouse, English Camp, etc). Each stop felt like a very easy drive, and we saw so much unexpected beauty. Thank you very much to Scott and his wife for the PERFECT stay.

Virpi is a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host. We appreciated that the unit is well stocked (lots of extra blankets, enough dishes, laundry detergent that we could use, etc). It's worth noting for us because we are a family of five and have stayed in too many places where this isn't the case! The unit was simple and clean and a great affordable option in the area.

Wonderful place for a big group to stay. 4 rooms with queen beds, each room has its own bathroom, and there’s even a common bathroom in the common area. Very clean and nice place.

This adorable cottage on Shawnigan Lake is one of our favourite stays ever. Impeccably appointed with spotless comfort. A real gem in the middle of a beautiful lake community. A must stay for anyone. We will be back for sure! Thanks Amanda.
